The truck ran very well and the customer service was good. However, the price I paid was obviously way too high and the company is obviously taking advantage of the people moving out of State. I paid over $5300 to rent a 16 foot truck and car tow on the back. Not to mention the cost of gas. Pre-Covid that price would have been in the $3000s.

Hand down the best customer service at the Victorville location they go above and beyond for their customers. Penske has nothing but quality trucks! I will only use them! Always great experiences each time I rent Penske!

I went into A &L Storage to inquire about a one-way Penske truck rental. I was skeptical because it was on D St. The whole facility was so clean!! Eddie was so courteous and helpful!! He showed me the size truck I would be renting and told me everything about it. My quote was cut almost $2,000 from U-hauls. I was throughly impressed with everything about this business, but especially with Eddie. I can see why their storage units always stay full. Thank you Eddie and Penske!!

Im not the one to usually leave reviews for places... But for this penske location Ill make a exception... Was in a jam and needed a truck with a lift gate long story short got ahold of Eddie and the dude is just super cool and good at what he does... Got Me the truck I needed even got back to me after the store had closed the day before me driving down to pick up to get things ready being in a time crunch... Thank you my man Ill be renting all my trucks at this location from here on out...

A truck was reserved with UHAUL 3 Weeks in advance. They made an empty promise to us fully aware that we would be packed and called us the very last minute to say we wont have your truck. This secures their customer assuming they cant go anywhere else so last minute and forces them to wait.Moral of the story CALL PENSKE and talk to Mr. Zack Stefanow! This gentleman was able get us the truck we needed for the time frame we needed. Thank you Mr. Stefanow!
