Kevin was very helpful in finding the perfect ring to propose to my girlfriend with within my budget. After I proposed the ring was a bit too large so we took it in to be resized and the turnaround time to get the ring back was very quick. The diamond is absolutely gorgeous and is exactly what you’d expect from Tiffany.

We were in search of a particular item with a unique situation, and she literally went above and beyond to work out a solution. Zafar even took the time to stay with us at customer service while we waited on the item to be shipped. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for someone patient and knowledgeable about Tiffany’s products.As for this particular location I have always had amazing customer service Tiffany & Co is known for.

The store is relatively large and they carry a great selection of their products. I had an amazing experience with Mr. Kozlowski. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and showed me a variety of pieces that I was interested in. I normally hate wearing bracelets but he successfully converted me! Love my new bracelet. Will be back to this location for sure.

I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience at this Tiffany’s was so disappointing. I’m wondering if other people have experienced this as well. My boyfriend and I decided to go to Tiffany’s to look at engagement rings. I was so excited as this is a big moment in my life and I’ve always loved Tiffany’s jewelry. When we entered, a older gentlemen reluctantly asked me if I needed help. I told him that we were there to look at engagement rings. He led me over to the ring section and then just looked at me. He didn’t ask any questions, didn’t share any enthusiasm.. nothing. since this was my first time looking at rings (my bf’s as well) I was hoping to gain some knowledge on different diamonds, price ranges, etc… again, we didn’t receive any of that. I felt awkward asking to look at different rings because each time I asked to see a ring or the price the sales rep was annoyed. I then found 2 rings that I liked and he couldn’t tell us the name of the rings… which was weird. He seemed like we were just wasting his time. Finally I gave up and decided to look at other jewelry pieces as I was hoping to purchase a set of earrings that day. However, sadly, no one asked if I wanted additional help after I walked around the store for a good 15 minutes . So we walked out empty handed. I would hate to think that we were treated this way because we don’t fit the “typical” look of people who normally shop at Tiffany’s. My boyfriend and I are both young African Americans. We were dressed in jeans and casual shirts. And I’m wondering if we looked different if we would’ve received different treatment that day. Or maybe my expectations were just set too high. But it just sucks, I was really looking forward to that outting and I was completely let down by the staff. Im going to try the DC location and hopefully I’ll have better luck there. If anyone else has had a similar experience lately, please let me know!

This Tiffany location is really unbecoming of the Tiffany brand. First off, calling the store is pointless, they will put you on hold and hang up on you every single time you call. Second, going to the store to get anything done is a frustrating experience in many aspects such as the following: - Taking our pieces for inspection and cleaning is preceeded by having to justify the pieces are indeed Tiffany pieces for every single piece. Yes, this is a Tiffany piece. I mean, first off, theyre $7K+ pieces EACH, youd think itd be obvious for them they are indeed THEIR products. Second, After I hand you the THIRD piece, youre really going to continue asking me the same question? Youre essentially assuming Id buy something somewhere else and bring it to you for inpsection? Its downright insulting the first time, the second and third times, well youre making me realize the kind of store this is. Same for returns, if you show up and say you have a return, the first response is Well you have to bring returns within X many days. How about NOT making an assumption (again) that your customers are entering the store to screw your business over? Or maybe this is the clientelle this store is aimed at and used to? I dont know, but its beyond aggravating having to deal with this store, so much so that weve reverted to buying our Tiffany pieces from the 1-800 number, they are friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and actually know whats in stock and whats not, and arent out to make a sale, any sale, in a tacky, condescending fashion. Our second option is going to the Chevy Chase store, and this is mostly because we have a good point of contact there. Summary, even for returns, this store isnt worth the gas to drive there, unless you enjoy being treated like a pseudo criminal working on taking some sort of advantage of this location to get your jewelry cleaned. Were SO done with this location, I cant say enough negative things about this place.

I had a similar experience to the post before mine. I came in around 5pm, wasnt packed with only 2 other customers inside. I came in to purchase a necklace for a graduation gifts. I knew what I wanted when I got to the store but was also interested to look around for something else. I felt extremely rushed. I wasnt asked a single question about who the gift was for or if there was anything else I was interested in. I would ask a questions and it would be followed with an answer then is that all? I can ring you up, at least twice. The gentleman seemed very uninterested and I felt over all rushed. My previous experience at T&C was very different. The saleslady that helped me last time was very sweet and helpful.

Terribly customer service. I came in to exchange a birthday gift (medium size) that I had received for a smaller size (small), but was informed by the sales rep that no small was available in the color that I wanted. So she helped me place an order for a small, but when I checked the receipt, it showed that my order was for a x-small. So I spoke with the same sales rep after I discovered the issue and was informed that there were only 3 sizes (S, M, L) available for this Tiffany bead bracelet and tried to showed me that on the iPad, but when she showed me there were actually 4 different sizes for this bracelet (XS, S, M, L). Then I told her I wanted a small and not the x-small that she placed the order for and was informed that because she already sent the order over (which occurred 20 mins before this conversation) she cannot cancel it. She also tried to convince me that I wanted a x-small and not a small for the exchange.At the end her supervisor or coworker came over to help her cancel the order and helped her to help us exchange for this small bracelet (which apparently they did have one in stock in a small and in the color I wanted).Don’t think I will be returning to this location. I was assisted by the same sales rep twice on different occasions and both times she did not seem to genuinely care or want to service us.

Disappointed in the service today. Decided to take 2 girlfriends to their first experience in looking at engagement rings to expand knowledge and also try on rings to get an idea of what they might like. The sales rep was very unwelcoming and short. She seemed bothered by our questions and inconvenienced by our curiosity. While it may have been clear we were not purchasing today, we have potential in becoming future clients. My husband and I are clients at a local jeweler in Fairfax and they far exceed quality customer service. I expected more from Tiffany and Co.Aside from the poor service, I enjoyed looking around myself at the beautiful items in the store. It’s too bad that I don’t have good feelings about nudging my partner (or anyone else) to this location.

Came to drop off a watch for a battery change today, have had my watch for more than 10 years. Tiffany used to have a lifetime warranty, but apparently they don’t apply it anymore. When I mentioned the warranty to service person (Frances M.), she became very rude and aggressive, practically saying that I was lying about the warranty. Not the customer service you should expect for a $10k watch

LUXURIOUS!! You are greeted at the door, then you are asked if you need assistance, and if you do, the final question is whats your name so that a sale associate can assist you. You are then told how many people are before you! I was totally impressed! Afterwards, I said with a smile I will browse while I wait. The greeter then said okay with a smile and remained at the door to greet other clients! As I browsed, my sales associate stated my name as she was walking over to me, I turned around and said yes, and then she introduced herself. Her name was Wilma!! She asked how may she help me, then I told her. Wilma got what I wanted and wrapped it very beautifully! If Tiffanys were able to get a star like restaurants get Michelin stars.....I will say Tiffanys would definitely be holding the highest Michelin star there is!!From the greeter at the door to the sales associate being warm and welcoming, the luxuriousness of the store itself beholding ones admiration, Tiffanys delivers top-tiered service, bar none!! Thank you, Tiffany, for helping me celebrate my promotion!!! You have gained a lifetime client!!It would be nice to have Breakfast at Tiffanys (The Blue Box Cafe) at this location! Hint!! Hint!! I made an appoint online at this location because I wanted to design an engagement ring with my girlfriend. After I made the appointment, I called them to see if I could save the design because I wanted to come back alone and buy it, without my girlfriend there. The person who picked up didnt know the answer to my question and told me that the diamond expert assigned to me will respond. The next day I got a notification that my appointment was cancelled (without any reason as to why). When I called back to get a reason they told me that there was a glitch on the site and that I should not have been able to make an appointment because Tiffanys are no longer doing appointments nationwide. To test this out I made an appointment with Tiffanys at another location and there was no problem at all doing so. I dont want to speculate as to why, but I felt that I was treated unfairly and reading the previous reviews it seems like I am not alone.

Terrible service I’ve ever experienced two times in a row. They were very rude when I asked to show me one bracelet and the other. The lady there said there is a time limit to look around. I was there for 2 minute only and she said that. Second time I was there the guy there was not patient even for 1 minute bc he kept on saying do you want it when I was trying on one bracelet. I couldn’t even look around to see other choices bc he acted like he doesn’t have time for me. Seemed he was in a rush for other customer when there were non first hour in the morning during the weekday. I bought two bracelets anyway but prefer online shopping. Dont waste your time. I drove out of my way to pick up a last minute gift, combatted traffic, and arrived at 5:45 pm to find the store completely closed. No one answered the phone, and no one has responded to the message and e-mail I sent expressing my disappointment that they would choose to close early with no warning. Today at around 4pm, I was ready to make a purchase and my partner and I were not permitted in the store “due to covid” unless we knew “exactly what we wanted.” I felt as though we were both being judged, because we were dressed rather casually. The more excuses the doorman made to not let us in, even though I told him I wanted something to match my Elsa Peretti hoops that I got in Hawaii, the less I believed him that it had anything to do with store policy. I stopped trying to convince him to let us shop and we left.Black men shouldn’t have to be dressed in a tux to be permitted to buy their girlfriends jewelry.I’ll go to a small business jeweler for the necklace I wanted instead. Frustrating!! This location Is not actually open until 6!! Drove a half hour to get to Tiffany before close at 6pm. I arrived at the store at 5:42 and the windows were wide open however the doors were already locked 20 minutes before the closing time period four different associates and and two security guards saw me outside of the store and made eye contact. Awful customer service.The only reason this is not a one star review is because the store manager and the SA we worked with were wonderful, however, it was a journey of rudeness to get to them and since then.At initial check in we were sent to customer service, instead of being connected to an SA. After we realized, we tried to find a free SA, as the store was busy. One of the SAs blatantly avoided us on two occasions when we tried to approach him. After the second time, when he rudely cut off my husband and said he currently doesnt have time then proceeded to walk straight up to someone else to offer help, we complained at the check in.After our complain, a new SA and the store manager took care of us. They were very helpful, and provided the courtesy and service one expects from T&Co. They really went above and beyond, and we were happy with our overall experience.My rings were supposed to be ready today for pick up, after resizing. I called them a few minutes ago, they told me I can only pick them up on Friday, as they are not ready. When I asked how come, and if there is anything that they can do to speed this up, the person on the phone was very rude, unhelpful, and did everything in his power to get me off the line in short of hanging up.My husband left $$$$ in this store, buying my initial set of rings, now my upgraded rings, mothers day gifts, etc. I know that after I pick my rings up on Friday, we will not be returning. When I bought the Gift Card for my wife, I asked at least three times how she can use this card? Can she get the money back if she wishes? They told - yes. I asked: Does this procedure have an expiration date: They told - no ...And when the last time we visited the store with my wife, they first told that the remaining amount should remain on the card, the refund of the remaining amount is not possible. When I reminded them of the promise, they told that they should talk to the manager ... And the manager said that he could have returned the money, but the deadline had already passed ... In short, they behaved like in a cheap Chinese shop. For the Tiffany, this is not even funny, but deplorable ...

Kevin Kozlowski was so courteous and helpful from the moment my girlfriend and I walked into the store. We needed to exchange a bracelet and he showed us to the Customer Service and then when we were done he assisted us in purchasing another bracelet for my girlfriend. I am giving this a one star review because my credit card information was compromised after making a purchase here. I just bought my wife a necklace their yesterday on a brand new credit card, which was used today to make fraudulent purchases online!! Again, this was a brand new card that I have only used at Tiffany and Co. so there is no other way this card was compromised elsewhere. I would recommend using cash if you plan on shopping at this particular location.Other than having my card hacked due to a lack of security measures by this company, the staff there were very pleasant and their selection of jewelry is amazing.

Overall had a great experience at this location. I had several pieces of jewelry cleaned and the process was quick and easy. When I picked them up, the gentleman in the back handed them to me in separate pouches. I asked for boxes and was told I could only get a box if the jewelry was brand new. I even had to ask for a bag to put the pouches in. I felt the customer service could have been improved since I had over $1,000 worth of Tiffany items. However, when walking out I asked an older blonde woman if I could have the boxes to put them in and she willingly and happily provided them to me and even gave me a bigger bag without asking. Much better customer service from her and the rest of the employees at the front of the store.

Bought a necklace here which broke. They honored a return, however the return they downgraded the size of the necklace. I did not notice this but my girlfriend did which required me to go back and return it. Im not from VA so I wasnt aware of the traffic on a Friday evening. I was coming from DC to Tiffanys to grab my lil sister something for her graduation (that Friday). I was 3 miles away but pushing 6 oclock. I called and received excellent customer service. While speaking with the manager (nice women) she told me I could come to the lobby door to purchase what I needed as along as I knew what I was purchasing. Was here a couple of weeks ago. Well.... Im a crazy fanatic of Tiffany and co. I have bracelet earrings necklaces charms glasses you name it... No longer replace batteries in their watches as a customer service. $50 for a battery for a watch purchased there. Had another jeweler change the Tiff watch battery for 1/5 of the price.

I was there recently and tried to get a gift, thinking this will be a short trip. Was in the store for more than 30 minutes and still 4 people ahead of me were not being helped. Had to leave for work, with no gift in hand. I wish, at least, they offered a drink or a time update for those who are waiting to be helped. I will be back for another day to get the gift. But by far, a disappointing experience at Tiffanys.

Meaghen Murray sold me a bracelet.I needed to have it extended, therefore I ask to pick it up. I received a email from UPS stating my package would be delivered today 1/24/2018 me puzzled.I called Tiffany spoke with 2 associates who was unaware finally spoke with Meaghen Murray she was very rude and careless and stating I made a mistake by sending it to your house and I cant take it back. Its a unmarked package no-one will know what it is a thief never know whats in people packages when they take them. Ill be returning the item for a refund...Thanks but NO THANKS

Went in on a Sunday afternoon for a wedding gift was greated by a friendly gentleman who let us know our wait time. Browsed while we waited very nice atomsphere. Got a great gift not in stock but shipped to me UPS next day ground for FREE! Never a bad experience from Tiffany & Co.

Being an African American customer dealing with higher end luxury brand has never been a pleasant experience and today I came in and it was the same treatment. I often wonder what makes the black dollar less than anyone else? Or why I wasnt never asked maam do you need some help? Or why security who to my surprise was a black man asked to follow me around the petite store. I actually knew more about the Tiffanys brand and pieces in the store then the associate assisting me. Anywhom, he assisted the white woman I was with helping her place her necklace on and just simply handed me the necklace... I was going in there to purchase the necklace I knew what I wanted so its not like I did anything suspicious... Idk I wont be going back to that store and hope they get some cultural sensitivity training or at least whisper a bit quieter.... So I was stalked at Tiffanys, I wasnt helped, and the two black associates in that store is not enough to convince me that theyre diverse in their views especially with that service I received.
