Ive fixed my appliances multiple times and I come here when I need parts or tools. They know what they are talking about, and if they dont have a part they get it in a day or so. You also have the option to travel to one of their other locations if its more urgent.If you want to make it better, start a Tool Rental service.

Tried this place on two occasions and have never ran into people I’ve felt like I was bothering more in my life just by asking availability... I’ll never try again, rude people who don’t like the public shouldn’t deal with the public.

I paid double the price, but having the part immediately was worth it. Customer service is non existent, so don’t expect a smile or friendly service.

Helpful counter men. Vast warehouse of everything youll need for HVAC and appliance repair. Pro or amateur. They are worth the drive. Tip: bring your part if unsure of what you need.

I was there today to buy a dryer part and I had a few questions. He didnt know what they did. He couldnt help me out. Its sure not like the old place next time Ill just hit a button and order it on line. Will never go back. Very very poor customer service.

Very disappointing! I stopped in looking for a timer and the young guy behind the counter was rude. Seemed like I was bothering him. I gave him the part and he told me he really can’t tell what I need.Don’t Bother!

Found thisplace years ago and have bought from them with GREAT service and incredible helpfulnes. They even had a replacement part for my 1953 Kenmore stove!

They had a part for my HVAC that I couldnt find anywhere else,besides an used example on Ebay.Price is a bit high,but worth it imo.
