Love this place. If you got the Money. You wont mind Spending it here. The Staff is Awesome. Service and Repair is Excellent. Used Bikes are GOOD too.
I came hear wanting to look at their KTM Duke 200 as a replacement for my Kymco Spade 150 parade bike. I spoke with Chris and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He went above and beyond by taking the KTM outside so that i may take some photos for comparison between the bikes and allowed me to sit on it. Definitely a no pressure approach. I highly recommend speaking with Chris if you are interested in purchasing a bike. I will be looking forward to trading up as soon as this years parade season and competition are over.
Service dept:These guys are good guys. They fixed my 2015 Ducati 1299 panigale S. Which had less hope of fixing. It was oil leak which was almost impossible to figure out. Towed my bike frkm Detroit to Illinois because I am done with Ducati Detroit dealership (straight rip-off)MCC is the best. Will be doing more custom work on the bike with them.
Bought a 2017 Triumph Bonneville T100 from Michael Hayes. I could not be happier with my experience with MCC and Mike. He was very knowledgeable throughout the entire process and got me on the right bike at a great deal. You wont find any pushy salesmen here.Just genuine bike lovers doing what they love.Cant wait for the riding season to begin. Thanks, Mike & MCC.
Ive bought two bikes here and will continue to go back over and ive. Superb service and great bikes.
Just bought my second bike from MCC. I really love this shop and Peter L. was great to work with. I was trading in my older Ducati Monster for a new Ducati Scrambler. In addition to a bunch of changes to the Scrambler including new bars, bar end mirrors, Termignoni exhaust, fender delete and new grips I also needed to arrange delivery for the new bike and pickup for the trade in. I was in the store on Saturday and the new bike was delivered with all the accessories installed on Thursday. Peter was very helpful during the entire process and I am very happy with the bike and with the sales and service department at MCC. I would highly recommend Team MCC to anyone looking for a Ducati, KTM, Motus, MV Augusta or Triumph.
These guys are THE BEST!! I bought my first Ducati from them in 1992 and I still think theyre the best!
Nice place to do business with. I purchased my KTM Duke there, they have a great selection of apparel and accessories....
After purchasing 3 previous motorcycles here they act as if every used bike they have is gold. Over priced and just act as though you don’t matter. The 3 previous motorcycles were all purchased new from them yet I’m a nobody and they can’t be bothered to come down to market price. Ended up getting a better deal on a newer version of the same bike elsewhere. Will not purchase another motorcycle from them EVER!
I was planning on buying a Triumph. Anton from the sales staff and Scott the Sales Manager were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I put a deposit down on a bike in stock and was going to purchase it after completing a course and getting my license. After the course didn’t work out, Scott refunded my deposit without question and was more concerned with how I was doing than the money. They are great to work with and have an amazing selection of the best bikes.
Rocky is a great addition to MCC staff. He has experience that you can count on. He once managed a classic side car build for me with great success.
Ummmm wow, mic drop! This place is for real, nestled into a very quiet part of town lies this slice of exotic motorcycle heaven. Super friendly sales, top notch bikes & product! I drove down from Barrington & it was totally worth it. Big shout out to the little guys..
I purchased the bike out of state and cannot say enough to the professionalism and levity of the Salesman and staff and how they made the whole process painless. They even researched and recommended the proper shipping company and negotiated the lower cost. All paper work was on time and they even gave consideration on the temp tag as to when the bike would arrive. Fantastic to do business with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Had a fantastic experience at this dealer purchasing my new Triumph Street Triple RS. Blaise helped me through everything and was awesome every step of the way making sure all my questions were answered and all with no pressure! Scott also was awesome helping out, everyone was nice and knowledgeable. I would defiantly purchase here again and recommend this place to anyone i know.
Ive gone to this location multiple times to look at Ducatis. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, I have yet to pull the trigger, but will in the future. I am frankly surprised they stay patient with me as I have been about to place a deposit on multiple occasions and had to back out for personal reasons... Most businesses would consider me a waste of time, not MCC. Not only do they continue to stay in touch but their sales staff emailed me a hilarious Buy the bike document that continues to make me laugh over a year later. This treatment has cemented my decision to purchase my first Ducati from MCC. I would recommend this location!
Friendly staff. Quick service.
KTM 1090 two weeks out of warranty. Talked to Rocky and KTM USA about a known issue on this model. Neither could tell me if it would be covered or not be covered under warranty. Even though I bought two bikes from MCC in the past Rocky told me because I didnt buy this bike there I would have to pay $130 for them to even look at it. I tried to talk to him further about it and he hung up on me. I will be escalating this issue.*update to follow*After further research I was confident that the known issue was my problem. ( Rocky even confirmed that a known issue exists in my first conversation with him) . I purchased the part at another KTM dealer and replaced the part(fuel sending unit) myself in 30 minutes fixing the problem. My experience with Rocky was poor at best. MCC you have lost a long standing customer.
I’m never like to complaint about anything but what happened to me while my bike was in service was not fair and I will hate to see anyone passing thought this inconvenience. I took my 2017 Diavel (1000 miles) to just replace the fuel sensor and after patiently waiting a week and a half. They finally returned my bike with scratches on both sides of the tank and obviously not scratches from drop, it was from removal. I told the employee about it and he lied to me telling me that they didn’t have to remove the tank to replace the fuel sensor, and at the end he says that “he was not going to anything about it”I have record that the tank cover was replaced like 6 months ago and after that nobody did any repair to it till now.So, I noticed that it was going to be impossible to have a decent conversation with him without getting him altered. I called two other Ducati authorized dealer and they confirmed that to replace the sensor you need to remove the tank.Really bad service from Brad (Rocky), I should it follow my instinct when I was leaving the bike to him and he didn’t do any inspection and just told me to leave the keys without even look at the bike or were it was park outside.Hopefully the General Manager will see this and question him about it and do the right thing.
Outstanding selection and service. Friendly, spacious, clean, modern. Convenient location and hours. Very safe social distancing and masks.
Friendly and helpful staff. Ive been going there for years, bought motorcycles and gear from them, and never had a bad experience!
The staff was awesome!! They showed me the wide selection of bikes that fit what I was looking for and I found a great new KTM!! They were very patient in answering my questions and I left feeling really excited about the new bike. Great store!!
Called to find out about getting service for a safety recall notice on my bike and was told since I did not buy the bike here I need to leave the bike for them to even order parts. Bike would sit there until parts came in then they can install. The person I spoke with in service had no interest in helping me, did not ask for any information, and basically said since you did not buy it here you are SOL! Great way to show how you represent the brand and support the customer!
I was interested in buying a ducati. The sales guy had no patience and did not want to listen what I had to say. Good luck selling bike with that attitude.
Great staff got me on the road in a hurry.
Bikes have scheduled maintenance and I trust this shop will do the job and do it right.
Great experience, hassle free, no pressure there when you need them, easy to schedule a service appointment, very friendly and easy to talk to. Took the time to talk to me about the bike, service and any questions I had. I felt more educated about my bike after the visit. The bike was returned to me in as clean condition as before the service and I mean no smudges or fingerprints on fairings, perfect showroom conditions as it was prior to the service.
I got service done on my kx80 cylinder. Great service. Great work. Great prices. Salesmen are friendly and all the staff is helpful. The owner is present often and is very knowledgeable if you have questions.
We cannot say enough good things about Peter! He was very helpful, has great follow through and knows how to create a loyal customer. Well done Peter, thank for helping us load up the bike in a mini snowstorm. Bravo team MCC!
Bought a new bike from this dealership for a great price. Blaise helped me through it -- no-pressure salesperson who was fun to talk to and could answer all your questions and more. Scott gave a great deal, while Heather in finance patiently helped me through the paperwork, which I was woefully prepared for. I would recommend buying your next bike from this place.
I needed some help finding parts for my 2009 speed triple. Les in parts went above and beyond to find the parts I needed when they were not properly listed in Triumphs part system by cross referencing a Ducatti that had similar hydraulic connections. I was very impressed with the initiative and attention to detail taken here as it saved me hours from spinning my wheels trying to figure it out. Thanks
I worked with Pete to purchase my 2019 Triumph Street Triple RS. The process from start to finish was professional, efficient and fun. Pete and the rest of the MCC crew are knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with and talk to. Thanks for setting me up with this sweet machine fellas (and lady - Heather from finance!). Would highly recommend!
Rode my 2000 Sprint from Tampa to Chicago last month and developed fuel leak 2nd day out. Nashville dealer checked out but no fittings to fix. Scheduled service appt with MCC on basis theyd confirm issue and order parts for future install. Pleasant surprise, had parts to resolve and repair done on timely basis for reasonable labor charge. Parts person also provided options for problematic OEM rear turn signals that broke twice - much appreciated. Overall a very positive experience and great to have competent full service dealer in area. Also had good covid protocols in place to protect both customers and employees.
One of the best looking showrooms I have ever seen housing some of the best looking bikes on the market. I traded in last Saturday and worked with Mike H who could not have been any more professional or helpful. He responded quickly to my emails, gave me realistic trade in figures and when it came time to trade in, made the process smooth and painless. Everyone who I talked with at the dealer was knowledgeable, friendly and you could tell they love what they do.Highly suggest checking out their new and used section and ask for Mike H, he will take care of you!
Bought my first bike (2017 FZ-09) here at MCC with Peter. I came here because I heard good things from this dealer and it’s employees through friends and family and they will help with whatever questions and concerns you have. They treat you as a rider first rather than a customer and that was very comforting. Peter helped me from the very beginning when I was just shopping around to communicating through text to the point of purchase where he helped strap up the bike to take it home. I couldn’t have had a better experience here.
Peter was very helpful in my purchase!Very professional. Thank you!Definitely will buy again from MCC
We went in to buy one new motorcycle, and ended up buying three. Thats probably the best testimony for our top notch review of MCC Motor Cycle Center that we could provide. We had an excellent experience there with a terrific sales associate, Mike Hayes. He went beyond just selling us the bikes - he shared his infectious enthusiasm for the sport and his vast knowledge base too! Down to earth and very affable, he welcomed us into a world of motorcycles where all of our inquiries, whether about brand names, engine specs, accessories or service were given generous time for answers and explanations. And all of this was minus any sales pressure. We got the chance to meet the owners and the general manager of the business too. Their friendliness and personalities further confirmed our convictions that we have discovered the best motorcycle center around! Highly recommended.
Great dealership experience!! I worked with Mike Hayes to get my new Triumph Street Scrambler, and Mike was a pleasure to deal with! It was nice to work with someone so personable, and a true enthusiast. He kept me up to date in a timely manner through the sales process from start to finish. I also got to meet some of the management/owners of the dealership who were all very friendly, and accommodating. You can tell everyone at MMC shares a love for bikes, and that is an atmosphere that is lost on a lot of other motorcycle dealers in the area. I am extremely happy with my purchase, and I plan to be a lifelong customer at MCC.
I had a pretty tough time working with the service department. I called the first time and let service know I had a check engine light. I provided my VIN and was told I would get a call back. After waiting 2 days, I called back and attempted to make another appointment. They told me to leave the bike there and they would a few days to run their computer. When I got to the appointment with my ride, I was told they could not diagnose my bike. I had to re-explain why I was there as there were no notes on my appointment. Additionally, I asked if they could look my bike over as I commute on it. They told me they were busy and I should not expect free work. I offered to pay for any services. Additionally, the bike was under warranty. When I got a call the bike was ready, and went to pick it up. I asked if they had given it a look over and it needed anything, and I was told that they only looked at the check engine light and nothing else. I have never left my bike, or car at a shop where they dont inspect it in some form after it is in for service. The facility was clean, and the sales team was very nice, and personable. as I walked around to look at other bikes.I was pretty frustrated with service, and will not be returning. I offered to pay for necessary work, and my bike was under warranty. Start to finish, it was incredibly tough to work with service on a very simple issue.I took my Ducati to Motoworks Chicago and as soon as they saw it was under warranty, there was no diagnostic fee, and no stress. I asked them to look over my bike and they found 2 issues that were both covered under warranty. One issue was major - a common brake fluid leak. I would not recommend going to MCC.
The dealership has a lot of really cool bikes. Mike H was very helpful with all the questions I had. Also gave good advice on future mods. Paperwork process was quick and I will definitely be going back to this dealership in the future.
Two different experiences, depending on the department Ive dealt with.Sales folks are awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. 5 stars for that side of the building.Service is a different story. They treated me like they were doing me a favor and didnt want to be bothered about it. 1 star for them.
Great people. Just bought another bike from them.
Great service and had the parts and accessories I needed in stock
Had taken my Ducati here for a belt replacement and service. Due to COVID-19 you are unable to meet with the service department face to face, instead you have to write down what is needed on a clip board. I needed my Ducati’s belts replaced/serviced. I received the phone call the bike was done and was told the bill was significantly higher then the previous belt service I had done here. I looked at my old receipt and confronted the manager over the phone. They said the tech did a “spring service” on the bike because I wrote on the clip board “belts serviced/ replaced.” I told them I had just done the spring service the week prior and I was not looking to have them do that for me. The manager said the work has been done and they would only refund me for the materials for the oil change.I find this a bit outrageous for a couple reasons. One, I had just done a spring service so when the oil was drained the tech could clearly see that it had fresh oil in it. Second, if they were confused about the Servicing they should’ve called me to confirm what the bike needed done exactly.Lack of communication is to blame for this additional service I didn’t need but still paid for ($350 additional cost I didn’t need). COVID-19 price gouging? I felt after being a customer here for many parts, and services prior I would’ve been treated better. For something that was their mistake. In the future I’ll take my major services for my Ducati and future Ducati’s elsewhere.I would not recommend them.
I bought my KTM 450 from MCC and have been very happy with the purchase and service / support! The service and parts shop staff is friendly and helped me sort out a lean condition on fuel mapping (due to weather change) without charge.Mr. Geoff Mellinger is a great guy to deal with and made my buying experience and service thereafter first-class.I highly recommend this shop!
I went in just to get some info and try out a demo bike, and ended up talking to Michael. He was super helpful, really enthusiastic, and not pushy at all. You can tell he really cares about his customers. Great selection of bikes too. Definitely come by if youre in the market.
I went there 7/10/18 to look for my first bike. After going to a few dealers before this one and getting nowhere it was nice to be able to talk with someone that was actually helpful. Geoff went over all the questions I had and was very informative about the bike and history of the company. Very positive experience.
I havent been to the location, but have worked with them over the phone. My experience with the parts representative was he was knowledgeable, friendly, & expedient. Will certainly do business with them again!
Mr. Alex and his mechanics crew took very good care of motorcycle. They change my rear tire in timely fashion. I recommend this dealership as well as the mechanic shop. Very Professional People.
Blaise was insanely helpful over texting. Went elsewhere for a used bike because they didn’t have the exact used bike I wanted, but highly recommend Blaise and their knowledge and expertise
Found a sweet Harley at MCC. Spoke with Mike over the phone and he was clear and honest about what it was and how it was traded in. When i went to look at it, hour and fifteen minute run from my house, I spoke with service Manager, Rocky I believe, and he spoke of the service done and what was going to be done. Ive bought many bikes in my life and this is the first one Ive bought with out riding. Hell I didnt even here it run as they were waiting on a rebuild kit for the carb. Heather was awesome and handled paperwork and I was done in less than an hour. Fast forward two weeks and they delivered it to my work and now its in my living room. Thanks Mike and the MCC team!
The most unprofessional customer approach of the service department. After leaving the motorcycle for a week and not receiving the follow up call I found out that they do not carry basic items in stock. What is more, they wanted $300 for unscrewing 5 screws that took me less than 10 minutes to do myself.
This is an outstanding dealership. I’ve had multiple bikes serviced here and I trust them more than any other shop. I’ve also taken some nice riding courses here too. I definitely recommend MCC.
Great service, know what theyre doing. Kinda pricey (get what you pay for). Will def go back
I dont have anything else to compare this place to, but as a first time buyer I couldnt have been happier. Nikita is a stud and very knowledgeable and helpful as he assisted in my initial purchase of a 2014 899 Panigale. The bike is fantastic. Domini was also awesome in helping me select my gear, and I believe she has moved on to greener pastures. Service has been superb with 2 previous services and lightning fast. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this place without reservation. Keep up the good work team MCC!
I love this dealer, always got great bikes in stock and Peter, Jeff ( sales rep) is very informative and always nice. I love taking my bike here even though I live 45 minutes away. I have a 2015 Ducati Monster 1200S Striped edition. Anytime my bike have a problem I always trust taking it in to see Alex and Aaron . They always take care of me and get the problem solved quickly. Once the problem is fixed it never comes back! Which is amazing because some dealer will fix your bike but it breaks again. I always trust leaving my bike here for a couple days when I cant wait for it or if its a longer repair. So far I have not had major problems with my bike ( purchased from MCC) but all the minor problems get sorted out quick and enjoyable process. Thanks Alex and Aaron for always taking care of myself and my bike!
Recently purchased a Triumph Scrambler, as well as some accessory items from MCC in Villa Park and am very happy with the overall experience. I worked with Jennifer mainly for the purchase, but also talked to other sales people, as well as the guys over in parts, and even rentals - everyone was more than willing to take the time to talk and offer advice and opinions on any questions I had.I feel I got a good deal for my money at MCC, and feel it is the best of the 3 Triumph dealerships that I visited while exploring the Triumph line.
Peter and Scott are true professionals: very knowledgeable, respectful, and generous! I am absolutely happy with my purchase (Triumph Tiger 800) and the overall experience at MCC!
Theres not a lot of places to get motorcycles serviced, but I think Ive found mine. MCC Service dept was friendly, professional and informative. And while I waited, it was pretty good to roam the sales floor looking at bikes and accessories ... have coffee and watch motorcycling related video on a large monitor ... friendly and helpful staff there, too. Good experience all around!
Had a great experience working with Peter and Heather purchasing my Motus MST from out of state . Process went smooth . Bike was purchased sight unseen and was as described and arrived safely .
I had a terrible experience with MCC, sales rep hang the phone before I finish my questions, service did the same after he said we are 3 weeks ahead.I also asked them about the item im buying and they said we dont know!. even though the answer is on the package. Picture attached
This is the second motorcycle Ive purchased from MCC, and I will continue to do so because of their outstanding quality and character. Special thank you to Tony for making the whole process smooth as butter.
I bought my Monster used so I cant speak to the sales department, but service is top notch. I brought the bike there as soon as I got it because I new it needed belts. In and out within 4 hours, they gave the bike a once over as a safety check. Love the no frills no BS check over. Fork seals are good, oil is clean...just ride it. Thanks for the service! Will definitely recommend and keep coming back.
My boyfriend loves coming here, to see all the new bikes and whenever his bike have any issues. Alex and Aaron always takes care of the issues and are always helpful and very nice! He doesnt trust many people with his bike but he doesnt mind leaving the bike here in good hands! His issues always gets fixed and he gets to enjoy continue riding his Ducati!
Best selection of European motorcycles in Chicago. The space is huge, and staff super nice. They dont carry all the European brands but theres enough to look at to satisfy your desire to be around, browse, or buy some of the coolest bikes out there.
I dont know what else to say other than I trust this dealership and feel like the customer needs are the focus. I got a great deal on a Triumph, and Jennifer was a pleasure to work with. This place has a great reputation if you talk to people who have bought from here. I highly recommend this place.
I have purchased several motorcycles from MCC and have had all of them serviced at MCC. Whether sales or service, my experience has been fantastic. The guys know their products-features, capabilties, and performance. They all also do a great job servicing the bikes and do it quickly and at a fair price. I would recommend MCC for the purchase of a new bike as well as for service. They know motorcycles and care about their customers. I believe all the guys at the store own and ride motorcycles, so they walk the talk.
I have bought a Triumph and a Ducati from them in the last five years. Excellent service. They are happy to discuss alternatives and modifications w you. I had a late model BMW on which the BMW dealer was reluctant to upgrade the suspension and MCC did it for me w excellent results. Very knowledgeable sales and service and a happy place to visit! No pressure sales; they know the bikes sell themselves.
Purchased a motorcycle from them in 2010 and have been back for accessories and service ever since. Treated well from day one, and they are always trying to do everything in their power to help. Dave in parts/sales is very knowledgable and honest. Pricing is sometimes higher than online competitors, but service makes up for it. Need to support local businesses! New location is great!
I had the absolute best experience purchasing my Ducati from Mike who was extremely knowledgeable on the bike and kept me in the loop throughout the whole buying process. MCC’s staff is amazing head to toe and I can’t imagine purchasing a bike from anyone else after the treatment I received here. I wish I could give 6 stars!
Go there, dont waste your time somewhere else. They love their jobs not like some other places I had displeasure to visit. They have mechanics, real ones they know how to fix every bike. I bought two bikes there and sold one. Every time left smiling. Good people doing honest business. You dont see that often these days.
Mike and his team are absolutely terrific. They take the time to assess the bike, recommend potential service options, and complete the work in a very timely manner. Communications are excellent, and prices are right in line with the level of service offered. I plan to rely on MCC for any future service needs, and recommend them highly.
Good place for parts quickly and quick. If I ever see Dee Snider’s brother outside of there, I’ll be sure to greet him with the same discourtesy and kick his head in.
0 stars if possible. Just got off the phone with this dealership. Rocky is the service manager, or so he claims. Answered the phone with an attitude and acted annoyed that he had to do his job. I tried to explain my situation but he had no interest in helping me or giving me any information. He simply seemed uninterested in helping me in any way whatsoever. After dealing with his attitude for a minute or two I had enough. I asked him if I could speak to someone else and he refused for the first 2 times I asked before he finally transferred me to someone else. Whoever answered the phone had no idea who I was and why I was transferred to him. I told him I needed a manager and he told me that he was one of them. I started to explain my isssue with Rocky and he cut me off mid-sentence to tell me that it was way above his head and that hed try to get ahold of someone else that could help me. I was transferred once again to someone who answered the phone without identifying himself. I told him I needed the manager of the store. I was once again transferred to someone who claimed to be a manager. He listened for a bit and started to seem helpful but when I told him I had issues with an employee he immediately shut down and told me thats not gonna happen when I told him to talk to the owner of this shop and tell him to fire Rocky for his poor attitude and unwillingness to do his job. I live out of state and would have to trailer my bike to this dealership and leave it there while they work on it and pick it back up when they finish. Needless to say I will be traveling further to spend my money with a company that knows how to treat their customers. Avoid this dealership at all costs. All of the five star reviews are clearly made up by employees. If you need a real review look at reviews rated 3 stars or less.
Great place for rentals. Rented a triumph from Geoff for a weekend road trip, very easy place to do business with and flexible with the pick up and drop off times. Great customer service. Will definitely go there again.
Great euro selection.Worth the trip, even if just to browse at the new hardware. Owners are top notch people!
Service is fantastic, Speedy is service is about the best you can get. Knowledgeable and willing to take the time to teach and make sense to customers. Niko is sales is also really professional and helpful. Overall, great experience with MCC. Highly recommend.
I have been to the service department twice and in both cases it was easy to schedule an appointment and the service was performed on time while I waited. They checked the availability of a part recall before I came so that my trip would not be wasted. A great knowledgeable staff and a pleasure!Fred
Awesome motorcycles
Mike was my sales guy. He was quick to get my 2017 Desert Sled Scrambler selected and in to prep for next day pickup. He was responsive and straight forward. All of the staff at MCC is helpful, they took time to explain things and really show passion in their knowledge. They hung around on Fathers Day for Ducati demo which is great because they could have had the showroom closed on that day. Kudos to MCC for a great purchasing experience and for partnering with Ducati demo days!
As far parts its great place and way better than others Triumh dealers. Got me parts where others tell me that they doesnt have it simply because my model is 2018.
Ken G.Kenmore, NY 14217July 10, 2018Motor Cycle Center Inc.443 E. St. Charles Rd.Villa Park, IL 60181Attn: Greg MellingerAs you can imagine buying any motor vehicle sight unseen can be a little nerve-racking. I just wanted to thank everyone that may have been involved at Motor Cycle Center Inc. for an easy, prompt and stress free experience with my recent purchase of a used 2004 BMW R1150RT. I have never been more impressed by the professionalism, fast response and accuracy describing this bike and completing the transaction from beginning to end as I received from Peter Lengsfeld. It has been a pleasure dealing with Peter and MCC through the entire process. Thanks againKen G.
I have been dealing with MCC motorsports for over 20 years. Never a problem. The owner is not hard to find if you have even the smallest question. I have bought two bikes from there and numerous parts. And i have had some service work done to. My next bike will be coming from there as well.
Awesome experience with the purchase of a Multistrada. Peter was great to work with and had extensive knowledge about the bike. Highly recommend MCC over Motoworks as Motoworks didn’t even follow up and seemed really indifferent about selling a bike.
A first class experience! The facility is big, clean and well laid out. The service on my Triumph was done on time and exceeded my expectations. This is a great locally owned business. Motorcycle riders around Chicago need to check it out.
Not the most friendly bunch of employees. Wandered around and nobody even said hi. Service wasnt helpful in the least and the service manager wont even look at you as you sir and wait at his desk. Its like they have zero concept of customer service. Will be looking elsewhere to have my Ducati serviced.
Niki is one of the best sales guys I have ever worked with, no pressure, was interested in helping you find a bike and easy to work with. He also took the time to work with you, he didnt make us feel like he wanted to get to another customer right away. We got a used Monster 696 MCC a few months ago and between the state of the bike, the sales staff, and the service guys I could not be happier. I will be coming back when I save enough for a 821 Dark.
As soon as i walked into the showroom i was greeted with a firm handshake and a warm smile. The relaxed and friendly atmosfear was instantly noticeable and the staff very helpful with advice and answers to all my questions.I highly recommend MCC to anyone that wants a great service.A totally enjoyable experience.Thank you MCC.
They are awesome, thanks so much for hosting the NEBDR movie.
I would recommend this Triumph dealer. Very pleased with my Tiger. Its been two weeks since my purchase - my only complaint is I havent heard back from them yet regarding the engine protection guards they ordered. Accessories shouldnt take two weeks.
