I just want to say thank you to the friendly, knowledgeable staff at Velasquez. After the dealership told me I needed a new center pipe and muffler that would cost me $1700, I decided to get another opinion. I took it to Velasquez where they showed me what needed to be fixed. I didnt need a new muffler or center pipe after all. Just a connector pipe. The job only cost $60. My car sounds and runs fine. Thanks again to J. Gonzalo for being honest and showing me what I really needed (the dealership did not). THANKS AGAIN AS I SAVED A LOT OF MONEY. I would highly recommend this place..

Wonderful service. I needed work on my exhaust system. I got there around 8:00. They checked it out, made a proposal, did the work and I was on the road headed home by 9:00 with the new 2 foot section all welded in place. From my experiences with other places I assumed they would want to replace most of the system and expected to be paying $1,000 or more. They did the work for $163.75. Nice surprise for a Monday morning!

In and out in 30 mins with a bill near half of what I was expecting! They replaced the muffler, cut/welded new pipe ends and welded on a new muffler support bracket. Very happy!

I have always had great success in bringing my seasoned Camry for repair. A flex pipe and a Cadillac converter. Great local place, came in for an oil change by they were busy. They asked me to leave the car and they will call me within an hour when the car is ready for pick up. Great service friendly staff and just a straight up gem no BS just straight forward! Couldnt be happier!

I when in there to get my car inspected And they told me a Outrageous Price $320 for 1 side for Front Control Arm.The Piece on Auto zone Is 75$ So u telling me u charging me $245 for labor. 🤯 Now the guy didn’t even go on the computer or Nothing to try to find the price he just threw that price at me....Glad i look around and got a way better Deal.

This guys are fast and reasonable with prices, I took my truck in on a Saturday morning in a crunch it was first come first serve. There was two customers ahead of me so they told me about a hour wait. 1 hour later they had my truck up on the lift and saw the problem, 30 mins later it was done. Then Monday I took my other truck there to have the exhaust modified, no problem at all, super fast and it the truck sounds sweet. So I recommended a friend to go there to have her exhaust looked at cause she had a banging coming from under the car, they looked at it and fixed the issue with no charge, she is overjoyed. These guys are great if you have a muffler issue, this is the place. :-)

Very disappointingFlex joint was making funny noisehad both replaced last septembermanager PEDRO, took a look said it needed replaced. It was just over a year and said warranty on part was over, I said it is less than a month since warranty is over and that part should not need to be replaced so soon..I asked him to let me see the problem. Pedro said I have to charge you to put it back on lift to see it, which sounded very sketchy.nice customer service..I said of course that is ridiculous..I said how much to do job..Pedro said $40.00 more than last year..Its a $10 dollar part..I left..What a terrible way to handle a customer.Very poor customer service..Stay awayI asked to contact owner..He said, no can do..

Excellent service! Did not even need an appointment . Just walked in and took care of my exhaust system problems and had an oil changed. Very reasonable in price! Out in 30min .....definitely recommend to all my people ! Go check it out!!!

Called early in the day to ask how long an exhaust repair would take. They told me about 30 minutes. When it I headed over after work, I went out of my way to make it on time.. keep in mind they close at 6. I arrived at 5:03 and the guy up front told me they won’t be able to do it because they’re almost closed (same guy as the phone.) So I told him that they told me it would only take 30 minutes and he goes “sorry, it’ll have to wait til tomorrow because we’re almost closed. You can drop off your car now though and we can do it tomorrow.” Also, not a SINGLE other person waiting for a car.. You can’t do a job at 5:03 because you close at 6 yet it’ll take you 30 minutes? That’s what I call lazy. Never again.

Great place, great price. Stopped in on a Sat at noon because my exhaust was getting loud. They got me in in 10 min. Brought me out to show me the issue and gave me a fair price. $120 for a catalytic converter on my 05 Elantra, INSTALLED. 15 min later, it was ready and sounded great. Very happy. Only thing is, its CASH ONLY. Luckily there is a Walgreens, Jewel and gas station 1 block away.
