On 5/21/2021 I took my wifes car in to Mirror Lake Collision LLC to have a replacement grill installed. While installing the new grill, the technician broke and damaged a hose. They taped the hose up and told me they would order a new hose and install it at no cost to me. They even offered to drive to my home to have the hose installed, so I would not be inconvenienced. I was originally impressed. That original first impression soon changed to disappointment as promise, after promise was broken. Time and time again, I was told many excuses, forgot to order, part was on back order, let me check to see where the part is, etc., etc. Many times I was told I would get a call back....never got a call back. I had to initiate the call every time. About 1 month ago I started getting no calls back. All of a sudden, Mirror Lake Collision went quiet. I wouldnt suggest anyone trust this repair facility. Their word is not their bond. Let my experience be a forewarning to anyone considering this collision repair company. When a company makes a mistake (broken hose), its how they conduct service recovery that tells you most about the integrity of the business. I grade their service recovery with a F. Buyer beware.....

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. Excellent service, quality work, and great timing. I went to a few other shops and got estimates, they all seemed to want to replace every little thing. I went to Mirror Lake Collision and got exactly what I wanted for half the price of others. My car looks amazing. Thank you so much!!

This company does not pay their bills, we have been owed $1,186.09 since February 2021, they will not answer the phone, return messages and their voice mail is full, basically thieves

The supervisor was very understanding of the situation and worked with me. I was able to communicate with the supervisor at anytime even though I was out of town.

Biggest ripoff place in Carroll county stay clear of the shop it is horrible I have never in my life experience such a nightmare from day one today 84 when I pick my truck up and then I had to take it back four different times and its still not right finally Im taking it somewhere else and letting them fix it and just so glad to be done with him the dude who owns the shop is the biggest liar you will ever meet in your life I advise you not to take a go-kart to this place

Be careful of the upfront promises from the owner. He is not professional and will leave your vehicle for other priority issues. Do not trust this butcher shop.

I had some hit/run damages and filed claim. A friend recommended them. Yes they are FAR away from me as I live in Midtown Atl, but to be honest the distance is nothing compared to the great service I am receiving. They handled my claim and rental car set up easily. They also managed to get me a custom hood replacement and i could not be more elated to know I will have a nice hood put in as opposed to the standard factory hood! They are cheerful, professional and kind

Ive been in a few finder benders, I wont go to anyone else now. A car threw me into a ditch while I was at a red light and I called there, I was clueless what to do as this was my first accident, The office lady Krista told me not to worry, shed take care of everything and before the police could leave the scene there was a tow truck there, they handled everything for me. There was a part for my car that took a little longer getting to the shop so it did add an extra day to get my truck back but that can be expected anywhere. I got it back quicker than I though I would. several months later I scratched a womans paint pulling into a parking spot, I gave her their number and told her to take it there and I would pay for it out of pocket, she did and they billed me so that it wouldnt go against my insurance, I am so thankful for their service.

Worked with me and my insurance company to make sure we received our vehicle in a timely manner and with excellent rates, consideration and communication! Definitely would recommend for towing, body work and mechanical work! Thanks Jennifer and Rodney!

I was having some brake issues with my 2012 GMC truck... Couldnt drive it to their location so the owner sent one of his mechanics to my house to get the job done. After he did a brake job in my driveway he drove my truck to their location and finished bleeding the brakes. I trust this place fully and will recommend it to anyone. You dont see customer service like that anymore... But you do here.

Their slow. They will rip you off and their work SUCKS. Took 8 months to do a head job on my caddy. I furnished most parts and they still didnt get it right. They delivered on wreaker. Had to fix it myself.

I had a horrible experience with this shop first the owner is not honest his work is shabby he didnt even match the color of the car. Now I have to get my whole car painted because of his shabby work and oh yeah dont believe him when he says you will get your car back in a specific number of days it is just a lie so you will get him to do the job so expect at least 2 more days from when he promised you. just horrible I will never advise anyone to let him do work on their car. I gave them a second opportunity to correct what was initially done on my vehicle only to be further frustrated because the results were actually the same. theres more I can say here but this is the most important factor of my review. I have to give at least one star here in order for my review to be posted. but honestly I wouldnt give this shop a 1 star rating.
