Mrs. Wanda son did our upstairs floors. Basically we paid him and he NEVER finished the projects. My husband and I had called many time to talk to Mrs. Wanda about the situation and that we had paid her son in full and he was supposed to come back during the weekend to finish up the floors, one weekend becoming two weekends, basically he never show up, It’s like they were giving us one excuse after another. By then her son had told her that he did came two weekend and we were not there, that’s a lie. I had knee surgery and I had been home! My husband and I give them time to make this right, just hoping he will come by to finish up his job. Now we have to hire someone else to finish the job that he didn’t finish. We went with Tri County Floor because they were local and we love supporting local business, but this is Not how you treat your customers.. I would not recommend this business to anyone! I will report this to the BBB

Tri County Flooring was a life saver. We had a pipe to bust and needed flooring in 80% of our house. Stephen came clear to Henry county on a Saturday to give us an estimate and was installing the flooring that Thursday. Stephen & his helper did an amazing job. It only took them 2 days to complete 3 bedrooms, 2 hallways, bathroom & family room. On top of amazing product, you cant beat their prices. I had 3 estimates and they were hands down the cheapest, but it was their work that speaks for itself. Also Mrs. Wanda in the office was a true sweetheart. She always had an answer to all my questions. All I can say is you cant & wont go wrong with Tri County Flooring.

I do not recommend that place, the work they did to me a month was destroyed, I called them to let them know, and they said they were going to fix it, until today they never came, 6 months have passed and I am still waiting here,
