Customer service was very helpful with giving me pricing on new phones and cost per month with activation fee which another T-Mobile mobile retail store was given free activation and 25% off total bill which I seen at the fair but could only get that discount at mobile fair sales trailer. Very helpful. Just not sure if I want to be under a two year contract. Yes a new phone be would be nice but the phone I have is like brand new. Just a want a not a need. I surely dont need to spend a thousand dollars are more just to have a newer phone when the one I or you may have does more than what I need or use it for.

Talk about trading in a iPhone to a upgrade. Was told the money differences would have to be added to the bill, We wanted to pay cash and we were told We couldnt.
First off, this is the T-Mobile store that is next to the Walmart.I was looking for a specific phone and could not find it. I was incredibly excited when the T-Mobile store in Hiram called up this store and found out they had only one in stock. I rushed over.As soon as I entered the store I was immediately greeted by Carolina. She was truly exceptional and super friendly. After I told her that a phone was being held for me, she went and fetched it form me. She took care of everything and got everything transferred over to my new phone.This process of getting a new phone was really easy. Thank you Carolina for all your help!And although they didnt directly assist me as Carolina did, Josh and Tim were very friendly.

Went inside the store on 9/24/2020 to upgrade my phones. All three employees appeared less than enthused to help me. After confirming the store honors the online pricing from Sprint / T Mobile, I decided to follow through on the purchase. Long story short, the store was close to double the cost to upgrade my phones then and there. Deciding I was already there, I decided to go through with the transaction. I was charged close to $400... After a few minutes, the gentlemen got on his phone and walked to the back stock room. He came back and stated he knew Id been charged, but there was something wrong with their equipment. He stated there were several options, none of which included my phones or a refund at the moment. I asked him to cancel the transaction and he advised he would. I left the store with pretty much what amounted to a handwritten IOU and less $400. The money is still pending and has not yet been returned. Id avoid this reseller and go to an official store or order online.
Daila and Darius provided fantastic customer services! They even stayed past hours to help service me! I really enjoyed her great customer service!
Probably the worst T-Mobile I’ve been to! Customer service is horrible here. No one greets you when you walk in. They just look at you like you did something wrong. Or they try to avoid eye contact. I won’t be back.

I went in to get a new line of service and the staff was more than helpful. They explored every option for me to see which was best for me. They were patient and resourceful when it came to being knowledgeable. Darius and Travis were the best. Definitely will be the store I use for any future purchases.
I was greeted at the front door and its all went down hill from there. I had some tech issues wrong with phone. I was basically told its not there problem. They dont fix phones at this location. Call tech support. That is not good customer service. Help the customer with the process, call tech support while Im there

Just ok. I made a blank trip basically. I called before I visited the location and the employee could have given the information over the phone instead of in the location. Then when I informed him that I was the account owner he wanted to dispute that it was my Mommas account. I have this account for my IPad and my Mommas cell phone. He finally went to a screen on the computer that showed that I was indeed the owner. He blamed it on it being weird that it did that.... yeah whatever. In a pandemic, no one desires going out to take care of something that can be taking care of over the phone. Im thinking of going to AT&T.
Went in the Villa Rica store this past Sunday. Three people working. The guy helping me upgrade my phone accomplished what I came to accomplish, but was not motivated or business professional at all. The guy was watching basketball on his phone and never looked me in the eye while helping me. While I was checking out I also heard him complain to another co worker that today wasn’t a good day to get busy. More people walked in behind me and I heard him say you have to be kidding. Didn’t expect much, but it just wasn’t a good experience.

I can’t thank the entire staff at this location enough for going above and beyond helping me get the phone that I need for my jobs. Everyone was kind and informative. Heck some even entertained my two TODDLERS (4 & 2 yrs of age) for most of our visit yesterday. Then helped me return the phone that I assumed would work best to just find out the voice over LTE didn’t work on the iPhone 7plus. If you have sprint I highly recommend stopping in and seeing them. My sales person at the Villa Rica store was Nana Basoa. He was professional, proficient & informative. As soon as I walked in the door he greeted me, and began assisting me. As other customers came in, and the phone rang, he multi-task but kept me as his priority. He also informed me of Sprint benefits that I immediately jumped on. After attempting to receive help at another Sprint store where the rep was inattentive and rude, we happened to be passing the Villa Rica store and decided to just go in. We were greeted immediately by both staff members, Jashuana Bates & James Nichols, who were smiling and friendly. They helped us quickly and did not seemed bothered by our frequent questions. Jashuana even offered to help with my new S10 switch over while she was still working on my girlfriends S10e activation. I am so glad we stopped here and they have revived our belief in Sprint customer service! So we decided to go ahead & buy our otter boxes here and the wonderful assistance and honest advice continued.
