We went in and they were quick and friendly. The food was great!

Sign and online states open until 9, pull up with my granddaughter and the lobby closes at 6. Ask for flavors of ice cream and I’m told “I can’t list our flavors, we have 20”. Okay flavors are not on the menu board so how do you know what to get. I’m told just tell me what your looking fir and I’ll let you know if we have it or something similar. Ask for a waffle cone, nope don’t have those but I’m told the sugar cone is similar (moo it’s not) . When I get to the window to pay I ask if the lobby will be opening to match the drive through hours, the young lady says “not anytime soon” and closes the window. Rude, immature staff. Won’t be back there, I’ll drive past and spend my money in Carrollton at a different ice cream shop. So sad.

Got ice cream cones, donuts and a latte everything was delicious service was good.

Was ok experience today. Would be good if they would train everyone on how to work the Baskin robin side. The young girl tried but she seemed lost on what to do and where everything was.Also, one of the young ladies fell due to water on the floor. The supervisor didnt seem worried at all. That bothers me...

Got A Charli Cold Foam and a two scoop ice cream in a cup with a vanilla and a strawberry scoop and strawberries and sprinkles and it was DELICIOUS! Oh and cherries! Great Service, Great food! 😊

Ice cream is good, however, it takes way too long to get a shake through the drive thru (both times I’ve gone). And when I asked what flavor shakes aside from V, S, and C, the girl’s response was “over 20 and I can’t list them out.”Okay then.👌🏻

Its ice cream nothing special about it diffrent flavors I guess is a nice change, but tbh it just ice cream.

Bacon snacks were a little cold/old but the cappacino blasts and frozen chocolate drinks were perfect! Long line but they got us through quickly.

Entered the establishment at around 9:35 and wasnt greeted a couple and their children behind us left. Finally got our ice cream after correcting the young man getting our order wrong. Then sat down to eat it and at 10:00 a young lady said its 10:00 and you have to leave. I ask her are you kidding me are you kicking us out and she said yes. Before we got in the car they had all the lights out and ready to leave. Jill Floyd if youre ready this you need to teach your staff some respect and how treat the customers. Were never had a problem like this before there.

Placed an order for one of their oreo pizzas on door dash as a surprise for some friends whose cat just died. I waited like thirty minutes as the order went through and my delivery driver got there to pick it up, but they told the driver they didnt have what I ordered in stock. When my driver called me to tell me, she said she had the same issue with them a couple days ago and they told her theyd been out for weeks. This annoyed me first of all because my phone number is on my order they received. They could have called me before I had to wait to let me know they couldn’t complete my order. But then when I called their store the girl who answered told me door dash would need to issue the refund and id need to call them. Hmm. Ok cool, fine I get it I’ll call them. But when I brought up to the girl that items they dont have in stock should be reflected on door dash so people dont order something they dont have and wait to find out, she blew me off cut me off and was like “ooooookaaaaay” but offered no apology or alternative to the issue. So I just told her to have a nice day and hung up. Seems like they’re not on top of their business and don’t mind that their staff is rude and uncaring about customer service. Glad I got my refund.

Just went to Baskin Robbins in Villa Rica as the website states they have 2 flavors of sugar free ice cream. We didn’t see it in the display and asked for it. The young lady stayed “we don’t have anything gluten free”. I replied that’s nice but sugar and gluten are entirely different. I advised the website stated they had 2 sugar free flavors. She checked with the manager who told us “we don’t offer the flavors on the website every store is different”. Very nice staff. Complete waste of time to look on the website and find out this location doesn’t go by the standards stated on the website. Also disturbing the young staff don’t know the difference between basic food groups.

$7 for nasty tasting ice cream, my moms ice cream was so gross and melted her cone was really stale. Mine had hardly any flavor and not a lot of hot fudge when I paid for extra. The cherry was just disgusting. McDonalds ice cream is better.Never going there again. Dairy Queen has our buissnes.

Waited in line for 10 minutes without anyone asking how I was or anyone telling me that they would get to me in a second. Two people came from the back and Im like Im sure theyll acknowledge me, but no they just glanced my way and kept doing what they were doing. I started to climb behind my counter and serve myself, but I just fought the urge to flip a table and left

RUDE sloppy staff, the cake I bought looks like she whiped her finger over the name she misspelled...gross dont worry about me returning....great customer service too keep up the great work, just think I had to pay for it.....

Small location but it had my favorite flavor which can be hard to find. It is merged with a Dunkin Donuts, so sugar heaven!
