I purchased a speed queen washer and dryer from this company. Dont waste your time with them. Im having issues with my dryer and they wont fix it because Im outside the service areaNever doing business with this company again.

Great customer service. Bought a new washer, and was helped by Mark Pepmeiers son. His name escapes me right now. But he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the washing machines,. I am very happy with my new washer and expect it to last quite awhile. I bought a GE brand top loader. It has lots of features as my old washer was just a 2 cycle washer.

I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible customer service. Refused to help my husband and I with our dryer which we purchased from them. The boss was absolutely nasty and made derogatory comments towards my husband and then hung up on him. We will never do business with them again.

I went through the online order process with my mother to buy her new kitchen appliances for Christmas and waited two days for a call. Nothing. My mom ended up contacting the store and was told the website didn’t actually work. Not only that, but the two appliances ordered weren’t even available through RCS. I don’t have experience with in store customer service, but don’t waste your time on their website.

Only place I shop for appliances. I wasnt totally pleased with newest appliance (wrong size). They graciously worked with me to exchange unit. Very happy! Ive shopped RCS for 20+ years
