I love how fast & convenient they are. I called Tuesday and was schedule for an eye exam that following Thursday. Little to no wait time once I arrived for my appointment. Staff was friendly and easy to talk to! Dr. Eli was very helpful & informative. Eye exam took probably 30minutes, quick and easy. My glasses were ready within an hour and a half.

My worst experience getting glasses in 35 years. Stanton eye care in evansville formerly held this title. Ive heard of inflation, but over $800 for two pairs of glasses and an exam. I felt robbed. Customer service very poor. They said, one pair would be ready in an hr. but other pair might take a week. I said call when they both ready. They call 10 days later to tell me glasses ready, but only pair that was ready in an hr was ready. Wasted trip! Over two weeks and still waiting to hear about 2nd pair. DONT GO HERE!

Today I got my eyes examined. The staff were professional and friendly. The exam went very well and the doctor and technician were wearing masks when they were with me. Hand sanitizer was available for use.I was somewhat taken back when I first came into the office and checked in. The fishbowl used by the front staff is about the size of a house kitchen. There were about eight staff members sitting shoulder-to-shoulder around the perimeter of the room...NO ONE was wearing a mask!I asked my tech if they have been tested for Covid19 and she responded that there was need to, no one is sick....Perhaps this is the thinking of many citizens and the cause of our current pandemic problems...Please wear a mask, social distance and be safe!And dont forget, if you like this review please press the like button!

I went to Eyeworks 07-15-19 for an eye examination. I had the pleasure of having Dr. Eli Hendrix serve me. He is very friendly and answered my questions. I plan on returning to Eyeworks for all my eye care needs. Thank you again Dr. Eli Hendrix for making me feel right at home!!

Some of the staff is very rude. Everytime I asked a question it was a maybe or I dont know. They also kept my daughters glasses for months on end toBe fixed I had to go buy glasses from somewhere else. If anywhere else in town would accept my insurance I would go there an not bother wasting my time here. Definitely need to work on customer service an knowledge about appointments and everyday questions.

Had been very pleased until today. Called and asked them to wait about 1 minute so I could get my glassed. Pulled up, locked door and shut off lights. If customer satisfaction is their goal, doesnt show! Ill go elsewhere from now on!!

What a wonderful ending to such an aggravating situation! EyeWorks has been fantastic!! The staff is amazing! Theyve all been so friendly accommodating!! Not only have they been dealing with me over the last several days while trying aquire my prescription from Marion Eye Center, they set me right up as soon as walked in today. I have new contacts in, a new pair of glasses in my purse, and a year supply of contacts thatll be here within a few days! They hooked me up with some amazing deals and went above & beyond to make this a great experience! Thank you all so much!! I will definitely be back!!

My mom was a patient of Dr. Mark years ago, and ever since I was a kid Ive been having my eyes taken care of here. Its great having the comfort level of the same doctor after all these years and I love the frames I can choose from.

My daughter broke her glasses today.. I called all over my hometown and no one could get her glasses in the same day.. I called Eyeworks, they worked her in and gave her glasses today!! Will be using them for my entire family from now on! Phenomenal place to do business!! Thank you!!!!

I always feel comfortable during my time in the office at Eyeworks. The check-in and check-out time is around five minutes long. I would definitely recommend Eyeworks to my friends and family.

I like that the Eyeworks office in Vincennes is close by and that they have reasonable hours. If I have to go after 5 pm, I can get in and dont have to wait too long. I work close by and its convenient.

The atmosphere at Eyeworks is why I continue to go back. It is so comfortable and I recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Really, really awful. Ordered glasses almost a month ago and still do not have them. I have called twice to check up on them and both times was treated poorly. Today I called to ask about the status of my glasses and none of the staff could locate them. I was transferred to 3 different people and never apologized to for any inconvenience. The women on the phone thought it was hilarious. Even heard some of the staff in the background laughing and claiming I dont even know who this chick is. Have been going to eyeworks for 4 years and never been treated with such disrespect. Truly disappointed and unhappy my experience.

Went in for an appointment on June 8th was told that I could pay for my glasses when they got there thin i call on the 18th they say they arnt in yet I ask again on the 20th they tell me that even tho i discussed paying for them when they arrived that the doctor had turned around and said not to get them sent to the place untill I payed for it so instead of letting me know this earlier they just now let me know and now the doctor isnt in so in short this place runs like a clock missing half its cogs.

Ive been going here for about ten years to see Dr. Hendrix. Hes great - very thorough and takes his time with you.

I got some expensive titanium frames from Dr. Hendrix and I like them. They have some real top end stuff over there and I have several pairs that have been working well for me.

Called about 2 months ago to order contacts never heard back from them. Had an appointment on Aug 8 my prescription changed was told they would order me a trial pair. Go there today to pick them up after I called to see if they were even in cause I never heard from them they said 90 dollars cause they went ahead and ordered the old prescription think Ill be going somewhere else to order contacts

Cost me having to live with cataract for over a year would not use again to busy selling glasses to look at whats really going on with eyes said they do cataract repair wrong they send to in eye surgery Evansville guess they get kick back charge 60 dollars to refer me

Ive been a customer of Eyeworks for about 20 years. Ive personally known Eli and Mark as they are local and family friends. They took me right in and fixed me up and Ive been with them ever since!

My experience with Eyeworks has gone very well so far. Ive bought frames several times and I think Ive only had one pair that had problems. Even when that happened, they didnt charge me and got it fixed right away.
