I wasnt actually at Things Remembered tonight. I was at the Visalia Mall and walked by. This will be the first year in many that I havent gone in though.I have always had good experiences with this store. Im usually there very close to Christmas and have always been able to find exactly what I need. The wait time has not been long in my experience, and Ive ALWAYS been very pleased with my engraved purchases.

Extremely disappointed with my last visit! I had been earlier that day buying gifts. I had them engraved and picked them up. Later on that day, I brought my friend in. The girl who helped me, blurted out what I purchased earlier and my friend now knows what I got for him. My earlier purchases are MY business and I didnt appreciate her telling him and everyone around me what I bought. I know what I purchased! I already picked them up! Why would anyone do that?! What a horrible experience! Never again!

This place is great I went in there just once and I came out with a engraved necklace for my son for a very good price I have lots of great stuff to engrave boxes and dog tags pens just about anything you can engrave they got it
