As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Celina and she answered all of my questions since it was my first time ordering custom made decals.We were given a discount because we bought at least 250 heavy duty decals. My decals were rushed and Celina got all my info down. I ended up speaking with her for almost 35 minutes because she has a wonderful personality! Everyone here is really awesome! Ryan gave me a call the next day to confirm the decal proofs and my revisions were made instantly! Honestly, I have never experienced the excellent customer service that I did at Fast Signs Vista. I have a small non-profit business and originally visited this location by happenstance when I spotted it from the road. I was considering new banner stands only, for some pretty lame banners I designed myself. Nicole spent over an hour with me, going over all my options. In the end, I chose to have Fast Signs design new banners, but the great thing was that we worked together towards the vision and the designer was SO patient with me as I wanted everything to be perfect. I just did my first event with the new banners, and people raved!

I called Fast Signs in Vista on Wednesday morning. I was greeted by a recorded message that said someone would respond within 24 hours. First off, who runs a business that expects customers to have to wait 24 hours, during the week, to place an order? I left a message anyways.Its now Thursday night, more than 36 hours later, and still no response. If you are so busy that you cant return a call in a timely manner, I can only assume you are too busy to do the job right anyways.
