This has been one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. The product itself is inferior but it doesnt even come close to being as terrible as the customer service/management they have. I had one of their units in my possession for a total 2 weeks before it stopped working. When I sent it in for repairs it came back to me 3 months later still not working and furthermore had a new power issue. When I contacted the company about the issue they insisted it was something I did wrong and sent me another bill. This continued another 2X where I paid repair bills for problems the unit had prior to being received and guess what? I never received a working unit! I couldnt be more unimpressed by a company! Seriously poor management. I recommend you save your time and money and avoid this company.UPDATE: Prior to 2021 I worked with your company for a couple months and ordered a single printer that worked half way decent. Im sure a 50% success rate on printers must be pretty good in your eyes. And yes, there was definitely some confusion regarding your ability to send me a working printer after I paid for repairs. Paying for repairs and not getting repairs is definitely not enjoyable especially when you call the company right after receiving the machine to tell them about the issues only to be told that we were responsible for the new issues. We truly wish you ran a better company. Best of luck to you.

Good vendor for coding printers. Very competitive solutions and good after-sale service. Osvaldo from the support team is always super helpful and very knowledgeable. Alexis is also very fast with all supplies reordering and service requests. Overall a very good experience.

They sent a broken machine, and they refused to replace it with a working machine. They gave us a partial refund for it - meaning we lost over $600. DO NOT BUY.

These guys are honest and easy to work with. They stand by their product and offer excellent customer service. Weve been using their Preza mini machine for a year and it is great for our needs. We just bought our second one to add to our capabilities and the team at Superior were very accommodating.

I had a minor issue with a product and i immediately contacted the company. They were very helpful and fast to help me resolve the issue. One of the technicians talked me on the phone as if he was there in person. I HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone. Thank you SCC.

Worst company I have ever come across ever!Dont buy anything from them you will be sorry! We purchased a 2500 piece of coding equipment, arrived and did not work. No apologies from them, we had to pay $50 out of our own pocket to send it back. Received it back a week later no response from them as to what was wrong . Still does not work was so angry they told me that they deserve the right to not do business with me!!! Hello where is my lawyer! !!

Contrary to their name, an inferior product with a terrible inferior one man customer service team with apathetic and completely inferior ownership. We were so excited to open, install, and try our new PREZA 1 case coder. When we installed the ink into the printer, it leaked all over. After a misunderstanding, Alexa called me and apologized for the issue. He sent out a replacement and we are happy with the customer service. Nice gesture SCC!

I wont give even one star to it. As we bought mini preza from them and from starting we are getting a lot more problems, they are not replying proper. I have sent an email to owner of it even he is not replying. Third class customer care service. This is the worst experience we ever had from our any of vendors. Horrible Service.

Horrible RUDE customer service if it can even be called that.Never have I ever spoken to a company that treats its customers so rudely and the woman answering the phones is the least professional person that really makes you wonder why a company would keep a person like that around as their first interactions with customers.Absolutely unhelpful, clearly they do not care about their current customers or potential new ones. If you can find their products somewhere else please do so and avoid this company!
