Great prompt customer service, this Tuesday evening. The young girl at the counter was hauling a very large package that was bigger than her; That did not deter her from promptly helping me. I am super impressed by her great service and assistance. Awesome 👍

I went to FedEx Office to have something printed. David, one of the employees at the Vista location, told me that they’re refusing to provide me with service because I was wearing a face shield, which is in compliance with the COVID mandate. Then, when I came in, he told me that they’re refusing to provide me with services. They banned me! Then, the female employee called the cops on me. PLEASE, do yourself a favor and do not support this business. Instead, support local businesses. THIS IS NOT HOW A BUSINESS SHOULD TREAT PEOPLE. I will NEVER do business with FedEx Office ever again, at this or any other location.

I had a bad experience here. I went in Wednesday to copy some pictures for my moms memorial service. I was unable to print pictures on card stock (even though the sign on the machine says it came), so I had to put in an order. I was hesitant to put in an order because the staff worker never asked the manager how long it would take to get the order done because I needed it that Sunday. He still takes my order after I had asked him if it will be done on time. He says it should not be a problem. We will call you when its done. It is now Saturday night and I never got a call.... They are closed on Sundays.

There are rare moments in time, where you may receive an “Act of Kindness.” My uncles funeral services were the next day. The printing company that my family decided to use had increased their prices for both printing and the template. I decided to go to FedEx Office in Oceanside but they could only print the funeral programs within 48 hours. They’re 24hrs and I understand the demand for projects to be completed in a timely manner.Frantically I rushed around Oceanside and Vista to find a place to print the funeral programs. My last stop was at the FedEx Office off of Hacienda and Melrose. Defeated, yet hopeful I asked for help regarding the funeral program. Hannah helped me format the template and print it on the same day with a 30 minute turn around. I started to cry in the store because I was not only relieved but I was happy that the programs were going to look great.During the time she spent with me, she executed her responsibilities and customer requests with ease. I am beyond grateful for the service that Hannah provided tonight 2/10/2020 at 8:45pm. Hannah, because of this act of kindness and pure selflessness. I will be able to celebrate my uncle’s life with one last glimpse to show his family and friends about the life he lived.All FedEx Offices need to come with a Hannah at their front desk.

This is my go to location for shipping clothes.. most of the time Dareious helps me at pack plus and is always very patient! Keep it up 👍

Ive come here in the past to use their print and go services, which is convenient for me, as I dont print enough to warrant buying a printer myself. When I needed to ship my computer back home, they offered services to pack and ship it for me, as I didnt want to deal with the headache.

Every employee in here is fantastic. Never had a problem at all. Their clearance is fun to browse, they will print from emails you send to them without making you feel bad for not uaing the machines they have, and their customer service is fantastic. Bravo!

I come in here late some times and Im not technically savvy but some lady named Alex always helps me out and is patient with me. Thanks Alex.

We had some experience of book being damaged during binding service. I understand some times things go wrong. But their service was exceptional to apologize and replace the damage. I really appreciate effort of Esteban and his manager in dealing with the situation professionally and follow-up with us on time.

Really bad customer service i placed an order online i just went to pick it up and i was wearing my mask covering my mouth and a lady started yelling at me in front of couple customers she said: that is not a mask and i have to wear a medical mask.... i will never go back there.

One of the associate cheat with the price for my package. Suppose to be around $43 and he put $100. Lawsuit

We used their services to enlarge a print from 1937 that my father-in-law was in. The print had been rolled up and was in delicate condition. They also mounted the enlightenment on foam board. Jason did a great job.

Staff is always friendly and helpful but this location is under staffed which cause long wait lines. I do believe most things in here are over priced like sending faxes but if youre in a jam and need it done this is the place to go.

I needed help taking a file from my phone and having it printed, the place was busy but not backed up. Team member Arenia R. greeted me w a beautiful smile and how may I help you Arenia was so knowlegeble and was able to do exactly what I was requesting. The whole time she had a great attitude even though I was way over my head with pdf, send, print, etc. Great place.

Went to use the computer to print out some documents. The computer was buffering most of the 8 minutes on was on it. Never got the website I needed, therefore never got a chance to print the documents. Over $3 down the drain
