My father was recently in need of a hospital bed. I called this company and received top customer service. Jennifer was not only knowledgeable, but went the extra mile, being willing to reach out to my fathers doctors to ensure the approval for insurance went through before we actually received the bed. Their prices were better than other locations I checked. Additionally, they were prepared for extra precautions related to COVID. I could not have asked for better experience.

I just got off the phone with a wonderful lady name Olivia she was kind, courteous and respectful. I was just diagnosed with osteoporosis. I was told to use the tens machine but I didn’t have the electrodes pad she hooked me up got them sent out and saved my knee and thigh. I would recommend them and her to anyone that needs medical supplies. Thank you once again. Be safe.

Gordon has been a pleasure to work with throughout this entire process. He was available for any questions and concerns that we had. Our adaptive equipment arrived damaged (during shipment) and Gordon has been working hard with the manufacturers to get it replaced quickly. This company was recommended from a friend of mine. I rented an oxygen concentrator from this company and they were able to work with me and get me setup with the concentrator at my home. The person who set up the concentrator was very friendly and helpful.

I called Mori Medical Equipment to rent an O2 Concentrator for my mother who coming to town to visit. Very helpful and kind people work there, including Bethany, Katrina and Kaitlyn. I was misquoted during my first call, by someone else, and the owner honored that quote. The concentrator was delivered when they said it would be and the delivery person Matthew made sure that I was comforted in the fact that the machine would be there on time for my mom. A friend of mine who is a social worker here in town told me to call them and I am grateful for that!

I have been being harrassed by this company claiming I rented equipment and left an outstanding bill. The man I spoke with who name is Art claims a man came in a used my information to rent equipment and I am now responsible for the 300.00+ balance. When I informed him that someone misused my information he became very hostile and aggressive and proceeded to threaten me.

I have rented POCs from Mori Medical on several occasions in the past 2 years, when I fly. They are always very helpful and their rental costs are the lowest I have paid. I have decided to purchase my own concentrator and I will buy it from Mori Medical Equipment in Vista.

I was sent away from multiple companies in my area who promoted that they rented oxygen machine but the only company that went out of their way to help me was Mori Medical. They were helpful and answered all of my questions. Will be using them again.

Main complaint is they dont return phone calls. Most times have to leave a message on machine. Then I have to call again several times. Thinking about switching to another company for my supplies.

Very disappointing company. Do not explain billing and fees upfront. When tried to call them (several times) the person was completely unhelpful. They stated someone will be calling back with more details however I am still waiting for that call. They are unfriendly and sound like they are annoyed with any inquire. Stay away from this place.
