You cant go wrong here if your a simple pizza/wings/beer 🍻 person. Hope to try more of their menu in the future. Fast service and friendly staff. The fries were a little bit crunchy but everything else was good. Good local place I was unaware of until today. support local!

First time here. Pizza was quite yummy. The large is massive, so go smaller for two people.Had half Maui Wowie, aka Hawaiian and half BBQ chicken with ham instead of chicken. Added a sack full of jalapenos on the side. Got the house salad as well, which was also delicious. The raspberry vinaigrette was killer too!I would Highly, pun intended, recommend this place. Will be my new go to for killer, yummy pie!

This is a great family spot. Great food with special deals on Wednesday night (Pint Night). Super friendly great beers on tap. Mike owns and runs the place with love and care. He treats his customers like friends/family. This is a great small local business. I highly recommend it.

Go for the Buffalo wings, S.O.B. pizza and great beer selections.Customer service is great as well.We went on a Friday and ordered to-go. It wasnt super busy and we felt comfortable with taking our masks off whenever we sipped our beers while we waited for the food.

Wasn’t impressed with the pizza. The thing that drives me insane is how much cheese was on the pizza and it was so stretchy i had to cut it with a knife. I had kids with me and their cheese just slid right off their pizza. It was very messy and frustrating. The crust had no flavor. My friend really liked his buffalo wings tho. I didn’t try them.

Prices were reasonable, not to many beers on tap and something about the set-up inside just didnt seem right. Sat outside in their makeshift dining area. I would recommend giving it a try

**COVID-19 WARNING** We were very excited to try this place out for take-out. Big NOPE. Cook had his mask around his neck while preparing food. Woman working the register and pouring drinks kept pulling hers down. Tables all less than 6 feet apart. Not worth the risk of going to this place. And by a quick glance at other reviews, its not the first time theyve been non-compliant. Management better fix this!

The owners Chris and Angie are two of the most lovely and caring people Ive ever met. And their staff is always attentive and takes the time to speak with each people and ask about there day. Then you gotta love the locals that come here always tons of 😂😂😂. Honestly there is no other place I would rather be, whether it be to just relax and get my mind together, have some laughs, or argue about sports,this place is all around AWESOME 🤙

Pizza was awesome! Super fresh ingredients, yummy slightly sweet sauce, Groupon for $30 for 15, short list of craft beer, but good choices, and Wednesday Tap Takeover was Black Plague! $4 keep the glass and $3 refills of Tony Hawp Birdhouse IPA! Our first visit but definitely not our last!!

**COVID-19 Warning**If they cant follow a basic public health standard during a global pandemic that is visible, can you trust these people to keep a clean restaurant? The cook had his mask around his neck the entire time I was in the shop to pick up my food. The woman at the register pulled her mask down at least 10 times while I stood there.No clue how the food was, it went straight in the garbage when I got home. Not even sure why I took it to begin with.

Never coming back again, if the employees or owner cant take Covid seriously they have lost another customer, there was 3 people working 2 cooks and a cashier. The cooks both had mask on but the cashier had no mask at all!!!! I called in a phone order when I went to go pick it up the place was packed!! And no one was wearing a mask, none of the tables were 6 feet apart! Really really desapointed. Ill be spreading the word about this place warning family and friends not to go here.

The dough is a very important part of the pizza. Their dough seems to be a little tough. It is also lacking in flavor. The toppings are good but mine needed salt. The staff was great and so was the atmosphere. I enjoyed a good beer while I waited.

Love this place, particularly when the owner is not there, which is always. Employees serve unlimited free refills and will not charge for your meal when you tell them the owner, Mike, is your cousin. After hours the place turns into a card room and brothel and I have never left without a smile on my face. The pizza is pretty good too.

I like this place. Its small inside, but they make good pizza and sandwiches, and have a small selection of rotating local craft beers on tap. They have a really good lunch special for two slices of pizza and a pint of craft beer for $9.99, or 2 slices of pizza and a soda for $5.99. Pretty good deal for what you get in my opinion.

Everyone having a great time as if covid wasnt a thing. Close quarters, max capacity, laughing, yelling, no masks. Reminded me of the good ole days. I wouldnt eat here until you have the antibodies.

Great local beers on tap!! This is family run. Some interesting and new pizzas like a taco pizza with ground beef and jalapenos that was surprisingly good. Its kind of an assuming because its hidden away in a strip mall. If you have a big party you probably want to get there a little early until they expand so you can get seating.

This was by far the best Pizza Ive ever eaten in my life. I will be back.

Next time worth the drive over to Carlsbad Paradise Pizza for much better Pizza. I spent $47 at Pizza on Tap & left a tip but very disappointed... gluten free crust was burned BLACK around the entire edge 1/2. The LARGE Bruchetta had hardly any toppings slices almost void. My heart sunk when I opened at work to treat my co-workers. I paid for just crust/toasted dry. Needed at least 3X feta & oil & basil. Will not return for pizza even though closer to work & home. Wings were OK but really should go the extra mile & serve with carrots & celery sticks. Skimped on Dressing. Last order the antipasto salad was great until I got a bad slice of prosciutto so ruined the entire salad. QUALITY is not consistent.

Im a regular every Wednesdays for pint night because its the best deal in town and they always have a varied selection of craft beer. The beer selection rotates often. I love the bbq chicken pizza and the South of the Border is also delicious but there so much good food on the menu. This is a good place to catch a game too. Great customer service and the price of the food is not bad. I highly recommend you check this place out for yourself

Possibly the best service I’ve ever received in a restaurant. The staff accommodated me being dairy intolerant and my buddy being vegan. The pizza was also perfect. The dough is amazing!

It is a good price. Good atmosphere they used to brush those butter garlic on the crust and it tasted a lot better, but for the lunch special its pretty hard to beat.

This is a gem of a place- if you want a real pizza with good ingredients this is the place! The prices are very reasonable. Oh yeah, try their sandwiches. Very tasty with a pesto sauce and toasted. Make it exactly how you want. The staff have always been friendly and Mike is great.

Well i wish this rating was regarding the food but after 3 attempted trips there trying to eat i give up. What attracted me to this place was a giant sign that says daily special $5.99 for 2 slices and drink, inquire within. 1st time there was during business hours and no one was there and it was locked up. 2nd time went the at 430 and was told their daily special ends at 420. They advertise a sign inside that says until 5pm. 3rd time trying to eat there i go in during happy hour hours (the time for deal) and they tell me no specials today. How are you going to advertise daily specials and then make up excuses when people inquire within. All is not lost. While its safe to say i will never get to try the food there, the Mexican restaurant in the same complex has the best breakfast burrito in north county. I cant believe i was saddened by the fact that ive missed out on the pizza 3 times. Never again. Any time while in the complex my eyes and stomach will be on that Mexican restaurant. That you pizza on tap for ensuring i find the best Mexican food ever right in your very own complex. I highly recommend the breakfast burrito from the Mexican restaurant on the other side of the store.

Best wings of my life. Got them extra crispy. All bread was great more than great frosted flakes. Sub great. Crust great. Stuff on the crust. Aaah. Not so great. But customers service great. Go just dont get the pizza. But everything else made up for bad pizza which sounds crazy but everything else was so good. Must try. For sure.

By far one of the best pizza joints Ive been at. It just opened two months ago and they use fresh ingredients. The service is exceptional and really friendly.I will definitely be ordering from there again for my department at work. The owner, Mike, said that they may also start doing catering events when they expand more.

This a hidden gem in Vista! We tried the South of the Border pizza. The combination of avocado, chorizo, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, jalapenos and ranch was perfect! The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Morning time was a great time to visit since it was not busy yet. I highly recommend trying this place.

Wow! My how you have changed😞P.O.T. is one of those places that held a special place in my heart but wow what a difference a couple years change. I have been coming to Pizza on Tap for years. At the beginning,@ Mike was there constantly but I know times have changed and Mike cant always be there. With all that in mind, it pains me to say this but Pizza on Tap is not as great as it once was.Lets start off with beer selection.Beers are delicious and its great to have different flavors every week but with no ciders a lot of females may want to skip out. Honey Hips was a staple and its no longer there.Overall design of the place looks great. Although the employees struggle to learn to use the tv, there is a variety of channels and sports to view. However minus points for the Wi-Fi. I asked the employees 3 times for the Wi-Fi and they did not know the password.The food has always been good, but recently Ive had some poor encounters with the staff. Here some examples: i ordered a slice of pepperoni and the girl asked me if I wanted she could make it with sausage. I said yes and then she brings me out the pizza slice and all this guy did was throw some cold pieces of sausage in top. Another occasion, they gave 1 small side of dressing for my Caesar salad. I asked if I could get another small one and the guy clearly said no and charge him again. As if the dressing was coming out of his paycheck. This past week, we ordered regular fries for my daughter but they brought her out seasoned fries. We told them to redo them. Since we had already been digging in with our hands, we asked if we could just keep them to which they said NO and the brought my daughter very small small portion of fries. It looked pathetic.But the struggles comes from the staff. Although im sure theyre nice people, I see nothing but poor customer service. Nothing disrespectful but more as like I feel ignored. First no one smiles anymore. The one thing that made this place feel like my place was how great the staff was. There was a caring sense of how are you doing? Now, people could care less. Second, theres no connection with the staff and customers. The staff knew what we liked and also they would come out and greet the people. Not the case now.Hopefully they are better and I go back to enjoying the best pizza place in San Diego.

The reason I love this place is because its simple. It has a great rotating beer because the owner is affiliated with the liquor store next to the pizza shop. Once or twice a month they do a pint night where you buy the special glass and a fill for $4 and get refills for $3. Nothing too crazy here just good old fashioned pizza and beer.
