Inventory is extremely lacking. Almost looks like they rushed the opening. Hoping things change soon Im already worried about their being able to keep the doors open.

It looked brand new. Everything was neat and clean. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

If youre looking for a great place to shop and the employees are great . They got just about everything youll need .

Untrained staff, we had a problem with checking out. Manager came of and had to do an over ride on sale items. Cashier told him she had a question too. He did the over rude then walked outside with us standing there waiting to check out. He came back finally to fix other other problems.

Called in to see if they had straw,lady said yes they carried it. Drove 19 miles to find out they were out! Cashier was super nice about it. I would try this store again.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. It has popcorn in the front door awesome service center was helpful employees. Then right after that I huge clothing section with top name brands and a great selection. Followed by a very nice selection of airsoft BB and real guns. As well as equally fine selection of tools with top name brands to be followed by a very appealing toy section.

Hard to get help, long line, staff more into gossip than they were to helping customers.

Very disappointed!! Staff were the main issue. They were very uninformed about there product and not even trying to help or assist the customers. Most staff were just standing around. When we ask about an item on sale we were told that they didnt know anything about it and they couldnt do anything. That we would just have to pay the rang up price. So we left the product with them and left the store hoping the management sees what we were seeing. On the positive side it was a very nice clean store.

Couldnt find help. Girls at cash register were slow

I noticed a big increase on horse feed 12% like almost 4.00....and just all stock sweet feed and corn all bags are 50 pound bags 1.00 increase just with in one month... if Im going to have to be out almost 12.00 on one bag of horse feed why not go to the grain mill and get fresh feed what I save on the corn would balance out the price of fresh feed....am not happy...the orginal price of horse was 6.99 an increase of 4.00...not on my dime....

Was Rural King, Id never been here, very friendly staff, large camping, kayaking and accesory dept., firearms, clothing area well stocked also.

This store is a real value to the community. They carry a huge selection of stuff above and beyond your basic hardware store stuff. The sporting goods section is well stocked for hunting and fishing. Also a good place for work wear.

Store is going out of business, with everything 20% - 50% off .. and still too expensive.

The store looks great, neat and clean. The sales associates are friendly and helpful. The restroom was clean also. I will shop here again.

This is one of the best big r stores I have been to they have everything very well organized and they try to make it so you can find what you need they have recently remodeled the store and moved stuff around that made it harder to find stuff for awhile but they even had little maps of the new layout that was a very smart move Bryan is a very great store manager also and very helpful every time I am in there he always out running around the store helping his employees or customers whenever possible I totally recommend this place and I definitely love big r In general it is totally my type of place!!!!!👍🏾😁

Store manager Bryan is great with customer service. Also, we dealt with Doug, in another department. Both very knowledgeable about their jobs and worth driving an hour to deal with. I would recommend anyone to this Warsaw busines and I look forward to going back.

This is our go-to stop when we travel to northern Indiana. The store is nice and the people are friendly. It also just feels like it has better selections among Big R stores. Highly recommended!

I love this place!!! When Im in the area this is the only place I come to for anything I need both personal and professional!! Awesome people, and if you need help people are usually around walking and when if they are busy stop to help!!

It used to be Big R and Big R was alot better. Stuck n field is just that stuck after buying 5 cases of spring water a week for years from Big R I cant get it now because theyve been out since NOVEMBER ! Why ? I asked and was told because the trucks havent brought us any yet. WTH kind of an excuse is that ? Its February ppl

Young and aging work force seem to work very well together to help serve their customers. They have a good selection for just about anything a farm store should have and more.

Need to work on stocking shelves a lot of missing items

We were greeted by a associate at the door she was very friendly. I did not get her name but she also rang us up at the front register. We were in the store at 5:49 pm.

Since the reset of the store I think the associates are paying more attention to the customer. That is what the store needed I used to go in there and never get asked if I needed help. Keep up the good work.
