Today I needed a medication and Walgreens was out of it. Not only did they call me but they helped get it for me and get it through my insurance. I absolutely love Tara, Chris and Kathy! I have been working with them since I was 16 and will continue to as long as I can. Thank you ladies! I really appreciate everything you do to keep me up and running.

Didnt seem to give a RIP. It was almost impossible to get someone on the phone. Why I tried to get details one why my test wasnt received overnight, I got hung up on.

They were unable to provide 2/2 COVID tests, but will give you the run around for days while waiting. Dont waste your time here.

I have never had a problem with this store and my family gets all their prescriptions here. I always use their app for presentations and I have never had to wait for 1 to get done. Great customer service and very helpful when needed. The only thing that I dont like about all Walgreens is that you cant give their employees tips when they do great things for you. Especially during the Holidays. I believe most people deserve a tip once in a while.

I buy about $100 worth of stuff here. Get home, notice the cashier didnt rung up the 50% off sticker on some items i bought. Called up the store. They cant do any refund over the phone. They have to process an entire return and resell in the store. Even with the reciept id, card number, item upc, and coupon code, it is IMPOSSIBLE for them to do a credit back to the card over the phone. In a covid world right now you would think you would want to limit people who arent there to buy something. It is so easy to do all this over the phone but no they refused. Im not about to spend $4 in gas and time to get a $4 refund. be more flexible next time. Ill be shopping elsewhere.

I showed up with my 3 year old thinking I had hit submit on my photos earlier that morning. They werent found so I signed in and realized my mistake. Megan was gracious enough to print the pictures right away as she said itd take 2 seconds. I so appreciated not having to bring my little one back!! Thanks Megan :)

People are nice but they never get RXs filled in a timely manner. Seems like when I come in to pick them up after hours of calling in.....they just start when I get to the window and it will be 10 minites........

Horrible Customer Service super slow... Went to get 1 picture developed and it took them 2 hours to get it done. Absolute joke of a store. Im suprised they still get people stopping there.

Im fine with this store, but bummed by the customer clearouts. God forbid there is a sale- one shopped will purchase every single one. Stupid. Walk in and look for the orange tags- you wont see anything behind them.

Have had them screw up prescriptions 3 times. They fail to pay attention to details and are going to end up injuring someone. Additionally half the time they dont have a pharmacist there during their business hours.Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy .

Teribble Service in the pharmacy drive thru. It was a tall dude who was about as unfriendly as anyone I’ve ever met. Gave him my hsa card and told him to put the rest on my debit. Well he did it backwards so I ended up paying extra this month for my inhailer. I’m done with this place. Time for a new pharmacy. PS this is the second time this dude messed something up.

Slow service but the staff is friendly anyway. There’s usually great clearance as well

This Walgreens is a wonderful place where you can get very good quality service from cashiers and other people willing to help plus it has a variety of food and other knick-knacks that you can get.

Call ahead. The wont fill your rx until they see or hear from you no matter when your doctor called it in. Frustrating. Always have to wait. :(

Your refill prescription system is so stupid. Your prerecorded lady doesnt understand the difference between yes and no. I would much rather talk to a real person to avoid the whole thing

It is called a pharmacy but not open until 9 am should have posted pharmacy hours with store hours. Had to wait an hour. To far away to do anything else. Late for the rest of my appointments today.
