Glad to see so many positive reviews. My service experience was anything but good. Brought in my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan with only 22K miles in for a simple warranty repair for one of the sliding doors (the door lock did not work). Problem fixed, however the technician forgot to install TWO removed parts and left them in the back of the van. A door wire harness was not attached as was dangling down, and damage was done to a weather seal. Brought the van back to fix the mistakes. Service writer said all was fixed. Nope. Now my van with 22K mikes has a crack in the large sliding door panel and the exterior weather seal was not fixed causing excessive wind noise at highway speed. Not bringing it back in for a third strike. Done with this place (for service reasons). Good Luck! Update 3-20-21 - Looked at the sliding door interior panel again - cracked! What a joke of a service department. FAIL.4-7-2021 Update - The parts department is good, service is horrible. The parts dept ordered me all of the missing / broken parts and I INSTALLED THEM ALL MYSELF! Service Dept never got back to me, never called, nothing. During the job, I found many technician mistakes. See pics! Missing parts, parts not installed, wire harnesses and cables not put back into the retainers, it was a mess. FAIL. Do not go here for service!

From start to finish, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Chris Weinberger responded promptly to my initial interest in an vehicle via email...walked me through the whole process via email and phone and by the time we got there for our appointment at 5:00 pm, had the vehicle pulled up front for the test drive and all the paperwork together in finance with Bob by the time we got back. The 2018 Renegade was for our 16 yo daughter and we told her THIS is the best experience my wife and I have even had. Even though its an hour drive for us to get this this vehicle, we will be back! The best Mopar service department in the twin cities area without question. Every time I have brought my vehicles in here it has been quickly looked at and fixed. If it is within their control they will fix it. Realize it’s not always within their control. Mama Fiat is have all kinds of shipping problems and that unfortunately reflects on the dealer. I will definitely be returning not only for service but also when it is time to purchase a new Mopar. Also a shout out to Eric in service who took care of our minivan this weekend that was serviced by another dealer in the cities that (will not be named) and was completely screwed up. Waconia has found all the Easter eggs that dealer has left me with and had given me faith in the Mopar product again.

Love the car, VERY disappointed with the way the dealer supports their used cars! I owned the car less than 2 weeks and it suffered what is a common issue. While inspecting the car, the Sales Manager whispered to the Service guy very briefly, then went into the office for 10 minutes, only to come out and tell me they’d do nothing about it. Every point I made was met with derogation. I live just a few miles away, but I won’t be buying here again!Post Response:Its not an imperfection, Its a defect. One thats reached class action lawsuit status.Also, I never stated ...this will be a great and reliable vehicle for me. Save the sales speak.

I purchased my first vehicle in February and things went well for a few weeks. Ive had ongoing issues since, and has negatively impacted my view on this dealership. Disappointed.- Had to put $300+ into the breaks in my car only a few months after purchasing - even after they assured me that the breaks were brand new. I even had to take it to another mechanic to get my vehicle fixed after the mechanics at the dealership couldnt replicate the squeaky break noise I brought it in for.- Opened the envelope to my spare key after a month or so after purchasing, and the key was totally broken.They wont replace for me even though the purchase agreement stated it came with a spare key. Ridiculous.- I was vacuuming out my vehicle recently and putting the mats back in, only to realize they arent even the correct ones for the vehicle. Totally the wrong set and dont hook in properly.If you purchase from here, look over everything with a fine-tooth comb. The people are friendly, but I cant believe the amount of issues Ive dealt with.

Over a few months, we looked at about 20 used jeeps and several dealerships and we saw Adams ad and the next day drove across the Metro from Hastings and bought our jeep here at Waconia Dodge. Id stay away from their service department. If you try scheduling a service appointment on their website. You will most likely not get a response back to confirm the appointment. If you are lucky and get a response, but have a question about their response. Not a chance you will get lucky twice. This place either needs a better way to schedule appointments online. or find someone who is capable of responding to questions and requests for appointments. Whoever they have running that part of the business now needs to be replaced or trained how to respond, Garbage.

Brought my vehicle in 3 times for a death wabble. all 3 times they couldnt replicate it when it does it every time I drive it. first time they said brakes. Didnt fix it. Then steering stabilizer. Which fixed it for awhile then it came back and this time they said it was ball joints, tires, and my waterpump. Brought somewhere else was the steering stabilizer they fixed, ball joints where fine power steering was leaking not the waterpump. Never going here again would not recommend.

They always clean on what your car needs, offer a solution and time frame, and is up to you to decide.
