The two people who were helping us were Eric and Tobbie! They were so friendly and they helped us for over an hour and didnt get annoyed. I wont be leaving soon

We have had great service both times we have needed assistance or changing phones. Austin is so helpful with whatever questions we have! He was also really good with rude customers that came in while we were there. Thanks Austin!

I’m new to the area and wanted to kind of see what was out there for service, so I walked into the AT&T Waconia location last Saturday where I had the pleasure to work the Manager, Austin I believe his name was. Great experience with this individual very professional and kind and built me up a plan and printed it out for me so I could take it home. If I decide to go with AT&T I will be coming back to this location, such a great experience!!!!

Very unfriendly! The girl working was very rude and made me feel like I was wasting her time. She had no real knowledge of what we were talking about and was not listening to my needs at all. She has very poor customer service skills and should consider another line of work. I had to leave the store before I lost it on her. I will never be entering this store again.

Wasnt impressed with the staff here at all. Personalities werent very inviting. Then they gave me the wrong information (pricing, promotions, data) on switching my plan. Which I had contacted them twice ahead of time with questions. They had given me all the info over the phone. Then realized it was inaccurate once I was sitting in the store and it was all done, plan already switched. If youre doing sales you should know the details of what youre selling I would think? Guess not.

My husband and I came in and worked with the Manager (if you can call him that) all we wanted to do was get 2 new phones and Austin *manager* kept telling us that we had to get a certain color because black was boring. I feel sorry for the other customers and the Employees of this location and will not be coming back. Very rude and disrespectful of my choices.

We talked to 2 girls who were not able to help us. They had no knowledge of the plans and phones we were asking about. Plus, one of the girls smelled strongly of cigarettes. We left and will not be back.

They used to be alright but now with Austin in charge I now have to deal with a pushy, arrogant brat who only cares about the money in his pocket rather than helping my needs. Im going with Eden Prarie from now on since they actually seem to care.

Jake is an absolute gem of a manager and Im very proud to take my buisness to him. I will continue to go to him for all my cell phone needs!
