WAAAY TO OVER PRICED, The employees there lie about prices and do shady deals. Hear me out, I go in there asking for prices and the guy just throw a price on the vape. Theres hardly ever price stickers on there. They sell to underage and upcharge more. PLEASE. Theyre ripping off everyone. Terrible Terrible Business. There prices will run them empty here soon. And also if I could go under 1 star and give them negative 5 star. Thatd be great too. Have a nice day.

I don’t know the chicks name that has helped me the last couple visits. I like her and thinks she’s really cool and knowledgeable on the products.Although, Yesterday as I was approaching the store I saw she was snuggled with guy on the couch (assuming it was her boyfriend) and making out with him. I found this to be very unprofessional and inappropriate. As I approached the doors she got up immediately and gave me great service.Lately I have not wanted to come by because I feel the store is not the same as when Givon was running the show. Yet I still do because no other store seems to carry my coils or are out of stock. And at least there’s 2 people there who has shown me courtesy and great customer service.I will still come by as this was just one mistake I’ve come across however, in the future I hope to not see this happening again.

Great prices on glass! Super clean environment. They always have something good playing on the TV and plenty of seating if there’s ever a wait. Staff is super helpful and very knowledgeable. Definitely my favorite shop!

Great service door is on opposite side of building of where you pull in made that mistake. The guy got up as soon as I came to the door gave great customer service made me a house juice (strawberry banana highly recommended) I was in and out the prices weren’t over priced all around great

Nice place, very friendly customer service and super helpful. Much better than the competition in town, go here instead if you actually want a pleasant experience. The only thing I think they could add is some loose leaf tobacco products to add some variety, I know its meant to be a vape shop, but it can be convenient.

I am an experienced Vape Master and enthusiast. I have been vaping for many years. It has saved my life. This group of fine young folk are well educated and understand what folks need to break the bond of tobacco. They dont sit on a pedestal... They take it down to the basics and keep it simple. You are only shown what you need... Not the Big Dollar scenario. I know this business well... And these folks are real. They have my respect... And my loyalty.

Got some juice there that wasnt mixed good brought it in to have them re mix it got two bottles 1 was very tasty the other one had little to no flavor I asked them if they could re mix the 1 they were both the same flavor they said they couldnt I asked why they said theres no way to do it.... so I threw it away and have never gone back.

Placed online order April 11th and order still hasnt shipped despite being promised it would be shipping out the next day twice. Took my money and have been stringing myself and many many others along. BEWARE!!!

Even with tons of research going in to Cloud X (Waconia) I learned so much and got all my Qs answered. Plus the dude was super nice & legit.

I used this place as my last resort and will now make sure Im prepared so I dont have to go there anymore. Its hard to tell whos working being no one is ever at the counter as they are always huddled with their friends in the corner. One time, while waiting for the girl to mix someone elses juice, I waited quite a while and one kid in the huddle came and helped me. I dont think he even worked there...Half the time, I literally have to spell out which coil I need and they still have issues finding it - and when they do, theres only one coil in stock. The in house mixes have no flavor and the only juice I get there is the melon twist which is a premium juice. The boy that helped me that didnt even work there gave me a free 15 mil bottle to try after saying I didnt care for them. Nice gesture, but I just dont care for in house mixes.Because they can mix juice in house, they add the nicotine to the premium bottles themselves. This is a pain as twice someone forgot to add the nicotine and Im so used to buying them with nicotine pre-mixed, I dont notice until its too late. I just bought a bottle there and while filling my tank, the nozzle popped off being the kid had to take it off to add nicotine and didnt put it back on correctly. The whole bottle exploded all over myself, my white carpet, and leaked through the sheets on my bed and into my mattress. I got half a tank full for $30 being the rest exploded all over.Perhaps if the kids working there arent in such a hurry to get back to their friends, they wouldnt make petty mistakes such as these...

Prices are on the high side but, their customer service is second to none. If you arent happy they will go above and beyond to take care of it!

Called the store to see if they had replacement glass for a certain tank, the person who answered the phone said he wasnt sure and that I would have to bring it in to see. I then asked if he had that specific tank in stock so if they didnt have the glass I could buy a whole tank and still vape. He told me they did in fact have that tank. I drove 30 minutes to their store to be told they dont have that tank and they dont have glass even close to the size I need. Waste of time, go to Chanhassen to the Ecig store and save yourself done time.

This place has got everything vape related you could ever want, even some edible CBD products (by the way if you take CBD, this is also the place to go). No shortage on vape juices either.

Product didn’t work, and they Don’t except returns. Two out of three of the vapes I bought ended up not working shortly after..
