Just called for the first time to order parts for my C-Pap machine and spoke with Lisa. She was energetic, answered all of my questions, and gave me the information I needed as well as an ETA on delivery of the parts. Went great :)!

Lisa was the absolute BEST in handling my husbands CPAP needs over the phone. The other lady wasnt any help at all and didnt know that the headgear we needed came in different sizes (even though I could see the product on the website as I talked with her.) Thank you Lisa for the quick responses and service.

DO NOT USE RIDGEVIEW HOME MEDICAL!!!Instead of a 1-star, I am giving Ridgveview Home Medical 0-stars. Their billing system is absolutely horrendous, and their customer service in the billing dept. is just the same. Note: I was told, if you have a payment due, lets just say on the 30th, but make a payment early (say 15th), then the next payment is due the next month by the 15th... if not paid by then, they tack on late fees of $15... SO incredibly screwed up billing system. I have 3 statements in hand: One that says Past Due, dated October 3 with a balance due of $180.21, another statement dated October 22, with a balance due of $135.21, and a statement due November 13 with a balance due of $148.71. Seriously??? How is a person supposed to make sense of this? Switching to Allina Home Medical.

I have been using them for all my cpap needs for the past 3 yrs. Theyve been nothing but professional and kind to me and have met all my needs on every level. Thank you to everyone there.

They don’t carry my c-pap mask any more. I found it online for less than their co-pay. Then they sent a $9 bill to the wrong address. I never knew I owed anything until it went to a bill collector, even though I was in buying other items during at this location during this time. They are only blocks from where I live and I will not likely do business there in the future.

From initial consultation through over 10 years of equipment orders Ridgeview Home Medical Equipment has been consistently helpful and convenient. I left the area for awhile and had them shipping my equipment with no issues. I tried another company closer to my new location and came back to Ridgeview for their easy ordering, reminders, and shipping.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Lisa was rude, and acted like she was doing me a favor by answering my questions. After way too many years with Ridgeview, I switched to Allina home medical.

Absolutely the worst billing of any company any where!!! I never know what they are billing for and they don’t show payments received.I have been using them for years and even if customer service isn’t great, it’s been worse!

Hands down the worst billing system of all times, I am looking into using a new location, and the fact that I am forced to use my full name on here.

I called Monday to order URGENT C-PAP Supplies..because I need them as mine fell apart. I cannot breathe without my Cpap at night .well..todays Thursday still nothing. I called and I guess theyll arrive friday. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE.I stop breathing in my sleep. ..and without my supplies I am at risk of DEATH. I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE AFTER TODAY. MANY TIMES MY HOSE IS DEFECTIVE &I DONT GETBA REPLACEMENT. .INSTEAD I NEED TO USE DUCT TAPE. VERY UNSATISFIED LATELY.

Staff seemed annoyed to have to work. I guy was friendly, other 2 women were complaining about customers.

Cody was great to deal with.

If you can go somewhere else go somewhere else. Terrible customer service.

Not all staff there are pleasant and seem annoyed when answering questions.
