I used the chat feature to contact Kimmel, it worked well! They send a text to your phone along with a picture of the tech and a lil story about them. That was nice! They came to our home and gave an estimate on installing an oil furnace we had purchased online. Brandon was punctual and very knowledgeable. He was able to give us a quote and we accepted. he said installation would probably be a couple weeks. The furnace was installed 2 days later! Took a bit of time and overall pretty happy. Thank you

Kimmel came to our business within just a couple hours of us calling for the first time and accepted our invoice policy for payment after work completed as all maintenance bills are paid from a corporate office. Our furnace kept kicking on and off and would maintain temperature. The gentleman that came was very professional and precise and got the job done same day. Chad was right on time, he explained everything as he went through the process, he has to come back because we need a new circuit board from A/C installer last year did not plug one side and the water damage, we will only use Kimmel Heating and Cooling for all our HVAC needs! My furnace that was installed within the previous year has smart technology. It constantly communicates with my smart thermostat. A crisis was averted. My young child stuffed her winter gloves into the exhaust pipe outside of the house. Fortunately, the furnace has built in technology to detect air flow issues. The furnace shut down preventing dangerous CO from harming my family. Thank goodness I chose Kimmel when deciding on a company to purchase a new furnace from. Mike very carefully explained everything he was doing on my a/c maintainence call, cleaned and serviced the unit, and told me about what the unit needed (its 20 yrs old) and the costs to recharge it. Also explained that recharging it would not be a permanent fix due to its age and the chances that due to age, it would have to be replaced eventually.

Kimell is the best. Jimmy took great care ou f us and they installed an American Standars HVAC that is 98% efficient. Two other providers said they would not install the high efficiency unit because it could not be vented to the rear of our condo. Jimmy and his crew did the job and vented through the roof and the cost was competitive with the other providers. Remember Kimmel is located here in Wadsworth.

Jimmy was very quick to return my phone call on a Sunday evening and was able to get out to my home in about an hour. I was replacing a thermostat with a smart thermostat and ran into issues ultimately leading to not getting my AC to turn on. He was able to get the AC back up and running and also installed the smart thermostat for me. It turned out to be a much more complicated job than I initially realized, that only a professional would have been able to do, which is exactly what he did. Job was done in an hour and very fair pricing. Would highly recommend.

I was emailed and texted about my appointment and the techs arrival. However, the price was RIDICULOUS! $435 just to recharge my AC, compare to$80 I paid last year! Unfortunately I lost the contact info of that guy and had to look for some one else. Also, I use the same service for my four ACs at my business and pay $325. Will not be using this company again.

Had a leak in the basement under the a/c unit. 2nd time the water drain line had gotten clogged and overflowed, thankfully had a water alarm this time and caught the leak before it destroyed the carpet. Jimmy came in and identified the issue immediately and replaced the unnecessary j trap that was causing it to clog, despite pouring bleach in the drain line annually. Also checked outdoor ac unit (17 years old) and said it looked good, and freon levels were solid. Hosed off the unit for us as well. Scheduled appointment online after hours the night before, call in the morning, and text updates throughout. Excellent service. Cost was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.
