My family and I have been customers for over 20 years. The pharmacy is great. Jessica and Amanda are excellent at what they do. The techs and staff all know me by name. The front staff is excellent as well. Jane and Janet are always extremely helpful. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend the wadsworth store and pharmacy.
If I could give less of a star for the experience we just had over the phone with Pharmacist/Tech Amanda I would. She did not verify my name or date of birth. She insisted I had picked up a medication when we were out of town- literally not even in the same state to make this possible? Then she told me I was never prescribed another medication when I was literally holding the bottle in my hand reading it to her. My husband had to call back and she gave him the same attitude until realizing that she was literally looking at the wrong patient’s account. Then she hung up on him when he told her that she should have verified the name and date of birth to avoid this whole mess. I’d like to add every other employee I’ve encountered as a patient thus far has been nothing but pleasant. However, the unprofessional approach by Amanda needs to be addressed.
Calling a pharmacy has rarely been a pleasant experience for me. The pleasant pharmacist I spoke with today was very helpful and kind. Thank you!
The pharmacy tech has low energy she don’t wanna even trying to answer my question, horrible service. It was my mistake choosing this pharmacy but I gonna fix it
KENDRA a store managerVery rude, impolite and out right mean.Upon entering the store me and my wife greeted the store managers and was not greeted back.KENDRA approached us and said I had to remove my leather book bag.I explained I go everywhere with my book bag on.She said its policy.I was in the same store the previous day with the same book bag on. Please review your footage.After I took off my book bag. She said if there is a problem you can leave. I responded and said there is no problem . I started shopping and upon leaving Wadsworth police was outside waiting.They said they were called because we were disorderly and cursing... SMH.🤔.I will never return to a rite aid anywhere after this. The worst experience Ive ever had any where. My experience at this location on 5/12/2020 was disgusting.Upon entering your store my husband and I were asked to leave a back pack at the front counter, which was not a problem with it being store policy as Kendra stated. I pointed out other customers with back packs Kendra proceeded to turn a blind eye to other customers. Kendra asked if I had a problem and said I could leave the store.This became a problem when store policy did not apply to other customers who had back packs.We purchased our items and left the store. To add insult to injury Upon leaving the store Kendra called the police, this was completely uncalled for.Also Jane was not wearing a face mask or gloves.Jane was coughing and touching items.

Went to the Rite Aid store on 3-9-2020 to get my medicine like I do every month for the last 8 years today when I went Terry the drive-thru representative refused to give me my medicine unless I paid her money I advised her that it was a workers comp situation that I do not pay she said yes you do you have paid the last three times I advised her she is wrong Ive never paid and Ive been getting it for 7 years from Rite Aid every month she goes no Im not giving you until you pay she then held up a piece of paper that said that I paid for the last 3 months and I advised her again she was wrong she said well youre not getting your medicine to move along so I left I called workers comp on the phone they called Rite Aid and advised Rite Aid they had it wrong and which they did it was a computer error on Rite Aid behalf and then I returned to the Rite Aid store and talked to Amanda the pharmacist who would not even apologize for the inconvenience of keeping my medicine from me and she would not even comment on it and pretty much told me to stick it I will not be going to Rite Aid again I will never buy anything from Rite Aid and I think that the way they handle their customers is really poor .
Kind, friendly and knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile for me. One of the pharmacists remembered me from 10 years ago at another location!!

They get their supply truck on Thursday morning, and stock shelves by Thursday night.
