This was the most seamless car buying experience Ive ever had. I typically hate buying cars because of dealing with the sales people, and the long drawn out process. I spoke to Robert on the phone before looking at the car, and he was incredibly helpful answering all questions. By the time I test drove the car, it was a formality. Will definitely try to purchase any car from them in the future(pending inventory).

Reliable and quick work.

This was the easiest auto buying experience Ive ever had. Rod was super! I inquired about a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK Sahara late one evening. Rod emailed back first thing the next morning with the info I requested. Answered the phone the first time I called him a couple of hours later for a follow up. We had a deal by lunch. I live 8 hours away and decided shipping it would be my better option. Shipping price with the company he suggested was more than fair and Rod handled it all from his end. My Wrangler arrived the following week within the 1 hour expected delivery time provided the day before by the driver. Overall condition was better than I anticipated as it was based only on photos and speaking with Rod. Im super happy with my purchase. I got a good price on a quality slightly used Jeep Wrangler, with excellent friendly customer service. Cant ask for more than that. You can bet the next time Im in the market for a vehicle, my search will start at Axelrod Auto despite being 8 hours away.

First, let me tell you that Ive been looking for a Dodge Challenger Scat Pack for a while. Yes there was many of them out there, but I could never get through to any sales associate to help me with them. I happen to stop in Axelrod with my wife getting a tattoo down the street, and they happen to have the exact car I was looking for. The two gentlemen at the lot were extremely patient, did not Hound you when you walked in the door, and let you look around and ask questions when you felt like asking them. For that I purchased my car that I really wanted, because of their honesty, and patience with me. These guys worked with me from the time I walked in. I want to thank them very much, and recommend Axelrod Wadsworth to everybody looking for the veichle that fits you!

I drove over three hours to get to Axelrod Auto Outlet. The vehicle was as told and Rod was great to deal with. Being in the business myself I like to be treated as I treat my potential customers. Drove 5.5 hours from Syracuse, NY to buy my Cayman S. I looked at these all over the US and this one had the lowest miles and best condition of any of them, by far. Steve runs the garage for repairs. Hes honest and a great mechanic. Being a woman, I have never been talked down too like I have been at a Medina dealership. I would recommend him to everyone.
