Went in to get contacts, was given a pair and was sent on my way, didn’t check to see if the felt right didn’t examine them to see if I could see nothing. I called back the next day to see if I could come back in and they won’t even get me in til next week! Very poor service.
Awful customer service. First Lady I spoke to was nice enough but she didn’t know the answer to my question so she asked another employee.The other employee was just sitting around talking to two other employees and apparently my question was an inconvenience. She was very rude to me for just asking a question......... like I should’ve known the answer Already. Mind you the other employee didn’t even know the answer hence why she was asked... It’s not hard to give good customer service.....I will not be returning... and I will make sure to tell my family members (all of which wear contacts/glasses) know about my horrible customer experience at this location. I was ready to buy when I walked in but I just turned and walked away. I refuse to support a business that lets their employees talk to paying customers like that.
So, the stars for this review are specifically because of Dr. Karen Bouscher, as she was kind, expedient, and an over-all nice optometrist.However, 3 is most I can give, because the general staff of the vision center was pretty terrible. Everyone had an attitude, and you are completely ignored until the doctor can get to you. I’m honestly glad that they weren’t allowing you to order glasses in the store due to COVID19, because I really didn’t want to have to deal with the staff. (I will say, there was a younger girl running around, and the couple times I saw her she seemed pleasant and trying to help).So, seeing Dr. Bouscher was great & I got my routine eye exam done, and may be back specifically for her. However, I will not be ordering glasses from here, and the vision center staff left a horrible first impression.
Associate not very friendly.. Dr. Rushed through my exam & got my prescription wrong. I have glasses that I cant use because I cant see. Will see if thay will correct, Ill post a update if they do
Professional and kindI was in a pickle. My eyeglass frames broke in two and I had made do with duct tape.I called the Wadsworth Wal-Mart Vision Center hoping they had the same frame. They did. I headed there after work and it took less than 10 minutes to restore my vision and my faith in humanity. Thank you Ladies .
A very positive experience. They saved me over $300.00 compared to Lens Crafters prices. I love my new glasses. The technician was very friendly and helpful. They did it right the first time!Thank you!
Only one very nice lady working on a Sunday. She did a great job taking care of everybody and the phone that kept ringing!
The doctor and staff were very friendly with my son. We were in and out in a short amount of time and are happy with his results!
They say theyre close at 8 on here but theyre doctor leaves early. And the little old lady that sits in the far left towards the back was rude as hell. Ill take my business elsewhere. Id rather go to a real professional place and pay top dollar for better quality service.
Everyone was very nice, and im not sure why people who gave reviews are saying otherwise. The optometrist, Tom, was very friendly and informative. The exam was at a reasonable price, $75 for not having insurance. I was able to get a copy of my rx and also my pupillary distance, so id be able to order online. I did get a pair from them for the time being and again for not having insurance it was very reasonable. I paid around a total of $120 for my frames and lenses. Overall, my experience was pretty good. I would definetly consider going back for my annual eye exam.
I have been to this eye doctor several times before as well as most of my family. Non of us have anything good to say. Every time I have ever gone to them their staff is extremely rude. They are not friendly at all. The same is true when you call. I would not reccomend them to anyone. I have never had a pleasant experience here.
I came here to get my new glasses picked them out and also asked to have my old ones tightened, before she tighten them she told me they wont be liable to replace them if they accidentally break she takes them back into a room comes out 1 min later with the lenses out and says sorry while I was taking the lenses out the frame cracked but u can buy new ones for only 9$. Im like well why do you need to take the lenses out just to tighten them? I let it go... came back a week later for my new glasses I get the same explanation about them not being liable if they accidentally break them even tho they are the ones who sold me brand new glasses!! I told her no thank you I will take these two LensCrafters and have them tightened by a professional, I should have known better to even get my glasses at Walmart in the first place Total joke. And by the way! They sure to gossip alot here one lady took another lady working there literally behind the cash register bend down behind it just to talk crap whispering about another employee or either me IDK who but so unprofessional I couldnt believe what I experienced here they even asked said care source insurance covers up to 18$ on glasses Im like OK thanks then shes like well then why are u looking at 70$ glasses if u have that type of insurance I told her I can pay the difference and she rolled her eyes n walked away. I was so shocked I didnt even know what to say! I couldnt believe how rude these women are. Wadsworth Ohio Walmart. So trashy
Came here to price match a 55 TV that the Fairlawn store had on rollback. I was told they do not price march other stores. I asked if you dont even price match your own stores who do you price match? The manager stated that well we dont price match clearance items. Why do mark things clearence and others rollback. Obviously he is full of it and this wall mart sucks. This is my 4th visit here and they are all very short with you and some are just rude.
Got me in at the last minute, took care of my problem, very qualified optometrist, and staff, cant understand rating from some others, must be crybabies.
