We signed up for our Covid vaccine as soon as we could at Drug Mart for the Wadsworth location. We spent the month of March in Florida, and mid-March we were notified to schedule our appointments. The calendar for scheduling did not go into April, so I called customer service. I was advised to try again in a week, which I did. It still did not go into April. Again, I called customer service, and was advised to not cancel, and to call a few days before returning home, which I did. We were able to schedule for the day after we returned. In total we had three calls to customer service. Each time we had friendly, helpful service reps. The pharmacist, Brian, and the pharmacy techs were friendly and efficient. We had our second vaccine yesterday, and it was another positive experience. I believe it had to be as frustrating for DrugMart to get the vaccines to distribute, as it was for everyone waiting to receive them. They did not let their frustration show, and I consider their customer reps, and the pharmacy department in Wadsworth among the best I have ever dealt with. Thanks for a positive experience!
Seriously behind in Covid vaccines. My mom and dad who live in Parma had both their vaccines completed by the beginning of March (in their 80s). This location is now on 40 yr old and above. This drug mart is still working on 60-70 year olds. I am 57 and asked when I will be possibly able to get vaccinated and was told about 2 months. Whomever I spoke with was very rude. I advised that I will then try another Drug Mart, and he said thats a good idea That is unacceptable. I will be going out the way to use a different Drug Mart for my vaccination.
Im so glad I have my prescription of my Risperdal ready and picked up. Most excitingly, I bought my favorite condiment that I finally found, Tiger Sauce. My head is going to feel a lot better tonight. Great job, Drug Mart.
Very nice people that work there.
Luv the employess, always helpful and cheerful but.... i had to give it a 2 star. As i waited for my prescriptions, I happened to look up at their ceiling. Then i realized how dirty it is... come on corporte drug mart, your ceilings are a health risk to its employees and to your customers. need to zoom in on picture
I use the pharmacy and have never had a problem, but yesterday they gave priority to a drive-up client over me and the person in line behind me. They were taking care of the person in front of me, and another lady was already in line behind me. They had a problem with the credit card reader while taking care of the lady in front of me. While they were still trying to complete her transaction, someone pulled up at the drive-through. After they were finally able to get her payment through, the cashier said “I’m going to take care of the drive-through first, they’ve been waiting awhile.” I said “Yes, they have, but I and the lady behind me have been waiting longer.” The cashier ignored me. I guess I didn’t realize that they gave priority over people already in line to the drive-through.
Great store, I know everyone there and theyre friendly, courteous and professional. RXs are always ready every month. Clean store. Tons of parking. Not sure how others rated this one or two stars. You couldnt make me switch stores. 5 stars because 10 stars werent an option.Geo. G.
Fast and friendly service in all departments. The pharmacists are very good and they care! It has the old time pharmacy feel. This is becoming rare, as I have encountered many other rude and uncaring employees at pharmacies in wayne, medina, and summit counties. Kindness goes a long way with me, especially when I dont feel or or have concerns about medication. They have really good deals on vitamins and home health care items. The sales seem to rotate the products on a regular basis. I also like the drug mart card, to earn points for free stuff.
Always clean, always friendly and always have what I need. Much better than the big box stores.
Friendly store with well stocked shelves.
Horrible experience!!! Brought in a RX for an albuterol machine for my kid, on a Friday. The woman told me I wouldnt have it until Tuesday because the lady was out until then, I wasnt happy as I needed it that day but said ok. After many excuses and rude phone calls, and promises of getting it later that day I finally received it a week later!!! To top it off, the lady was rude when I asked if there were tubes and masks inside...she said yes...guess what NO MASKS! Dr called in another RX for them, and it will be another few days before I can get them. Never was one person apologetic to the fact I didnt have a breathing machine my kid desperately needed, but yet was constantly told by the lady she is working part time bc she was out on disability...seriously then maybe they need to hire someone else!!! This place is the absolute worst...I will drive the hour to go to our old pharmacy from now on...
A horrible experience with the medical supply part of this location. Slow, deceptive, and rude. It took over two months and so much effort on my part to finally receive THE WRONG ITEM!!! After they ordered the wrong item they made it my responsibility to fix the mix up, while admitting the mistake was THEIRS!!! All of this while I went without the right item for months and Im under a doctors activity restriction!!! If you can go ANYWHERE ELSE DO IT!!
The store is good, the people are always friendly inside. My favorite part about drugmart is their movie rentals though.
Saves you the run around. Good luck getting out of the parking lot.
Lots of interesting things to shop for.
First time using their pharmacy, terrible experience. Very poor communication between the staff. When I called for status, they were short with me. I will switch back to Walgreens even though it is a further drive.
