This is a good local professional paint and coating outlet. The location is near Interstate 76 and easily accessible from the north, however a little difficult from the south. There seems to be only one person attending the store, and with a few customers, the wait time is longer than I am accustomed. Fortunately, the staff here at SW are well trained and seriously care.

I have been to many Sherwin Williams stores I really like this location. Sometimes they get pretty busy but they always take the time with each individual customer to make sure your project is completed correctly. They are very professional and helpful. Everyone there seems to really understand their product lines and has the ability to steer you on the right direction. I praticulary like Taylor, he does an outstanding job !

I though my clerk was very good and very helpful. Big guy, young but I forgot his name. He is the best person I have dealt with at SW in all the time Ive done business with you. This purchase was made in Wadsworth. I think your pricing is too high but in this case there was a special and I had a coupon.

My experience with buying at sherwin williams in wadsworth was awesome and cannot say enough about the young female who helped me on the phone and at the curbside pickup. Heck it was easier to do bussiness during bussiness covid requirements. Way to go sherwin williams wadsworth. Job well done.

Store sales person was extremely knowledgeable, helpful meeting my needs, and polite. The store was clean, well organized and roomy. The paint I bought was not inexpensive but, thru past experience, I know S-W products are top quality and perform well.

Helpful employees.I had the guy shake up two 2-year old paint cans, including one from a competitor. I also needed a new can of the old paint and he let me know if might be a little off from the new formula. Not a big problem since there was barely any paint in the old can.

I want to start primarily buying paint here. They arent more expensive than Lowes or Home Depot and the employees are terrific. ETA. I bought a $41 gallon of paint, the mid level stuff, Cashmere. It just isnt the paint that Behr offers. I paid $45 for Behr Marquee and used a fourth of what it took me when I used the SW. I had to push the paint onto the wall and it took three coats. I was using a chocolate brown. The service is wonderful, but Behr is superior.

I will never go back to your store again.I would have given you 0 stars but I did not have that option.I think it is a training issue, try training him in customer service skills, he badly needs them. He was snarky and sarcastic. Thank you.
