The staff is very friendly, respectful, and amazing at helping you find what you’re looking for. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking toward buying new couches, bunk beds, beds, bed frames, tables, and the list goes on.. thank you so much to the staff for helping us out :)

Highly professional team here. Great quality furniture, great service. EVERY piece of furniture I have purchased here were always new straight out the factory. I never had any of the issues I am reading below me and mind you I have completed at least 10-12 agreements so far here. I am actually very shocked to read those negative reviews because Ive been a customer for almost a year now and I have not one issue or complaint about their furniture or staff. I always feel welcomed and special here. Everyone here including the strong and fast delivery crew are fantastic. Ive never needed to lift a finger because no matter how many times Ive changed my mind on where I wanted my furniture placed they always set it up for me no attitude no questions asked. Ive won raffles, earned free weeks, received rewards for bringing friends. Soon as you come through their doors they greet you. Great job guys. I would never go anywhere else for furniture while my husband is stationed here. This is my furniture stop. Brian,CJ, Kisha, Tia and the entire Rac Crew you guys rock! I hope one day you get to read this review because I truly mean it from the bottom of my heart.

Purchased a dining room table, 2 days into purchasing it the support beam to the bench broke. A few months later Im done paying for it, still hasnt been fixed talk to 2 different managers and had 2 different house visits for them to check it out, and promise they would fix it. STILL HASNT BEEN FIXED. But today they can call me about a promotion, but when I ask when is my table going to get fixed, instead of asking me if I want to take a look at promotions. The sale reps made an excuse to get off the phone with me quickly. Telling me a manager was going to call me. I hope its not the same manager that didnt fix my issue over the last few months. BUT heres the good part. They definitely can call 1 day early to get a payment. But when you ask for them to fix something, all of a sudden noone knows who to call to get the situation handled.

Got a BRAND NEW couch from them. Got it in the house and what do you know? It’s INFESTED with cockroaches. Don’t go there for any reason. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable. Laid my newborn son on that couch for a minute when I picked him up again there were baby cockroaches crawling on him. I’m disgusted.

Worst customer service ever. Will never deal with RAC ever, this is a nightmare. The associate doesnt know what is customer service, disrespectful over the phone, not nice at all. We are on-time on our payments and all I want to know is how much we owe to get the 90-day same as cash price. I dont mind if I owe 500 dollars, I just need to know how much so I can pay for it but instead these people cant tell me the exact amount I owe. Every person I talk to gave me different amount and numbers. Are you telling me that you guys are not sure??? Thats bull crap. Every person, every associate gave me different information. Not sure? Then tell me nicely, I would understand. Dont give me 457, then other person says 370, other one says 169. This is going to be our first and last business with RAC. I will not recommend to a friend.

I never write reviews but I wish my husband and I would have paid attention to the other reviews and stayed away! Terrible customer service!
