Cashiers were nice. Store was clean. They also have a car wash.

The service is super poor and I believe the employees are only doing the bare minimum. This establishment is the few retail gas stations that pay starts at $14 an hour and it’s reflected by their poor management and customer service. I post this with 10 mins till closing and was refused service because I quote “we are closing soon”. They just wanted to pack up and leave. Good thing I wasn’t someone important as the level of service is probably the reason why we all go to Mahalo gas (Kilani Market). Management should take some classes and realize that all regions matter and people should matter. Horrible and do not recommend anyone stop by here.

This is my third time in here, and the third time Lorena has been on her phone. I dont care if shes on her phone. Ive been on my phone during a work day, when Ive had no work or patients to help. HOWEVER, she continues watching her videos while we are at the register, doesnt speak, to include our total or a thank you. 7/11 is across the street and is way friendlier.

Pretty expensive gas. Needed it though. Will not come back for the service.
