With the lengthy process of transferring data from two different phones following the purchase of one new phone Logan and (I apologize but didn’t get the name of the first guy that started with us….) but both guys were kind, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile and did it all with a happy disposition! My only complaint is that the phone I had ordered arrived one week ahead of schedule and no one called to tell me it was there. With that complaint comes the reality of how far stretched the workers are in there and they still manage to be kind, courteous and light hearted! Keep up the good work guys, your momma’s should be proud of you!

After my phone abruptly stopped working, I headed to BeMobile and Cory took great care of us. He answered all of my questions professionally and was great to work with. Id highly recommend BeMobile for all Verizon- related needs!

My experience with Verizon has always been nothing but a great experience. We always end up getting the same worker, he does an awesome job and explains everything thing we need to do and if he isn’t able to help us with a certain job he tells us exactly who to call and what to say to them. Overall he does a great job!

They always have been very good and attentive. Always answer my questions correctly, besides they are the closest to where we live so I am happy to have them where they are.

Having a Verizon store in our town is so important because technology is constantly changing. Timing and patience are everything here, as they can be short-staffed or the customers can be long-winded! Expect to wait up to an hour. The staff is very knowledgeable and patient...be kind!

Great Day at Verizon!! I left work early just to get a New phone at Verizon. Recently I purchased a Straight talk phone..kept dropping calls on me. My granddaughter helped me call their customer service, thought the problem had been fixed..no such luck. Yesterday my Brother had a heart attack..guess what!! Every call I made to family to inform them got Dropped!!! That took the cake, I was so stressed out not being able to speak with my brother..made me decide then and there Never to Leave Verizon Again..you see, I had been their customer for 14 years, but thought there was something Better out there...NOT! Verizon took me back. Lock Stock and Barrell no questions asked. I had ordered a phone there over a week ago. I called multiple times over the period of time, left voicemails, NEVER received a call back. I called today to find out my phone had been there since the 10th. It is the 16th. So your meaning to tell me my phone sat there for 6 days without telling me it was in or returning my phone calls?But when I had got there, I had a different sales man. His name was Cory. He was so professional and easy to work with, and he gave me a better deal than guy who had placed my phone order in was going to do. It wasn’t Corys fault what had happened with the phone ordering. He deserves a 5/5 stars. I only rated the 4/5 because the lack of communication. Highly recommend Cory!!

I visited this store in August 2021. My head was spinning. I had been in quarantine for COVID-19. Our building was on lockdown since March 2021. I needed a phone plan to meet my medical and personal needs. My sister drove me there. I entered the store with a mask and gloves. The young man who came to me also masked and maintained social distancing. He was kind understood I dont know their Tec talk but did not talk down to me.I didnt know how to do this, my sister was there to help me understand what I was getting into. I admit I was not at my best but when I walked out of there, I felt totally on my game.The store was marked on the floor where we needed to be safe. It appeared there was adequate staff, no one had to wait too long. I wish I remembered his name, he is a keeper. All in all we were not there any longer than others but I didnt feel rushed. But I know he was keeping track of the business flow, but he was so patient when I explained what thingies I wanted he basically repeating what I said but in his language. In a way educated me. I got what wanted and was satisfied with the cost.

Any one that does business at B Mobile in Wahpeton... watch yourself. The screw you on charge cord..its not free replacement if you buy it there...and phone glass and cases are the same thing. Spent over $200. Glass broke within three month..no replacement. Cord broke and no replacement. Find somewhere else to get verizon phones and items!!! Here your warning.

They have a salesman there that is absolutely AWESOME!! I can get all the help I need from him, plus he explains w/o being judgmental to us elderly people.

Christian O’Hara was a great help in upgrading my phone when my old one broke. Him and the other great employees that were there did everything they could to get my old one fixed before choosing to just buy a new one. He was well informed and knew what he was doing with the tech he was dealing with. He also put the screen protector and case on for me, so all I had to do was put in a few passwords and I was all set. 10/10 recommend.

Terrible service...could not get me an upgrade even tho I was eligible for one...manager was not able to either...they had me call into customer service...if I would have wanted to do this over the phone I would have done it that way...this store is not up to date on customer service skills...all they are good for is dialing customer service for you...I will drive 50+miles to the next nearest store from now on...I could continue you on as far as what I was also told by corporate on the phone...being told that I would have the phone in hand in 2 days has now turned into 5 days and it is still not here...whatever happened to making the customer happy...word of mouth does wonders to a business...

I stop in to get a home phone connects they didnt have them ordered them for me told they had the jetpacks went to pick up everything, only half my order was there had to wait a couple extra days. Had nothing but problems getting my home connects to work correctly and spent about three weeks and about 10 phone calls with different verzion customer service reps to get home phone connects working. Also was quoted $30 per unit to activate and was charged $40. Hope service and knowledge improves in the future for the wahpeton store.

I stopped at this Verizon store today as I was having troubles with my screen. Normally I go to Fargo. This location is closer to me. I found the guy I talked to to be very helpful. I couldnt remember all the instructions he gave to me to transfer my information to a different phone. I called them back, and another guy helped me greatly also. Will go back to them when I am ready for my upgrade in 2 months.
