I brought my Mazda 5 in because it was running rough and they diagnosed it as bad coils so replaced all 6 of them for about $700. But it still had the same problem. Then they couldnt figure out the problem. So I took it to the dealer, but 808 told them it was slugg in the oil pan. So the dealer said they couldnt do anything about because told them it was slugg in the oil pan, but never mention that to us. So the dealer couldnt cover the repair, so it was a expensive repair on our dime.

Friendly staff. With a lot of good advice and very good prices. The size of my job was a little bigger than they were able to handle so they gave me some recommendations on were to go for the repair.

I thought I found a great place to take my van. Nope. Took my car in, they said it was done, I told them I was coming the next day. Took the bus from Makaha to Waipahu to pick up my car. I get off the bus at 4pm, and the place is shut down one hour before posted closing time (5pm). I pound on the doors... nobody. Im stuck in Waipahu till 9pm. Dead phone from trying to call the owner to a full mailbox. No money for a bus. I call the next day (Ive never been more pissed... four letter words were flying, and well deserved), owner says he went to his kids little league game. Are you kidding? No sign. No call. No nothing. Sure family is important, but cover your bases (and ass) as a business owner. Call people coming in for a pick-up. Have someone take over the front desk. Put up a sign. Hell, lie to us and say the place had to shut down due to an emergency earlier in the day. But to do nothing and close shop an hour or more early. No business savy. Surprised he lasted this long. All I got was $90 off the bill (He promised $100 on the phone... par for the course). That was not enough in my book. Too bad. They would have a lot of business with my needy van, and good reliable places are getting hard to find. Even harder now.
