I starts with the General Manager. When you have a good leader it reflects in the staffs performance and customer service. Genuine customer service is hard to come across these days. Just take a shopping trip to Vera Bradley and youll see what I am talking about. The ladies take the time to figure out what fits you and what color options are available. They are extremely tentative to your needs and style. The staff here is very proud of their brand and holds high regards to their brand. I cannot tell you how proud I am to be a Vera Bradley customer at the Waikele location. When youre figuring out what type of product to buy I like that the employees makes small conversation with you to figure out what product they can match to your needs. The manager even took the liberty of looking up my previous purchase to figure out how to assist me in today shopping experience. Tell me if thats not amazing customer service.
