Kitchen remodels can be stressful but they made it easy. Each part of the job was performed by people who were striving for excellence. Shout out to Gray for keeping everything coordinated!

I brought some templates into the showroom of Upon The Rock late in the afternoon. I wanted some pricing on some granite to be fabricated for a customer of mine. A very nice young person gave me unbelievable pricing, right before closing time. I told her to go ahead and have it fabricated, I then told my customer pricing that night.The next day they called me to tell me that there was a mistake, the person who gave me the pricing was new to that form of pricing with the templates, instead of straight sq ft pricing. The price was actually double. When I awkwardly told them that I had already informed my customer, Amy, the owner graciously said she would honor the price. Anyone who stands behind her people and her business like that are the kind of people you should want to help you create the kitchen you want.I picked up my product and was greeted with a smile as we loaded my beautifully fabricated granite.A pleasure, I will be back

I quoted multiple other places before deciding to do business with Upon the Rock. Their prices beat everyone else by far. Upon install there was an imperfection in the marble, the owner insisted on replacing it although it was livable. The custom service is beyond excellent!!

Bottom line: Poor Service, Poor Job,Im a big supporter of locally-owned, small businesses, however this company was a huge disappointment. I made a morning appointment so that the countertops could be measured before going to work. That morning no one showed up as scheduled. When I called Becky, at the office, she said that she couldnt find my phone number to inform me that they could not measure my countertops as scheduled, because one of their workers called in sick. That should have been my first clue... But again- I wanted to support local, small business, so I rescheduled...In June 2013, they tore out the existing countertop and in doing so a portion of my the side panel on one of the lower cabinets was damaged. I sent a picture to the owners and they informed me to contact Kitchens and More and that Kitchens and More would replace the side panel. Thats it no more follow-up, nothing-Kitchens and More had to order a side panel and because they were busy with other jobs could not schedule to fix my cabinet until 7:30am, 1/21/2014. No one showed up at 7:30 -- when I called Kitchens and More, they said they had tried calling me to confirm the appointment, using the phone number provided by Upon the Rock and no one answered. Of course, Upon the Rock gave them the wrong number! Seems strange since I gave Upon the Rock my phone number and email in order to get the estimate for the services...

The installers they use are the worst, cost us a whole new kitchen due to water damage when they were putting our dishwasher back in place. Unfortunately the owners didnt care and wouldnt even call us back!
