If anyone else did not know, this pharmacy does have a ship to home option which I have been using to avoid standing in lines around a half an hour for a 3 minute pickup and payment procedure each time. The shipping option is nice to do to avoid any sort of crowds during the pandemic and for me, the shipping is FREE which is awesome! It arrives in 2-3 business days afterwards too, so not long of a wait at all. All you have to do is call them and request for it to be shipped which is so much more convenient as it does not take them long to answer each time it seems and is quickly taken care of. They can even save your payment option in their system. The shipping option has saved this pharmacy as far as I am concerned. They seem to be over-burdened in person but are still professional and have nice personalities. The shipping option will just save you time, in the end and I have a feeling that they themselves would appreciate more people using this. I am surprised that this isnt being advertised more often, if it is at all. A++ for offering this option! I hope they do not get rid of it.
Always quick, friendly and knowledgeable. I wish all Walmart employees acted the way the pharmacy staff does.
Alex in the Pharmacy is such a gem. He is friendly, efficient and truly likes his job. He shows such care and kindness with every transaction - and with each person. I met him on Monday in person to pick up an Rx. Later today I called about something else and I immediately recognized him over the phone. I can hear his smile and willingness to help come through. Its refreshing to find someone like this on the other side of the counter. Keep up the great work!
No one will answer the phone so that I can confirm that my prescription has been filled. This is not the first time this has happened. I just moved to Wake Forest, and used the Holly Springs Walmart before moving here. They were wonderful! But this place has the worst customer service. I never get the text messages confirming my prescription is ready like I used to in HS. And I’ve made sure I am enrolled in text messaging. I don’t understand the lack of customer service at this place. I am transferring all my prescriptions to Target today. I’m tired of calling to talk to someone, and there’s no answer. I’ve never had this happen at a pharmacy before. Do not get your prescriptions filled here.
This pharmacy is slow and the workers are rude half the time. There attitude is I don’t care.
Twice Ive used to this pharmacy and never again. The first time I waited over an hour just to be told they were out of stock of my sons medicine. But no, they were not out of stock. It was in a box but they hadnt done inventory. Another 30 minutes and finally had my sons meds. Today, I waited over 2 hrs for them to tell me my doctor never sent the prescription. I called the doc office and they in fact had sent it an hr and a half ago. Again they argued with me that they didnt have it until the nurse at the doc office had to call herself to talk to them. It had been faxed and these people never checked it. They are incompetent and have poor communication with eachother . Wasted almost 3 hrs of my day there waiting.
Horrible pharmacy. Had a prescription called in an hour ago. I arrive to pick it up and Im told they have no prescription for me in the system and to go to another window. At that window they tell me it will be another 20 mins because it was on hold. Asked why it was on hold and was told they have so many people that dont pick up that they just put it on hold. How is this a good practice? I asked why no one contacted me with the cell number that they have and was told they are busy. Wont be coming back.
Dropped prescription off yesterday and its still not filled a day later. Didnt receive any calls regarding this. Now il be late to work waiting. COMMUNICATE please.
Every time Ive been to this pharmacy the pharmacists go above and beyond to help me. Mrs. Amanda stayed on the phone with my insurance company for hours when they messed up. Each time my insurance gives them a hard time but they always work it out for me and are so nice.
I cant even get someone to answer the phone so I can get my meds ordered! Ive been on hold for 10 minutes and never spoke to a person.
I get this place is busy but I stood in line multiple times today trying to pick up a prescription. I tried to pick it up at lunch but ran out of time after 15 min in line. I came back middle of the afternoon thinking it would be clear - 3 people in line ahead of me took 25 minutes to get the prescription. NEVER AGAIN.
People there flow the roles like worshipping it .I went to get my friends prescriptions who just had a surgery, dropped it off at 8 pm by 8:45 pm they asked me for my ID which i left it home, so i asked them if they can wait until i bring because they close at 9 pm they said no even i tried to explain quickly the situation but the kep repeating no we cant wait we will close at 9 .they never asked me before for my ID and i believe they should tell me in advance that they will need id .This is the 2nd time i have an issue with the pharmacy employees in misstreating me and not understanding the case.God help us . I start feeling discrimination because i am not American .God forgive them
