They ARE very busy in the winter if you need something extra installed it might take a few months but they are up front about that, and for us it was worth it.

So, Amerigas has been our vendor since we more or less inherited them when they bought our local guys. Over the last couple years service went south. To the point they couldnt figure out how to schedule a prepaid delivery.I called Holding on the suggestion of Bob and was shocked when they were able to have the old tank moved aside, new tank in place and things back up and running literally within a few hours of the initial contact.I wish Id have called them 10 days ago instead of being without heat. Ill recommend over and over. Thank you yall.

Dealing with Holding Oil has been nothing but frustrating. In February, 2019 I called to place an order for gas logs and to establish an account with them. I emailed them a copy of the Service Application for Holding Oil Company, Inc. that was filled out, signed and dated. In March, 2019 I sent them a letter stating exactly what we wanted including a propane tank, gas logs size and style and left all contact information on the letter as well...all phone numbers (home & cell), email address and street address. I heard nothing from them so I called in July, 2019 to make sure they hadnt forgotten about us. The response every time was that they were SO BUSY and would get to us as soon as they could. After not hearing from them for 8 months (it was me calling THEM) I called back in October, 2019 and got the same response. I never heard a word from them so I called back in November, 2019 and she told me she would have the woman call me back about the order for the gas logs (said she never got the letter I sent in March) and she would make sure the guys that install the tank would see the request. Well, here it is almost December and I have not be contacted by email or phone and they never showed up at my house. So I went to a local store and bought our logs and calledAmerigas and they were very happy have us as customers. I dont know why Holding Oil didnt want our business, but for sure they wont ever get it now.

Call them several times to have my tank checked for service. They said would have driver check tank. Truck was 3 houses down from me and drove right past my house. They obviously have more business than they need!!

We just built a new home near Bunn and needed propane service. After doing a lot of research, we called Holding Oil & Gas after reading some great reviews. These reviews were spot-on accurate.Their customer service has been exceptional; very friendly and helpful.When they learned that the tank we wanted was on back-order, John and his team installed a temporary, smaller tank so that we could use our gas oven/range. They did an excellent job demonstrating their knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness while toiling in the sweltering heat and humidity. Friendly place and the absolute best prices on propane refills. Only downside is that because there small they dont have long hours on the weekend so you have to plan your trips a little more. But its worth it.

We just switched to Holding Oil from McCracken Propane. You couldnt meet a nicer group of folks. Very professional and was on time when they came to set up a new tank and disconnect the old tank. And the PRICE WAS FAIR! That was a real nice change from McCracken.

It is always better to refill your propane tank at Holding; then replace it at one of the big box stores, you get 1/3 more gas. And its cheaper too!
