This is a top notch local full service motorcycle shop. I have had several bikes diagnosed and fixed/ serviced here. Luis Is extremely knowledgeable and skilled his ability to diagnose and fix a problem is unparalleled. I have had both mine and my wife’s Harley’s and my son’s Honda serviced here and I will continue to utilize this shop. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The prices are more than reasonable and the work is exceptional. This is one local business that I will continue to support.

Staff was very friendly. From the motorcycles I saw they work on a wide variety. Best to schedule an appointment ahead of time as their schedule is full and parts have to be ordered.

Louis was able to get me on the schedule within a very short timeframe (couple of days) and mounted my tires on my Yamaha Supertenere. He is a very knowledgeable and thorough professional and checked the spokes as well as lubed the splines etc,. as part of the service. He has a real old school shop that I LOVED hanging out in! I HIGHLY recommend Louis and would not hesitate to use his expertise for my next service needs!

Bought an old bike. Louis took the time to go through known issues and things to look out for, gave me servicing tips, and showed me everything he was doing to the bike. Got new tires, fixed an electrical issue, and did some other maintenance all at a very reasonable price. Great place and great guy.

I do most of my own work to my bike; but, there are some things that are beyond my capabilities. I brought a problem to Louis, he not only helped me find a solution and corrected it, but he also gave me valuable advices. To top it off, his prices were very fair and I feel like I got a great deal for the superior work he did.Louis was very personable, easy to work with, and he stood by his word. I will definitely bring my bike back to him.

I have known Louis for quite a while....he is a top notch wrench, and his prices are fair. Had to find a new oil drain plug due to stripped crank case threads. Spent a week trying to find a drain bolt that matched the thread tap I used. Almost gave up and retap to a more common thread before calling Louis who was able to fashion a new drain plug for me along with extra supplies and advice.That extra step that Louis takes to help is why I will be going to this shop for any motorcycle service that I cant do myself.

Stopped in Sat for inspection. The owner was very respectful and informative. He was not very busy the day I stopped in and taught me a lot while he looked over my bike. I will be a repeat customer. He did say Sat are first come first serve. This place as cool shop feel and recommend you check them out.

These guys are top notch. I was referred to them by one of my biker buddies in Raleigh so I finally decided to take the trip to Wake Forest to check them out. The lady behind the counter was very polite, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I was referred to Louis and he did not disappoint. After having a failed inspection on my bike at TPS in Garner, he was able to properly assist me in resolving the issues that missed inspection and making sure my bike was safe and up to standards. Also, my bike was more than 60 days passed inspection so Louis was able to get me in for inspection on the spot without even having to set up a n appointment. Very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and they really put effort into their work and customer service. Its nothing like learning hands on and actual being able to talk shop with the guys actually working on your bike. Definitely check these guys out!!

Took my ultra in twice . Once to get an inspection and while pulling it in Louis noticed the clutch needed a minor adjustment. Took the time to adjust it. Refused to let me pay him. A couple of months later my stator started acting up and I wanted to replace voltage regulator also. Great price and fast turn around. Highly recommend this shop and great people. Louis and Colleen are wonderful and they are honest straightforward and fair.

Superior service. Knowledgeable, friendly and willing to teach. Be patient on Saturdays as its walk in 1st come first serve. While waiting, ya meet other riders and learn about your ride. Louis is great with motorcycles. His prices are good. No matter how busy he gets he always seems to have great turnaround times for service and repairs.

Louis is a top notch guy and knows his stuff! I wanted to purchase a stage one upgrade for my mans birthday and Louis walked me through everything...answering every stupid question I threw at him. I told him what we were after and his opinions on what to choose couldnt have been more perfect. The parts were in the day after we selected them and we were roaring down the road the day after that. He took the time to check the bike over and fixed some minor things that we didnt know needed to be fixed....at no extra charge. MI definitely has some loyal repeat customers!!!

Wow as a new rider and in need of sound mechanical advice and services. This is not the place I shall ever never stop and spend and amount of money. I can only guess they started this business as a joke a place to hang out and be stupid as they want to be and for some reason perhaps the sign out front or web page customers people who have pockets full of cash came to spend but then ran into the subhuman lot of real bright high octane type people who pretend to be employees wow ! Louis is the only mechanic allowed to touch my bike. Hes patient, methodical and has a great eye for details. Not only for Harleys but for all types of bikes.

Lewis was recommended by a group I ride with. He has been working on their bikes for years before he opened his own business.I needed someone to mount and balance 2 tires I had removed from my bike. I called and he said bring them up, he would take care of it. I dropped the tires/wheels off and he said go get lunch. When you get back they will be done. I came back an hour later and he had the last tire on the balancer. I put the other tire in my truck and waited for him to finish. When he was done, he took the first tire out of my truck, greased the hub and put it back in my truck.That is attention to detail. He couldnt have been nicer and took care of me for $40 OTD... I gave him a $10 tip and said he would be my mechanic.I realize a tire mount and balance isnt the most challenging thing a bike shop has to do, but if you cant do that well, why would you use that shop for the expensive/complicated work?

Great experience. Good customer service, quality work and an old school mentality towards quality work. My bike will go nowhere else from now on.

I dropped my motor off four months ago today. I have called many times and always told, your motor is next! Tired of getting the run-around, I showed up in person. His excuse, this motor isnt a money maker for me. 4 months and he didnt even look at it while telling me I was next. Very Bad Business!!

Louis is the guy. I live in Cary but bring my motorcycle here to get worked on. He has been working on my cbr600rr for almost last 2 years. Reasonable prize and quite turnaround time.

I have called this repair shop 4 times over the past two months to try and get new tires put on my motorcycles and they won’t call back as promised, to schedule repair.

Able to get inspection done on my lunch hour.
