Mike and Carol at Life Storage Wake Forest made our move in and short term storage very simple. We had 3 storage units to help us stage and move from our newly sold house. Letting us use the Life storage van for free made things much much easier. Saves us time and money.I appreciate Mike coming by to just say hi while our movers were moving us out. He offered to lock the main doors open to make it easier to get in and out.Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend

The storage facility is clean and comfortable. But the greatest thing about this location is Michael Wilson who manages the facility. He is great and helpful when you need it.

Very friendly and helpful front desk person who answered all my questions and clearly explained the rental process. Made sure there were carts at the door we used to bring in our boxes and that we were able to get in the building with no problem.

Never again Im glad Im clearing out soon! Ive been with place since early 2019. I would leave if I wasnt out of state. This place raises your space rent, its ridiculously. It was called Cubesmart I think when we 1st started. They told me when we started to stay a couple months ahead paid so that way I wouldnt have to worry about my rebt going up. Never understood why. Well I have two large units I pay almost $277./month. They make plenty of money, and in the times we are all dealing with they raise space rent. Its ridiculous! Both of my spaces have been raised and not a couple bucks over $10 each! Im not late and pay everything we owe, and were coming to clear out our stuff! We wont use them again.

This by far the worst customer service and management run facility that I have ever had service at. The doors ar the bottom of the building were either broke or not working. Management has no clue how to treat people. I was lied to about the promotion promised to me. Exit lights are broke and I can go on. I would not reccomend this business to anyone. Customer service is the most important thing and they absolutely lack it.

Life Storage is the best storage option in Wake Forest. They beat their competitors in price, convenience, and customer communication. The units are clean and the staff is very helpful.

The staff is super friendly, and incredibly helpful. They gave us a call to see if our move-in date was still valid. They walked us through bldg access and where the entrances are. The Units and hallways are extremely clean. This place is incredibly well kept. My only complaint is that the access ours seem a bit limited (10 pm is a little early if you have a big move going on (-.5 star). and the lack of loading ramps on the sidewalks are a minor inconvenience. (you have to walk all the way down to the end of the sidewalk where there is easy parking. So you will have to wheel the carts from your trailer/truck/van part ways down the sidewalk, up the bumpy ramp, and then half back down the sidewalk to get to the building entrance. Or you can park on the opposite side of the building where they have a larger unloading zone, but you then have to navigate the halls of the storage facility with you cart to get to your unit (depending on its location). The good news is that they have nice carts with big wheels which are easy to move large loads with minimum effort.All-in-all I would definitely recommend this facility..

The manager was very helpful when we accidentally broke a glass shelf in the parking lot! He was quick to clean it up and was very sweet! We’ve been using this storage facility since they opened and never once have had a problem.

Everything was awesome here. No issues during the entire time we had a space. Will use again if we have the need.

Very knowledgeable and thorough. Spent time with us as we determined what size cube we needed. We called as soon as they opened on a Sunday and were on site by 2:15PM and shortly began to unload the contents.I like that the unit is climate controlled, safe and secure. They offer flat bed rolling carts to assist in the move as well. Elevators are placed throughout and we were lucky enough to have a until close to the elevator!

Upon arriving, we were met by a VERY polite and helpful gentleman by the name of Mike. He showed us everything we needed without hesitation. As we entered we met a lady name Cherry. She was so pleasant and a joy to see. There are some people you meet and immediately you want to turn and walk the other way but these two sweet individuals made us happy to spend our money here. We just moved here and they are making our move worth whil . To see pleasant people in a working environment makes me happy. So yes we would refer Life Storage to EVERYONE.

Great storage! Only thing is every time I’ve been the elevators have been noticeably dirty (like they haven’t cleaned them in a while or didn’t clean the stainless steel part) other than that we’ve had great experiences!

Moved from one storage cube to another ... Went off smoothly.The staff person (Steven/Stephen) was fantastic. A bit of confusion at the main office with accessing his computer permissions ... but, he was very accommodating. All is good and I continue with my downsizing. :)

Just rented the unit but have been to the location twice and have been helped by Kelly & John. Both were very thorough in explaining the process of their location. It was very apparent to me that their ultimate concern was my understanding of the use of the unit, billing, payment options and if I needed help, they were there to help. Had questions on what if the unit I rented wasnt the right size, they would do whatever they could to resolve my concerns. Overall very positive.

Walked right in and got a cube! In the process of moving. Went to CubeSmart and was given the tour and all pertinent information. John (co-mgr) was extremely courteous and helpful. Got me off on the right foot. Very clean, easy access and very secure.

Cherry was extremely helpful and friendly. She was patient, offered good advice, and showed us various levels and units to help us make the right choice.

They were going to rent me a 5 x 10 for 65 a month, which was with some special discount. Then at the last second they add in 22 dollars per month extra for insurance, which is required by state law. I didnt believe them and shopped around. Turns out, no other storage company thinks there is a state law requiring storage insurance. The monthly fee is what it is everywhere else, and I found a 5 x 10 for 40 at a different establishment- without insurance added on. I advise everyone to shop around!!!

I got a great deal by reserving a unit online and when I stopped in the next day to take a look at it and ask some questions John was very personable and friendly. The building is clean, secure and has easy access! Everything you could need in a storage facility!

I had issues with mold in my climate controlled unit. I had insurance through another source and they wanted cubesmart to have a letter stating that there was damage in the place. They denied that there was, and looking through reviews here, there are other victims of it and one actually states that she had a broken window and water damaged her stuff due to hurricane.
