Mary, the manager, is absolutely the worst and has the worst customer service abilities that I probably have ever seen. This is the second time having a shipment sent to this center because of signature sensitive packages. Thinking they would could handle this minuscule task (and the first time was just a fluke), I was very disappointed BOTH times. My suggestion, don’t even bother with Fed Ex at all. But if you have to, avoid this Walmart employee at all costs!! I shouldn’t have set my expectations so high, and maybe I wouldn’t have been so disappointed. Fed Ex, you should be embarrassed to employ this type of senseless, careless, downright RUDE, person.

Even on a busy Saturday, I was really surprised how helpful the staff was. Definitely a convenient spot and it makes it even better that the staff is very helpful and friendly

Mary was the name of the woman that helped me and she was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and attentive and stayed 25 mins after she was supposed to be on break to help me. She let me know about the specials and did everything with a smile. Ill go back there for my shipping needs moving forward. :)

Greeted by a friendly & knowledgeable staff member..She pack and labeled everything and I was in and out in a matter of minutes . 5 STARS for my experience.
