I brought my Subaru Crosstrek to Modern for a repair to my bumper. Alex and Andy were attentive, professional and completed my repair ahead of schedule. Alex worked with my insurance and the assessor to review the damage. He coordinated all of the paperwork as well. The work Modern did was beautiful on my bumper. They also detailed the car before I picked it up. I was proud to receive my vehicle back and looking like brand-new, inside and out (even though it is 5 years old). I highly recommend Modern Collision for body work.

Aug2021. We took our car to Alex after being rear ended. From the start he was really easy to work with. It only took minutes to realize he’d handled stuff like this before. He immediately arranged to have the car brought to his shop (it was being stored an hour away) - it was in his shop that day! He went through the process with me and took time to answer my questions and concerns. He handled all the interaction regarding the repair with the insurance and adjuster (whew!). He even did an oil change for us. The car was done when he said it would and we found it clean and ready to go when we came for it. He’s professional, competent, easy to work with and reliable. I recommend him without reservation and will return to him for any future body work I need on my vehicles.

I had a couple different spots of damage to the body of my car and Alex and his team made it look brand new again! I live in Rhode Island but I will never go anywhere else for work on my car. They put all new parts on my car and even re-painted it so that everything matched. Everyone is very nice and they work fast!

My car looks as good as new (or better!). Someone hit my Prius while it was parked in my neighborhood, and did not leave a note. My insurance company said to find a garage and I had heard good things about this shop, and Im really glad I brought my car here. They dealt with my insurance, and even had my car done before the weekend so I could go out of town. I cant recommend them more. Another plus is that the car was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off, no dirt from the mechanics or anything! 10/10

I unfortunately had gotten side-swiped while parked in the city and only moved here a few months ago, so had no idea which body shops would be reliable. Recommended by a friend, Modern Collision Center repaired my car in such a timely fashion with my car looking better than before the accident! Alex clearly puts his customers first; his customer service is unparalleled. My car needed a fender and headlight replaced as well as some scratches removed from my bumper. Alex and his team were able to get my car fixed quickly even with dealing with the insurance company and submitting supplemental claims. He even helped arranged a rental car which wasnt covered by my insurance. All around a fantastic experience. I could not recommend him more.

Modern Collision is amazing! I’ve had two different SUV’s fixed for body damage and both repairs came out great. One of my SUV’s was only 6 months old. Their work is impeccable! I will not goanywhere else.

The front bumper of my vehicle was damaged and insurance was involved, including a need for a rental. Due to the pandemic there’s an overall short in parts and deliveries are taking longer than expected. Even still, I’m thoroughly pleased with Alex from Modern Collision.Alex made me aware of this from the beginning and always made sure to keep me updated about the progress of the car repair. Someone swiped my car while I was in the supermarket. The scratches looked pretty deep. I went to Modern Collision to get an estimate. I came back the next day and Alex buffed them out. Superb job. I hit my sons brand new car on my driveway. Alex came in right away, got him a rental car and repaired a car in a couple of days. No one could tell it’s not a brand new.This is not the first time I used Modern collisions services.
