Had my windshield on my Mercedes replaced with a brand new, OEM version w/ rain sensor and all that. I was 30 minutes late but they still took me, and they did a great job, in particular Isaiah. The windshield came out perfect and he even re-siliconed my door seals for me!

Even after reading multiple negative reviews, I tried to give Safelite on North Ave a shot. I always try support my hometown businesses whenever possible. A very disappointing experience due to poor communication and lack of organization. Had no choice but to cancel and go elsewhere.

Booked an appointment online for Monday @4:30. Arrived on time and was told that they needed to order the part and I’d need to reschedule.Weds 10am.I show up on time, they said they were behind and it could take up to 1 1/2 hours.Left my number and was told I would be called when the work was done. Walked to get coffee, came back 40mins later.Sat in the waiting room, with the receptionist, just her and I, until 12pm.I finally had enough, got up and said I wanted my car back. She wanted to charge the deductible for the repair. I said, “you didn’t do any work. My car hasn’t moved.”Come to find out, the repair was done and I was just sitting there while this receptionist had my car ready to go, inches from her face, and decided not to call me or even look up at me.Such a run around. Such a waste of time.Will not return.

Booking online was quick and easy, customer service was so nice and the technicians that both came out were awesome! They took care of everything for me and went right through my insurance too. Would recommend to anyone.

I replaced the windshield for my Lexus ES350 and I really love the service it was fast and clean aboveall the employees is nice and friendly I really recommend the JN Phillips Auto Glass.

My experience was incredible. I couldn’t t believe how fast they were. Dropped my truck off at 8am and got a call it was done at 9:30. Loved that all my stickers... inspection, town sticker and oil were all on the new windshield! Nice crew and professional. Highly recommend this location!

The replacement tech was timely, polite, and left my car cleaner than it was before. He even noticed that my ez-pass was no longer attached to my windshield and attached it to my new one! Thank you Safelite.

These idiots took my vehicle in, the office called to say they didn’t have my Vin which was on my insurance claimThe technician removed my windshield cracked it in 4 more places and put it back in told my wife they didn’t have one in stock my Vin was wrong they wouldn’t have one for a while ?????

Setting up an appointment is a breeze and the service is fast and friendly. The added convenience of them coming to you wherever you are is a major plus.

I have used this company for the last twenty five years, that being said, I will NOT being going back. I went in on Monday to schedule an appointment, for a cracked windshield. I was told by two employees, that the repair may leave a slight wavy appearance. I said that this was fine, as the crack was not in my direct line of vision. I was also told that this would take twenty minutes, their website also states twenty minutes, for repair. I entered the shop at 7:50 for my 8:00 appointment. They took my vehicle promptly at 8:00. I was the first customer of the day and in the bay. Forty minutes later, they were done. I got in my vehicle and the crack looks no different. I spoke with the tech, he said that sometimes happens but the crack shouldnt spread any more. Dont waste my time, if I had been told that it doesnt always work, I wouldnt have waited two days for a maybe fix. Im furious and will not be back!

Do not use Safelite. My rear windshield shattered and I had them replace it. They have caused more damages and issue by completed botching the repair. I’ve had two trim pieces brake and fall off, my back windshield wiper fell off, all from neglectful care. It’s taken months for me to have this issue resolved and when you call no one knows how to assist and transfers you around. I was on the phone with them for two hours and was transferred to a total of 6 people. I’ve resorted to dming them on Instagram to receive any type of response at all. The damage they have caused has cost more than the additional windshield repair. I have a beautiful new car that they have completely ruined and caused me a world of headache. Please do not use and go somewhere where they take care of your vehicle with vigilant care!!!!

Absolutely horrific experience. Worst service Ive ever dealt with. Showed up late to appointment and took zero care with my car. Scratched the paint and damaged multiple parts on car. Unapologetic and left without saying a word. Make sure you watch them with your car otherwise you will never know what damage they cause until its too late.Update: 2 weeks later and Im still cleaning glass shards out of my interior. The rear view mirror has fallen off the windshield.

I had my window replaced on 2/23 and it was very easy process. I booked online they called to confirm and then they came to my office here in Wakefield during the time they said.

This is the worse place to have a windshield replaced - BEWARE and go someplace else. Very unprofessional staff

I had a good experience here to get my windshield replaced. Had an early morning appointment, and since I was the first car there two technicians worked on my car, so I was able to leave after an hour.
