David was great to work with. Originally, I came in to test drive an Outback. I was able to drive one that they had available on the lot but was not the package I was looking for. He sat with me, showing the different models and packages and when certain ones would be available. I did not feel pressured at all to make a decision right away. About a week later, I called back to come in to get a value on my trade and that morning a vehicle with the package I was looking for was available. We were able to get the deal made and I was able to drive off the lot that day with the new vehicle.Would definitely return for my next vehicle!
I am so happy with the way Wakefield Subaru helped me obtain my new Forrester. John Cheshire, my Sales person, was helpful, honest ( yup, really), and a pleasure to work with. As many know, Subaru lots are empty due to demand. I did have to wait about 8 weeks for arrival of my car which I am thrilled with💖. I have been a Honda and Toyota girl, but really love everything about my new Forrester. Well worth the wait🤗
I cant say enough about the wonderful service I received at Subaru of Wakefield. They are honest and provide superior customer service. It is evident that everyone from the service manager to the sales and finance managers know how to communicate and work as a team, and this means you will afforded the best experience possible. Be sure to check them out!
I had a good experience buying a car — despite the fact that I was doing it during the pandemic rush! They even would let me bring my dog when I visited and were all so friendly to the pup. Justin was great, got me the exact car I wanted!
Good fast service, and you dont have to wait six weeks for an appointment like at Cityside Subaru. I mean, these are car mechanics not proctologists at MGH.
This dealership will give you one price over the phone then another once you arrive. The price was off by thousands. The price you see on the website is off by thousands. Make sure you “READ THE FINE PRINT” before you arrive is what I was told. The manager does not care that his website and employees are misleading the customer. I took my business elsewhere.
Avoid the service department. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and had to go back twice because of issues. My car was completely fine before this simple, routine, service. When I tried to schedule a third visit to address the issues, the manager started arguing with me and became belligerent. Now I have to go pay more money at a service center that is reputable and competent.
Exceptional service. Got the exact car I was looking for, registered, inspected, and out the door very satisfied. Fozi Hader was very helpful! I was greeted and taken care of before I even set foot through the door.
My family had a really good experience at Subaru of Wakefield. Our salesperson, Mohammed, was great to work with, and I would highly recommend the dealership, and Mohammed in particular. We got a great car at a fair price, in a market thats a little tough right now, due to limited inventory.
We stopped by on Saturday 9/4 in the early afternoon and walked away empty handed. When we pulled in there seemed to be a lot of activity happening around the show room. A group of guys in polo shirts and khaki pants were caucusing out front, so I just assumed they were salesmen and someone would break away from the group and wed get into the process pretty quick. That wasnt the case. We started poking around the lot and nobody seemed interested in that. So, we went inside - walked right past the group of guys out front - and asked for help at the little reception area; a salesman was paged from the back. We told him what we were looking for and he politely told us there were none the lot and all the inventory coming in was already sold. So - when we asked what other Subarus they had for sale - the salesman pointed to one lonely Outback. I asked if anyone else in the area had what we were looking for - and the reply was were the biggest Subaru dealer in New England. If we dont have it then nobody does. So, after we walked away from the only car that was for sale on the lot - we stopped by City Side Subaru in Belmont, traded in our Ascent and bought a very nice Forrester. It couldnt have been easier. So - thanks City Side! I understand that this isnt a normal market, but Wakefield was disappointing. I dont think Id go back.
Overall, experience was fine. I found the car I wanted online, the dealer wasnt conveniently located but it was the car I wanted so we went and saw it, not a whole lot of work required on the dealers end. My frustration came with the communication and follow-through towards the end of the process. We were told that the dealer would send us touch up paint, since we didnt want to bring the car back (40+ minute drive for us) once they got the paint color in stock (how does a Subaru dealership not have Cool Grey Khaki in stock?) Its been over a month and no touch up paint. Parts got it in, called me, and I called my sales rep who had promised to ship it. He then said, oh my manager said I cant, can you just come in? No, no I cant. Just annoying. Im not going to drive 40+ minutes after being told it would be shipped for touch up paint that I can buy myself online. Last I talked to him he promised hed get it to me but again, over a month and nothing. So yeah. It was fine. **Edited after response: Thanks for the generic acknowledgment! I still dont have the touch-up paint.
I had a wonderful experience at Subaru Wakefield. I purchased a brand new 2021 Subaru Forester. I had the pleasure of working with Christian and she was fabulous! My sister recommended Christian as she purchased from her back in the fall of 2020. I came in knowing what I wanted and Christian made the process even easier by answering all of my questions, anticipating the next steps and even going above and beyond by helping with the phone calls made to the insurance agency.Christian made sure that everything was taken care of (and taken care of the correct way). She left no stone unturned. I felt very comfortable working with her as she treated me with the utmost respect and did not pressure me into getting anything I was not interested in. I highly recommend working with Christian if you are heading to Subaru of Wakefield. The experience was long as the entire day was spent in the dealership but it was worth the wait as I love my new car. I am looking forward to getting it serviced and going back to say hello to all the friendly folks that helped make my new purchase possible (Christian, Fozi, etc.). Thank you Subaru of Wakefield!
This summer I had to turn in my lease of a Subaru Forester. I naturally went back to the person who sold it to me and at one point in our conversation, we found ourselves in disagreement. I felt he was not hearing my thoughts and needs and was too quick to respond.I decided to take my business elsewhere. During my search, I realized that he was actually offering me the best deal. I returned to my conversation with him and expressed my concerns. We worked it out and he apologized. We moved forward and now I am the proud owner (me and Chase) of a 2021 Crosstrek. I love it!!
I got my new Forester 21 there last month and was assisted by Jason. Only have a positive experience there. No pressure at all in any way. Would recommend them and Jason, specifically, to anyone looking for a Subaru.
Bought a new Cross Trek during a time with very low inventory. David at Subaru of Wakefield was very friendly, helpful, patient, and understanding of my needs and helped me get a brand new car of my preference and color very fast! The process was easy and very straightforward.
After doing some research and window shopping we decided to go with Subaru of Wakefield for sons first car. David assisted my husband and son on this purchase. He was courteous and helpful. The customer service was good too. The only suggestion I’d make is that when communicating that the car is going to be ready for pick up at a specific time/date maybe have the license plates &/or inspections completed first so the customer is ready to pick up & go.
I never imagined I would be able to say that my experience buying a car was pleasant and overall great! Jason understood our priorities and was not pushing us at all. He provided all the information and let us to decide without putting pressure. And when we picked up our new car, it was ready and with a full tank of gas. Thank you Jason and Subaru of Wakefield.
If you are in the market for a new Subaru make sure you dont even think about going to Subaru of Wakefield these people will rob you ((no gun needed),here is why:I stopped by Saturday the 11 and they appraised my car $6500 hundred dollars less than other dealers and they are charging $3000 over MSRP when others dealers are only charging MSRP,I understand with low inventory the market is up and they are trying to stay in business, but how come other Subaru dealers are not doing the same, I am referring to the MSRP, make a few phone calls like I did and youll be surprised, I closed on a deal with another dealer got 6500 more for my trade and paid MSRP
Wife bought a new Subaru back in May. She wanted me to come because she thought the dealer would take advantage of her. We went in and talked to Mohamed our sales person. Unfortunately they didnt have the car she wanted so we had to go to another Subaru dealership, before we left we told Mohamed and he said after you test drive and get the price come back here and we will beat their price. I thought to myself how can you beat the price on a car you dont have. Turns out the other dealership we went to were not as nice as Subaru of Wakefield and tried to really screw my wife over on price. We stormed out of there. My wife called Mohamed told him what happen he apologized for their behavior and said come on back. Mohamed beat the other dealerships price by about 7k and we got it within a week, original estimate was 1 month. Best part is he was able to negotiate directly with my wife and I didnt have to do anything.
Subaru of Wakefield is the best! Staff are friendly and go out of their way to explain vehicle service issues. Subaru is love!
Don’t trust the price listed on the site and they are rude. I sold it in couple of hours after leaving your showroom and sold it for 10 grand more than what you have offered. The market and condition of the vehicle doesn’t change in couple of hours and i doubt if you know the value of my vehicle.
I really appreciated the friendliness, support, and knowledge of the sales associates at Subaru of Wakefield. My mother and I came to Subaru of Wakefield after a harrowing experience at Ira Subaru in Danvers. Christian Francois took care of us and was able to give us a price we were willing to pay for a new 2021 Subaru Forrester. I would definitely recommend any Subaru customers to go to this dealership first!
I’m really glad to come Hear. So professional, Michael and Eric. Thank you so mucho for everything I’m really happy with my new car 🥳🥳
We purchased a used Subaru Outback in June 2021. When we arrived to pick up the car, we were told that the previous owners had turned the car in with only 1 (of 2) keys. We were assured the second key would be tracked down and sent to us. Three months later, after numerous (unanswered) texts to our sales rep, Rob Winer, and voice messages left for the business manager and others, we still have only 1 key. No one returns calls. I will not recommend this dealership. Terrible customer service, not to mention bad sales practices.[update] I did what the response from owner requested and called (again) - this time I spoke with Vinny, who told me that there is no second key for the car and that if we want one, we will have to pay for it. This is a new response from the dealership, given that we were told, at the time we picked up the car, that the second key would be forthcoming. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.[update 10.4.2021] Apparently the dealerships practice when replying to negative reviews is to submit a canned reply asking the reviewer to call them to make the situation right. The dealership has my phone number, as Ive called them multiple times. The las time I called, Vinny was rude and dismissive. A canned response that might lead others reading the reviews/responses to believe the situation has been resolved is not good enough. Id be happy to update my review with a positive outcome if we reach one.
Twenty five years of experience with both their repair and car sales gives me warm fizzies. They are great. Honest, diligent, and just excellent service. I got my last few cars from Christian, who is exceptional. A must see if you are car shopping.
Im not the only female out their that gets disrespect by mechanics JUST because Im a female. WELL WAKEFIELD SUBARU, has done nothing but treat me with the best respect! They do there best to get things done fast but with satisfied service! Very fair on pricing and do their best to make you comfortable even during these hard times doing a Pandemic.
Best dealership in My opinion for subaru is the one In North attleboro, this one left wishing for better...-No walk in service-limited waiting seats-not sure if their really did full inspection check as no checklist was provided
Purchased a new Subaru Forester from 128 Subaru Wakefield. After some negotiations with Mohamed and Ken, I paid a fair price for my new car and was given a good pay off for my trade in. Ken and Mohamed were great to work with. I would highly recommend, if you are looking for a new car, visiting this dealership.
Never owned a Subaru, but heard great things, so I went to this dealer to see what they had. Nav greeted us right away and provided us with an excellent car shopping experience! Not at all pushy, very informative, and just a nice guy. Even the manager who spoke to us before we left (which I now realize is standard at most car dealerships) respected that I didnt want to hear any sleazy offers and needed more time to weigh my options. While we didnt end up purchasing the vehicle, I did want to give this dealer kudos for having a great salesman like Nav.
Having spent more hours than anticipated with other local dealers, connecting with Subaru of Wakefield was a breath of fresh air. My wife and I planned to trade in our Subaru Forester because weve outgrown it, and were exceptionally disappointed with interactions at local dealers for both Kia and Subaru. After 2 very unpleasant experiences at other dealers, I spoke with Anna in Online Sales at Subaru of Wakefield who went beyond my expectations finding the trim package we were looking for. Visiting the dealership for the first time, my frustration level was so high, I couldnt even sit down. Jason Plante was exceedingly patient, understanding and calm in confirming the availability of the exact vehicle we were looking for! The transparency exhibited and the care taken while putting together the deal is incomparable to other dealers in the area, especially in these times of predatory tactics by every other dealership we spoke with. Subaru of Wakefield has earned our business for as long as my wife chooses to drive a Subaru!
During my recent visit I was appalled by the way I was treated. The actual salesman was a great help and did what I believe to be a good job helping me narrow down my selection but thats not why I am giving them 1 star. That is reserved solely for the manager. He came around once it became obvious that I wasnt happy with the price and then began to try and bully me into changing my opinion with irrelevant data. He then proceeded to insult my intelligence. I will never be suggesting that anyone go here.
My household got both our Subarus from this dealership and it was always our go to place. However, when my car was taken in for a recall last week, they tried to sell me almost $5k worth of repairs. According to them, my car was close to breaking down and extremely dangerous to drive. Long story short, I took my car to a trusted mechanic just to find out that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car and all the things that needed to be replaced were in a perfect condition.Maybe this was a marketing stunt to make me trade in my 4 y.o. car for way less money, conveniently presenting me with current trade-in offers via text message while my car was with them? Or maybe I made an impression of having 0 idea about cars (which is true) and they hoped I will pay $5k just to be sure I dont take my kid anywhere in a dangerous car?Whatever the reason, taking advantage of someone in that manner is the lowest low and I am extremely disappointed. I dont know if this is one persons doing or a common practice, but upon talking to others from my community, this behavior seems to be a theme at this dealership, especially towards women.I was actually planning to get a new car in the next year and I would have went here, but definitely not anymore.Either way, I will make sure to let all my friends, family and community members know to keep away from this place.
Just bought my outback from them last week and Rob was an amazing salesman! Went above and beyond to help me and get all the paperwork ready to go. Thanks for a great experience!
Went to test drive a car after making an appointment that morning and found out after I had driven there for the appointment that the owner of the dealership had taken the car out for the weekend and nobody appeared to have been informed. If you want a used car that the owner themselves puts extra miles on for fun on the weekends, you found the right dealer.Edit: owner responded and apologized but said the car wasnt taken out for fun. Do to it being unavailable, it must have been sold. Still poor service to set up a test drive for a car that wasnt available.
I got a great visit at Subaru of Wakefield. My sell agent was very nice, patient and informative. Will likely to let my friends know about the store and my agent.
Just took delivery of a 2021 Forester from this dealer. The process went smoothly which I didnt expect given the current state of new car shortages. I saw the exact vehicle I wanted on their website, made an appointment, and had the deal done in under 30 minutes. Navjit, my salesperson, was friendly and efficient. We agreed on a fair price without the usual back and forth and back and forth (thanks to Ken the Sales Manager). At the time the vehicle was In Transit but Navjit kept me informed via frequent emails. When the car arrived on the lot I was able to complete the purchase, including financing, in under an hour. Not once in the process did I feel pressure to purchase anything more than the car itself, they simply informed me of what was available. I will purchase another car from this dealership if Subaru makes an all-electric car!
Stopped in to test drive the Ascent. Overall, good experience but too “sales-y”. I know they need to sell cars but we told them we weren’t buying a car today and they felt pretty pushy. Kept asking lots of questions about why we weren’t buying and seeing if they could convince us with the super cliche “wait for the manager” tactic. Beyond that, it was fine. Friendly, helpful staff.
Great service with excellent attitudes amongst the Advisor staff. They couldnt have been more straightforward with good knowledge and information. Thanks again.
Another simple and courteous purchase experience with Subaru of Wakefield. I havent purchased a Subaru in over nine years, after trading up to a luxury SUV when that lease was finished. I spent the next six years pining for my Outback, and I didnt give it a second thought to head straight to Wakefield when I was ready. Although the dealership has grown since that first purchase, I still received personal attention and no pressure. My salesperson listened and truly heard my needs, responding accordingly with a few vehicle options to start so I didnt become overwhelmed with their vast inventory. I highly recommend Subaru of Wakefield!
Good experience, felt happy making my purchase.
David you are the best, this hot sunny day and you very calm and gentle, shows all options of the car and helping with nice smiles. Thank you for your service!!!!
David was our sales consultant and he went above and beyond to make us happy with our Subaru purchase. I would recommend this dealership!
Subaru of Wakefield performed maintenance on my vehicle that I did not agree to. They did not let me recover my vehicle from their possession until I agreed to pay them $1400, and attempted to intimidate me and accused me of lying about my conversation with their Service Executive. When I insisted they bring up the recording of the call in which I refused service, they claimed that it might not even have been recorded (despite the disclaimer on their machine), and that they wouldnt be able to get it from the company that handles that until the next week.
Dropping of my moms car to be serviced. Great team.
Bought a car today! This is over 20 purchased for family in about 10 years!! I wont go anyplace else!! ALWAYS satisfied with them!! Great job Joe Barbagallo! Thank you
If you can look past the at times eye gouging prices and up selling of some maintenance this dealership is pretty darn amazing. Purchased my subbie here and have had some maintenance done as well. They have a decent facility and get the job done. Was spoken to respectfully and intelligently. Decent spot.
We are still car shopping, but we decided to drop by Subaru of wakefield Because while driving by it seems like they have a large Inventory. The show Room was nice and clean, and they also have a Starbucks Coffee machine. And as expected they had a good amount of selection, and the sales staff though we talked to was nice enough. Then its all about the numbers, and honestly did not have enough time to get into more details. But if they can make it work, we would love to buy a Subaru tomorrow.
From the moment I walked up to the front door of Subaru of Wakefield I was met by Mohamed, who was extremely friendly and respectful. He helped me find a vehicle that fit my criteria, he was flexible throughout the process and was very knowledgeable about the model I was looking at.
Friendly, quick, efficient service. In and out the door in about 1/2 hour, comfortable customer lounge with wi-fi and Starbucks coffee? (Not making this up!)
Great people and great service
Service department managers are the problem. Don’t have people skills at all.
Went here today to redeem an offer that I had found on mysubaru for a complimentary multipoint inspection and battery test that said no appointment was required. Even with handing the printed out offer, I was told that the inspection is generally done with something else and not stand alone. Was told I could wait a couple hours and they would see what they could do, which is I guess to be expected but was frustrating to drive out there and be told what I was intending on getting done seemingly was never a possibility. 2 stars because the guy was nice enough about it, but should probably remove the offering.
This was an out of state transaction. We were worried because we wouldnt inspect the car ourselves. Mohamed was a great help, answered all our questions, stayed in top of it and made us feel comfortable with the transaction. Everything went smooth and we would highly recommend his services.
I had a great experience at Subaru of Wakefield. My saleswoman who sold me my car and the staff were professional and courteous.
Had a great experience at Subaru of Wakefield Service Department. Christine took me right in and set me up with a loaner car for free. Everything was explained and super clear about what I needed done. The whole team was very efficient and right on time. I definitely recommend!
Recently purchased a new car from here. From calling to set up an appointment to picking up my vehicle, every employee was very calm, helpful, and amiable. Nelson assisted me and he was incredibly kind and understanding of what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend going here if youre in the market for a Subaru.
Jason was kind, courteous and very helpful answering all questions regarding the various options and packages available. He helped make the purchase and trade-in as painless as possible.Finance rep was very knowledgeable and made the finance paperwork easily understood and stress-free. The Sales facility was clean and everyone was kind and eager to help. The sales Rep Jason really was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely recommend him and Subaru of Wakefield to our family and friends.
The gentleman I spoke to was nice. But they would not budge on the price at all and then when I agreed to their price they wouldn’t let me take the car to my mechanic for a pre-sale inspection. The reason: “we know there is nothing wring with the car and it’s the end of the month so we want to sell”. Well, you just lost a sale! Never buy a car without it being inspected by a third party mechanic. I drove an hour to see this car, which I told them, and they want me to drive back if it’s still available at the beginning of the month? That’s when it’s ok for my mechanic to inspect it? Out of your mind and full of greed. They claim they have an “inventory shortage”…looked like quite a huge, full lot to me!
Just drove my new forester off the lot today. I have had a great experience so far at subaru wakefield. I worked with Fozi who was such a delight! He was easy to work with, and such a sweet guy! In all dealerships you are just another number, but they do treat you like a person and ensure you are comfortable with your purchase. I went to 4 different subarus trying to get the right car and price, and out of all 4 dealerships this one was the only one i felt comfortable at. He was sure to let me take the lead and I was able to tell him what i wanted and got a good deal that i was happy with from start to finish. The manager was very personable, and was a nice guy that was no bullsh*t and to the point. Only dealership I went to where the manager actually spoke to you and had a conversation with you. Its a family owned dealership, and it sure feels like it!
Did not purchase a Subaru, but purchased another brand slightly used, the car buying experience was very pleasant. Christian, our salesperson was outstanding!
Great experience ! I would be defiantly going to be doing lore business with Subaru of Wakefield But the best part of my experience with them was my Salesman Mohamad he was a pure professional
Very nice people. Will give update on next visit when a decision is made.
Purchased a certified pre owned 2020 Subaru Legacy with very low mileage and the price was reasonable. Got a decent value for my trade in so I can’t complain on that end. My big problem was the customer service. Rob the sales rep was very nice and seemed genuinely honest but had no clue what he was doing. We agreed on a certain time for the car to be ready and for the car to be registered and for their to be an inspection sticker and that happened to not be the case. When I picked up the car there was no inspection sticker, which I was not happy about but let it go because I was excited about my new car. Rob told me get my car inspected with in 7 days and that even without a registration I could get the car inspected. I thought that was a little odd but I didn’t feel like arguing so I went with it. The next morning I went to get my car inspected at a local gas station and my car was unable to be inspected because the car was not registered in the system at all. I then called my insurance company to see what was going on and they said insurance wise I was all set, but Subaru of Wakefield had not processed any paperwork for the vehicle to the RMV so they essentially let me drive with a unregistered vehicle without me even knowing. To make matters even worse I had to contact the dealership to remind to process the paperwork for the registration. Once they finally emailed me a copy of the registration I once again tried to get my car inspected and my car failed the inspection because the windshield wiper was broken! What a joke! Before I bought the car Rob the sales rep kept boasting about how the Subaru certified pre own vehicles go through all these amazing 100 something point inspections and they can’t even make sure a freaking windshield wiper works! Lmao. At this point I was furious and called and emailed the dealership multiple times and they took forever to get back to me. About 5 hours later Rob called me back and left a voicemail saying that I should make an appointment to get the windshield wipers fixed. I had figured that I just purchased the car that the sales department would show a little more urgency I helping me. I called the service department and they took me the next day and were very helpful so I would 100 percent recommend the service department but would not recommend the sales department to my worst enemy. They took the excitement out of me buying a car and made it extremely frustrating with me having to try to get my car inspected three times before passing even though the car is basically brand new and only has 3k miles on it! In closing Subaru is a great car but having Inexperienced salesman who make promises they can’t deliver and don’t even apologize is terrible customer service. I only got a apology for the wipers, Not the registration mess up and myself having to spend a whole day trying to get an inspection sticker.
Thank you Subaru of Wakefield and Robert for your excellent service.
Customer service goes above and beyond .Staff is always polite.
I dont know how sabaru gets such a good rating Im not happy with car or services
Excellent service from the service department. You literally will not find people who will treat you better than the people here. I forgot a kids car seat in a loaner car they gave me and they were so nice about getting it back to me, I was just left with an extremely positive feeling overall. They obviously do great work on your Subaru, but theyre also truly nice people.
I just bought my new Subaru Crosstrek from Subaru of Wakefield and had a wonderful experience. The sales and finance staff were friendly and willing to work around my busy schedule. I was able to get a great deal and get into my new car in less than 2 days. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends!
Terrific experience! I had some to Subaru of Wakefield (SOW) after trying my luck at Quirk Subaru in Braintree. What a difference. My experience at Quirk was by far the worst car buying experience Ive ever had due to sleazy, aggressive and rude sales tactics. SOW was quite the opposite. I was greeted immediately by David who was pleasant and upfront with me from the start. Before we even talked prices he explained the advertising prices and what to expect. This was very encouraging and made the whole experience much more enjoyable. There is literally nothing bad to say about my experience with David and the dealership as a whole.
Recently purchased a Subaru Outback. This is my fifth purchase from Subaru of Wakefield. I had not owned a Subaru for over ten years because I needed a bigger car. Now that its time to go with something a little smaller, I came back to the Outback and Subaru of Wakefield. This is a low pressure dealer. From German the salesperson, to Ken the sales manager, to Sal the general manager, they were all professional and answered all of my technical questions. When it came time to buy the car, we agreed on a price that I was happy with and they gave me a good price for my trade in. This is not your typical high pressure dealer, they make you feel like family. This is the place to go if you want a new Subaru.
The salesperson Mohamed was the nicest person possible. Extremely warm, welcoming, and accommodating to questions and requests.Unfortunately that is not reflective of the manager I dealt with at the dealership. The best offer they could do was a lowball offer on my car, borderline no discount on the MSRP, all to bring you in the door with online discounts very few people will qualify for. Im not in charge of marketing was the response I got when I asked why the cars are advertised with these discounts.I went to another dealer just south of Boston and got an additional $2000 on my trade in and an MSRP discount of $3,166 on the car I purchased. You can find much better deals and more reasonable management if you take your business elsewhere.I felt very bad for Mohamed as he was a great individual and I would love to do business with him but he is not reflective of the dealership management staff.
For whatever reason this place always has time for me while other dealers do not.
We worked with John C. to get a used Crosstrek that we had our eyes on. We had some challenges with the insurance company when we were getting the registration, but John was patient and had the car ready to go. We’ve had our crosstrek for a couple of months and I couldn’t love it more!Would definitely go back to Subaru of Wakefield in the future. We got a fantastic vehicle, and the price was reasonable.
This was my first car buying experience and it was made simple and efficient. The place is clean, the people are knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately mask wearing and social distancing is a thing right now, but they have handled it fabulously. There is a wide selection of cars here including ones that are not Subaru. Whether you are looking for a used car or a new one I don’t think you’d have a problem finding what you’re looking for.
Just bought a car from Mohamed Touala. I had an excellent experience. I 100% recommend him.
We test drove and bought a Crosstrek here. The whole process was very smooth. They are serious about COVID safety measures. The staff are all very friendly. We worked with Jason P. He is amazing. We had a very friendly (though lengthy) negotiation and he was patient and helpful throughout. Not only did he offer us a good price on the Crosstrek, he also worked very neutrally through the pros and cons of the different trim types. He was never pushy and never up sold things. He is quite knowledgable about Subarus. Also, special thanks go to Boot the puppy for keeping our child entertained during the paperwork.Definitely recommend this dealership.
I bought my new 2021 impreza about a week ago from John Cheshire and I couldnt be more impressed with the service I have received and complete feeling of security with the business. This is my second subaru purchase, and after years of horrible experiences with Ira in Danvers and I am beyond thrilled with my decision to transfer my business to this dealership instead. I was treated as a valued customer instead of an inconvenience, and there was complete transparency throughout the entire process. John has called multiple times to check in on me and the car, just to be sure I have no questions or concerns, and provided amazing tutorial emails, since social distancing wouldnt allow an in car version. I definitely recommend not only this dealership, but John in particular!
My expience was wonderful. The attention and detail of explaining how to work all the funtions in my new vehicle. Was excellent..Thank you David
Friendly service good results
Always quick and excellent service
Outstanding service, excellent Covid protocols. I dont like car dealerships, in general, but I like this one. Bought my last car there, will buy my next car there and go for all of my service.
Thank you very much Sal for your help today. Great to know we have businesses like Subaru of Wakefield in our town! I went with my sister to purchase her car and Subaru was an amazing experience.
I made a appointment the night before, but when I arrived first thing in the morning I was informed that the vehicle i was ready to buy had been sold, and I drove all the way there, they could have called me or e-mail to inform me not to come or at least give me the option, very disappointed.
Walked in walked out with a brand new vehicle no hassle great service
Austin, Joe, and everyone I met were all great!! Everyone was polite, responsive, and helpful. Price on my new car was fantastic and I love the car!! Thank you all so much!!
Had a pretty negative experience here. Clearly trying to lure in customers with a lack of transparency on what the lowest possible price means. Dont give into the supposed deals. I have since learned they are, in fact, discounts through Subaru of America, which means that lowest possible price is available anywhere currently if you have a trade, are military, etc. etc. other dealers just seem to respect transparency and honesty over a ploy to get you in the door.
My brother looked to trade up from his base Jeep compass for a newer, nicer car. And got a great deal on a used Forester. Excellent sales agent, John Cheshire, yeah like the cat
***FRAUD ALERT***This dealer advertises cars online at amazingly good deals, then refuses to honor the pricing when you show up at the dealership.
My husband and I had been slowly car shopping for a couple of months. We narrowed it down to a Subaru Ascent, and had tried a couple of other local dealers. The inventory at some other dealers was low, so we researched Subaru of Wakefield and found higher inventory of the car we wanted, so we made an appointment. From there, everything was simply incredible. We were greeted by Christian, who was very honest and transparent about everything. We worked with her throughout the entire process, before the Manager, Ken, was introduced to us to make the final sale. He was also nothing short of extremely straightforward and transparent. After we made the final deal, we were handed off to finance. Chris was also extremely easy to work with. From start to finish, we were both so pleased! Thank you so much for making a tough process, way easier.
Good service and friendly people. I wish they would wash the car after servicing.
Good dealership..
Great, fast service. Keep coming back for this.
I recently purchased a 2021 Subaru Ascent from Navjit Singh from Subaru of Wakefield. Navjit was extremely knowledgable about the car, buying process and had extraordinary customer service. My husband and I have owned many vehicles before and this was the best experience we had purchasing a car.Since the purchase of the car, Navjit had reached out several times to ensure we are happy with the car and see if we needed any additional help setting up the SmartLink app.
Went in to get the vehicle checked out only to have the Service Mgr Enoo, forgive my spelling. But this guy and his Knowledge of fixing my moonroof in seconds flat.
