These guys remember me and my truck. Mechanics are smart and have more than once walked me through an issue I was having. I mostly go here for getting work done and havent bought a truck here so I cant comment on that. But I trust them with repairs and work to my GMC, and they are cool we me bringing in my own parts and always willing to lend a hand. Thank you!

I was forced to be in a new car( wreck) so I did my research on the type of SUV i wanted.I found what I was interested in online. I had choices on style and color.I test drove at Tucker, different options, but had that Buick Encore on my mind while driving different options.I found that the staff at Tucker is young and eager to please the customer and not push something that i wasnt excited about.I have the greatest SUV and thank you to everyone involved.To the mechanic that listened to the noise thank you for your patience and to Jeremy and Will starting the process and finally to the gentlemen behind the screens making it happen.We had a BLAST didnt we. We have recently stated the process of looking for a newer van or SUV and knowing my credit isnt the greatest and being self-employed it makes it a little difficult. After spending a couple of days talking to Tucker Chevrolet it seemed that we might be in luck to be able to get a 2019 mini van, so we get ready and load the family up and start to head down to Tucker Chevy which mind you is two hours away from where are located in Bangor. I was told that we were Bank approved and On the way down, I get a phone call from them saying that something had changed and that I no longer qualified for any of the 3rd row vehicles. They said in order for me to that I would need to place $7000-$10,000 on the car. We feel like they lied to us just to get us down there and then tell us. I will telling my friends and family not to do business with you all for this. What a wonderful way to ruin our day and break our hearts..

Extremely rude. I called with a simple question about a mailer I received since I live 2 hours away. I was interupted twice before I could even finish my question and then was blame that I interrupted them! The person answering the phones really ought to do a better job if this is not a true representation of the dealership as a whole. Ive never dealt with this business other than this short conversation but I can tell you I will not in the future based on this interaction.

Drove a freind, he brought a used low mile car from them, seems like he got a good deal, reasonable amount of time, not tbere to long, 3hrs, all in all seems like a ok dealership

Literally the BEST shopping experience Ive ever had! Ive been loyal to another central Maine dealership for 14 years. Unfortunately, I feel like I was totally taken advantage of at the point of my last purchase during an extremely turbulent time in my life. Rather than making good on what occurred, the dealership turned its back on me after Id previously bought 5 cars from them as well as multiple referrals. After deciding what I wanted for a new truck, I visited a total of five Chevy dealers in Maine. No ifs, and/or buts about it, and, by far, Tucker Chevrolet and its sales staff exceeded my expectations and beat the prices of all the others. Everything from the courteous effort to the time it took to make the purchase -- less than 3 hours! Thats better than any other dealership Ive had dealings with in my 50 years in existence! Tucker Chevy gave me a great experience buying my 2018 F150. They made the process extremely quick and easy and answered all my questions. They did everything i asked and had me in my truck within an hour. I cant thank them enough. Definitely the best experience i have had buying a vehicle.

We purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze here and the car is in good shape it should be it’s not very old. The car salesman Devan gave us BS excuses as to why we couldn’t purchase a cheaper car knowing we had just totaled ours and needed one right away after being in a rental for a month so we went with it and purchased this car. Fast forward to now we just had new tires put on and surprise the dealership had put 3 plugged tires on and one newer tire. All different. One from 2010! How are you going to put a tire from 2010 on a 2017 vehicle? I wouldn’t recommend their shady business or any work be done in their disgusting run down garage. Oh and the financing deals they offer to bring in customers who want to build credit are a lie. I haven’t read one review where the person was able to do it and we weren’t able to either.

Tucker Chevy is a joke and a fraud...false advertiisng mailers, rude people, high prices and junky used vehicles.

Hard to get in and out of due to heavy traffic

They were fair and honest. I asked a lot of questions about the price, warranty options, financing, brake pad life, etc and they took the time to answer them all. I knew what I wanted when I showed up at the dealership. It only took about 10 minutes to take the car out for a test drive. That is a nice change from other dealerahips where I have had to answer a ton of questions for 45 minutes before looking at any cars.

Dont even try to do anything over the phone. Your business isnt valued. Got off the phone with me to grab a piece of a paper took two phone calls and two hours later to get a response. Usually when youre working with a customer weather on the phone or in person, you dont ignore them for someone else. Than proceeded to ignore my texts. I ended up applying for credit somewhere else online and was approved within an hour. I waited six hours to get can you a get a co signer when I said no, thats when he started to ignore me.

My experience at Tucker Chevrolet was great a crew that is nice to deal with and doing what it takes to get the job done. I would highly recommend them!

Fake radio ad. I went Saturday had 500 dollars 2 pay stubs. Ad says that. Sales person said differences. Also said there was indeed interest financing and could not work with poor or fair credit

Would not recommend buying from tucker and I make sure to tell that to all of my friends when they’re looking for cars not to go here. After I bought my car I had a few issues with it called the salesmen and he promised to fix it. Tucker will not fix the issues with the car because they don’t have to and I signed paperwork saying they didn’t owe me anything when I bought it. But the issues were realized after the car was bought. Also the salesman washed my car and I watched him scratch the paint on the hood in front of me I had to get the scratches fixed myself because Tucker wouldn’t fix it even though I watched their salesman scratch it and complained. 10/10 would not recommend buying a car here completely unsatisfied.

They dont even deserve the 1 star they dont hold up to their advertising. 2 pay stubs $500 or 2 pay stubs and a trade in. So the hell with that place. Id highly recommend going elsewhere. Then I said thank you for wasting my time. One of the salesman came out and started getting lippy with me, so I told that I was going g to give his place a bad word.

I received a copy of an email Tucker Cianchette sent to William Purington conerning an interesting in buying my 2000 Corvette. This arrived in the mail with a note from William asking me to call ASAP. I called the following day as I am interested in selling. William was out so I was told he would call back. No call so I called the following day. William was busy so talked with Jamie Hudson who informed me he would look up info based on VIN and call back in about 15 minutes. That was a week ago and no call from anyone. What a way to win over new customers!

They advertise for no money down financing but then finally tell you after theyve pulled your credit that its 17% interest rate. Thats just crazy..wasnt too impressed with the sales personnel walk in to loud rap music playing not very professional
