Poor quality of help. Just another company all about the sale without servicing the customer.

Where is the zero star option? Worst customer service out of ANY us cellular dealer I’ve ever experienced. I’ve given this place a few chances and I’ve gotten nothing but rude staff, ask to talk to the manager and it’s clear where the staff get their service skills from. It’s unreal. Upgrades, new lines, opening an account, for your own good, reconsider this location and drive out of the way for better service!

Everyone is very helpful at thisLocation. My phone is shattered and a women helped me with finding out if I had theProper insurance from Apple to get it fixed, and got me a case that will help it break less as I use it in the meantime.

I would never refer anyone to this store unless STEPHANIE. IS WORKING THE GIRL WORKING SATURDAY JULY 30TH WAS RUDE AND DID NOT HAVE ANY CONSIDERATION F9R THE 5 CHILDREN THAT WERE WITH ME IN THE HEAT THEN BECAUSE I WAS TALKING WITH ANOTHWR GENTLEMAN SHE LET ANOTHER WOMAN CUT ME BECAUSE SHE WAS SUCKING HER BEHIND!!!!!!!!....NOT IMPRESSED.....would like a manger or someone higher up to contact me!!!!
