Where do I begin... Everything here is inflated! The price of their cars and the price of their services. Aside from inflating their prices my experience on the purchase side was a positive one. However, the service department leaves much to be desired and I consistently depart with a bad taste in my mouth. Their service department hasnt been worth anything since they moved from their original site on St. Barnabas Road (before they moved to the old Toyota dealership on St. Barnabas). Since building this new facility from the ground up things have only gotten worse. From the dishonesty, to the 6-hour waits (even with an appointment), and the insulting of my intelligence. Not only would I not recommend them to anyone, I will not spend another dime of my hard earned money at their facility.

I purchased a vehicle and it has been in the shop longer than in my driveway. They stopped answering the phone. I really had a bad experience. I wouldnt even have given them one star. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

Ralph the service manager is amazing he definitely makes you leave with a smile. Blake is one of the best service advisors there, always a pleasure i hope Pohanka realizes how much of an asset those guys are.

Came in for service for my Elantra and left owning a brand new Santa Fe! I didnt think they could do it but they did! Exact vehicle at my price point. Highly recommend this dealership.

Will was unbelievable in the service department. We went in to have service, but he asked about our VIP service. We didnt have it with Pohanka. He called the other dealership and made sure we had all of the information needed to get the car service. He went above and beyond.

Drive in with no appointment just making sure that you not at the end of the line or one of many oil change customers;I waited over 4 hrs just for an oil change.

Hate to leave a negative review but the sales people didnt want to wear a mask properly, they also where very pushy trying to convince me what i wanted to buy is not what i really wanted and made me feel like i didnt know what i wanted. They called me in saying theybhad the vehical i wanted and when i got there they tried to sell me something that didnt meet any of my needs.

Sales person wanted to put me in the car he chose.

Over priced, took to long to tell me what I already knew. The host Don would not answer the questions directly. He would tell me what he felt I needed to know. Ladies BEWARE because if I were a man things would have been handled better!

Highly recommend this Hyundai dealer for a new car purchase.Purchase process was fairly easy and fast, and I didnt feel rushed or pressured into the sale (I take my time and sales person was patient). Id name drop my sales person but I cannot recall his name.Ive only used their service department for a tire change, but that went smoothly and at a reasonable price compared to competing dealers.Waiting area was clean, had ample iPhone / Android charging cables, and free snacks.

They were great! They did everything possible to get me into a leased car (electric) but it didnt workout because insurance companies requires full coverage as collateral with extremely high rates, up to $391.00 a month! Not including the car note! After several quotes, the insurance companies stopped me from walking out the door with keys to a new vehicle, due to their high rates!!! Everything else was fine. With little to no money, Ill shop around for better deals.

Update! 7/18/18....It was time for major servicing on my Sonata. Im a tad under 35,000 miles. As usual, I was greeted immediately upon entering the service dept. I think next time Im going to time them. I know its less than 3 seconds.I really dont have much to add. John G. usually assist me but Ive received the same great service from others. I think John is a little more personable. He actually comes over to you to share information while I have seen some of the others wave for the customer to come to them.Overall, I just cannot imagine taking my car anywhere else for any kind of servicing. I wish I could bring my Lincoln here.12/1/17.....I took my new car in for its first service. I wasnt sure what to expect. I drove up to the Hyundai service side, placed my car in park and was immediately greeted outside by a service representative. He took some minimal information then went inside. There he explained the entire process. I must admit that I was impressed before any work was performed.About 45 -60 minutes later, the oil had been changed and the tires rotated. Im not 100% sure of the elapsed time because I was on a call when John came over to let me know the car was ready. I am sure of this..... OUT WAS WAY LESS TIME THAN I BUDGETED!GREAT JOB!!!

I had a great experience this time. I took my car in for new brakes. Dimitri assisted me and was professional and polite. The shuttle drivers were really nice as well. The mechanic did a great job with my brakes. I no longer have to start breaking way in advance, and theres no grinding/crunching/screeching noises anymore! My last visit was horrible, but, since they did what I needed this time, I will spare you/them the details. Oh yeah, the price was also fair/comparable.

They ALWAYS go over and beyond. Ive bought 2 cars from them for these reasons!!!!! The absolute BEST!!!

The service department stays open late (8 pm on a Thursday). That was very convenient!! The price of my oil change was actually less expensive than popular chains and the waiting area was more comfortable.

I like the service department because there is a nice place to wait and they are fairly quick. As a dealer service center, the cost is higher than a regular repair shop. They do stand by their service and Ive been very pleased with the work that theyve done.

I have a 2003 Honda Civic that needed exhaust system. I had to find the parts in the aftermarket.The maintenance dept.did a expert job.They where patient and understanding. They got the job done.I had to pay for the diagnostic and labor.Dave is my go- to tech.

Had brake and rear camera issue for 2012 CRV. Service Advisor / Marcus kept me informed of the repair status, timeline and costs. Repairs were completed to my satisfaction.

It’s a good place to look for cars. Additionally it has a small play area for kids while you wait.. they don’t have lots of toys so if you want you can take some if you think your wait will be too long

I took my car in for the recall on my air bags, I had to take it back four times and get very upset before they put my Dashboard back together it was shaking and cracking around my radio. I have a 2011 Civi and it is still new, they said it was like that when I brought it in.I hope there is no real damage.

Friendly service and parts staff. Received a costly estimate for work needed on my vehicle and was told I should just plan on buying a new car. Upon taking the car elsewhere, I learned it was a misdiagnosis. Will continue to patronize for parts and simple tasks like oil changes but that’s about it.

I keep my vehicle serviced at Pohanka Honda. I am quite pleased with their service to my vehicle. All of the staff are professional and aim to please the customers.

I was there with a friend that does a lot of DIY repairs on his vws. Usually service departments find this annoying and are minimally helpful. However, the service department was extremely helpful in diagnosing a problem. And gave us a solution to get the car running again. Their prices were reasonable and their lead technician was very helpful.There was an immobilizer issue that required removing the computer, key, convenience module, and steering column lock from a car in the junkyard and putting them all in my friends car. 2006 Passat 2.0 fsi.
