My husband and I needed a new TV. We went to two other stores, and no one waited on us. We walked into ABC Warehouse. We were greeted right away. The customer service was fantastic. The sales associate was knowledgeable and helped explain the new technology to us. ABC Warehouse will be the first store we will go to from now on!

One of the best experiences ever! I have anxiety being in public, but am trying to work through it and needed a couple things for my home. Went in confident and broke into a sweat and major panic attack after 5 minutes.I bet you wonder why it was the best when I had a panic attack!?!Let me tell you, Brent made sure I was OK above and beyond anything else. Washer and dryer was installed in a timely manner even during the pandemic. We are pleased with both units and will continue further business with the Walker/Alpine location.

Never again! Buyer Beware. Mistakes are made and forgiven but to feel no responsibility to correct it, inexcusable! Paid for a refrigerator a week ago, scheduled delivery for today. Manager calls today and suddenly has no refrigerator for us and offers no alternatives. We have a huge family gathering this weekend and they leave us with no alternatives after a week of holding our payment and keeping us waiting. Poor business practices. Manager proceeds to blame what he describes as his horrible employees who cant count and explains that the store did everything right. Please.

So a month ago we stopped in looking for a new refrigerator, and again delt with the store manager. Again a great person, got us another great deal on that as well. So we will definitely go there again when we are looking for an appliance for sure!!!

My tv had quit on me right before the holiday, with the whole family coming over to watch the lions play I knew I had to get a replacement fast, I first went to Best Buy to look for a replacement but was greeted by a salesman who must have been having a worst day than I was, So I decided to take my business elsewhere and went to ABC warehouse. I was greeted by a salesman named Brent who was nothing but pleasant, helpful, and made this stressful situation a walk in the park. Brent had explained the different options for the tv’s they carry and even went as far showing me the surround sound systems that brought watching football to the next level! I love my new couch and entertainment center with a built in fireplace. They were both great deals and really upgraded the look of my apartment. Have purchased many things from here a tv, fridge, washer and dryer. Staff can be very rude sometimes. Most recently purchased another tv over the weekend, got it home to find the screen was shattered. Went back and had them open the box of the only other one they had in stock to find that screen shattered too. Mistakes happen and that’s understandable, but this purchase was made with the intent of walking out with the product. They did schedule for another one to come; however, did not compensate us and I believe for the price spent and the experience there should be some type of discount. Not sure we will purchase from them again, a shame since we have purchased quite a bit in the past.
