I have dealer receipts to prove otherwise of this establishments quality of work. Also I wanna remind everyone to remove all of your valuable paperwork from your vehicle before taking it into any mechanics shop!! E.g. TRAILER TITLES, recreational vehicles titles and registrations. Receipts for such items anything you might not notice gone right away that you will need later on. My vehicle still doesnt run correctly after thousands at the dealership out of my own pocket. At the end of the day it was a warranty item! Went here because of a scheduling issue at the deallership. Nothing should have mattered other than the fact I had the money to pay them to fix my vehicle, unfortunately I think something else became a factor. Lesson learned for sure.

I was hesitant when looking for a new shop to take my car into. After reading the reviews I thought this would be a great place. Sure enough a few hours after I called they had someone pick up my car and had all my repairs and brakes and oil change done the next day. Then they brought my car back to me and It drives like a dream. Seeing the quality of work and the speed in which they did it has earned my future business. I will continue using their service for the foreseeable future and I urge any and all reading this to do the same!

I was told by another shop that I had a blown head gasket. Things werent adding up for me with no coolant in the oil or white smoke from the exhaust, so I asked around and was referred to Quick Time.Butch called me a couple hours after I dropped off the car and found a small leak in the radiator and that there was nothing wrong with the head gasket. An absolutely wonderful experience! Dropped me off at work AND picked me up. My engine light had come on (I have a Jeep patriot) but they didnt find anything wrong with the car. They didnt charge me a thing and told me to just come back in if it comes on again and we can go from there. So friendly and very up front with me. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I dropped my car off with due to it hesitating on acceleration, my car stalled while driving and noisy power steering. I was called with an estimate for replacing spark plugs and a new power steering pump. I was told the the car was done and upon arrival was told it was still having the issue of the hesitation during acceleration, but good news they knew what it was, a MAP sensor and would be another $150. I was not impressed that I was told it was done but to find out one of the main reasons I brought it in for was still not resolved. I was told it was okay to take as I was needing to go into work and when I had the chance to stop in, it would be a quick 10 minute job. I expressed that I was getting ready to go onto the expressway and was very nervous as the car stalled out, power steering and everything. I was told dont worry, it was unrelated and on a went. A little over 5 minutes down the road I felt my power steering quit and I got off onto an exit and my car died.To be fair, they came after about 20 minutes and were able to get my car started again and were very nice. I do not think that was expected to happen but it did scare me. The part I am not impressed with is after this ordeal, being charged another $40 in labor for putting this sensor in which was in fact a 10 minute job. I am a well-mannered person who will not throw a fit and I just want for people to do whats right without me asking. If I need to ask or throw a fit for someone to do what is right, I just simply wont do business there any more.______________________________________________Response to the owner: Upon picking up the car, I was told it was still having the issue I described in the acceleration on the highway (also listed on the receipt as the description of the original issue). The acceleration issue and the car stalling was the reason I brought it in, the same issues that happened immediately when getting up to speed upon leaving your shop. In your email to me blasting me for my honest review, you said you couldnt duplicate the problem and when I debunked that by asking why you ordered a MAP sensor, you changed your story, AGAIN If it was not known my issue had not been resolved, why would an additional part be ordered? Not to mention I wasnt even consulted before the ordering of this additional part took place. That would require me knowing the issue was not in fact resolved.I was fair in my review in saying I do not think it was anticipated that the car would stall out again, clearly, as I expressed my fear of that very thing happening before I left with it as I was getting ready to go onto the expressway and was told nope it was not related, it was safe to take. I would have never taken the car if I wasnt told my car was ready for pick up- it wasnt ready for pick up if the main reason I brought the car in still existed when I arrived- and if I wasnt assured this would not happen after stressing my concern before leaving. So to say it saved me a towing bill or that I should have been billed for you rescuing me is insulting. I should have never been in that position.Like I said, I do not feel you did right by me charging me $40+ in labor for a 10 minute deal after that whole ordeal. I had the privilege to bring my car to Quick Time Automotive last week and was surprised at how clean the shop was and how nice the people that worked there were. Jeremy, Brett, and Butch all helped me out with my auto repair needs and made me feel very comfortable leaving my car with them for services needed.I had a squeal and a clunk on my Stratus and they explained what it could be and where the squeals and clunk were possibly on vehicle and what need to be fixed. Turned out I needed sway bar links and an idler pulley. While they were in there the belt was cracking so they replaced that too. Problem solved. Thanks guys... Ill be back.

I chose this shop due to its positive Google reviews - but after my experience, I feel compelled to leave my own. Im giving them two stars because everyone I spoke with was friendly. Beyond that, this place was EXTREMELY disappointing. I brought in my VW Beetle because something was draining the battery. Four days later, Quick Time called me to say they couldnt figure out what was wrong with my car and invited me to come pick it up (still broken). I was absolutely speechless when they handed me a bill for $162.50. Nothing had been fixed, and they didnt even give me a direction to go in (other than to another mechanic)! Their charges: $65 for something is draining the battery and $97.50 for a list of check engine codes. Any mechanic - or even AutoZone - will list those codes for free. Im sitting here now trying to figure out how to pay a second mechanic to actually diagnose and fix my car. Quick Time was a huge mistake.

I went to Quick Time Automotive today and I really appreciate their speed and straightforwardness about both what I brought the car in for originally and about a few other things that I did not even know about at the time when I brought the car in. While I cannot say that I was with them from start to finish, I really do appreciate all that Butch and Jordan did do to help me and my parents see what was going on with the car when I first brought it in. I just hope that my leaking fuel lines did not make too much of a mess of the garage area. Keep up the good work guys!

The are first rate shop and very honest. i choose to not go anywhere else for service.they stand behind their work and the parts they install. when using their service their customer satisfaction is top shelf.you will not be disappointed.

Describe your experience: Quicktime Auto is the place to go for vehicle service. They are honest, quick, and pricing is fair. They are never out to screw you out of money and want you to have the best experience. All of their auto technicians are helpful and knowledgeable. The best part for me is the complentary shuttle service which works great with my busy life. Im able to drop my car off in the morning, get shuttled to home/work. When its done and Im ready, theyll come pick me back up. In my experience, the service is always fast and everything has been done the same day. No waiting for days like the jabronis at other car shops making you wait on parts and taking their sweet time. I havent gone anywhere else since Ive discovered this place 3 or 4 years ago, and always make sure to tell my friends about it. Plus they send you coupons all the time! Describe your experience:

There is a high cost just to troubleshoot (usually, over $70), even if customer decides not to use their services. They will keep your vehicle keys until you pay their bill. And, will keep calling you asking why you dont want to use their services and there will be a restocking fee. Auto parts are more costly than from buying AutoZone or Napa. Other auto repair shops on alpine avenue first give a free estimate after diagnosing the issue, give a report and charge only once customer agrees to get the repair done. This is genuine feedback, after using their services couple of times. I am not sure who Craig is and why he is being referenced for this review.

I called to get an estimate on engine work for my car, I was asked if I had other estimates, I responded yes, which I do, and then I was asked how much the estimates were for. I said, I wasnt going to say until after I got an estimate from the man I was talking to. His exact response to me was, Well then I am not giving you an estimate. I immediately hung up and felt compelled for the first time in my life to write a review. Apparently these people have so much business they dont know want new customers or they practice horrible business. Either way, based on my 2 minute conversation, I would not ever recommend these rude people.

Very friendly and kind! I was driving from GR to Muskegon and heard a noise ... they encouraged me to come in and take a look to determine if I could continue my drive without causing more damage.

They get my vehicles in right away and get ahold of me when they are finished. Theyre prices are great and they always look for deals to make sure the bill isnt huge..

They did a good job and at a fair price and provided friendly service. They saved me some money because I didnt need to replace a part I thought was causing issues.
