Don’t call anybody else!! I called 3 other large garage door repair companies from the Grand Rapids area…and all of their prices were higher than West MI Door. The other companies also couldn’t help me for anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks. West MI Door came out next day, earlier than expected…and stuck to their estimated price. They even encountered an unexpected detail that they repaired at no cost…AND they checked my 3rd stall garage door for signs of trouble, and performed some minor preventative maintenance on it…FOR FREE!! Add in the fact that their scheduler and their tech were extremely friendly and professional…and that’s a winner, in my opinion!! Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

West Michigan Door ALWAYS comes through. We’ve used their service 3 times and they are always fast, efficient and easy. But this weekend, we were in a pinch. We were literally leaving for vacation and as we left, we noticed the garage door wasn’t shutting. After calling West Michigan Door, they sent someone out as soon as they could, knowing that our home wasn’t secure. They fixed the issue and sent us an invoice, which was $100 less than expected. Put your phone down and just call them- you will not be disappointed. Thank you West Michigan Door and the mechanic who fixed our door!

We are so thankful to West Michigan Door! Called them this morning, Christmas Eve, to see if they could schedule a repair for our door opener. Within a half an hour they were in my driveway and a half hour after that my opener was fixed! Talk about exceptional service! They define how service should be.I highly recommend them!!!

WMD installed a new garage door for me last summer. One of the panels had a small dent, but after I pointed it, they came back and replaced it. The door was very noisy, however, so I called to ask if someone could come out and check it. They did, a couple days later, and worked on it until it was quiet, super quiet. I really appreciated their quality work and customer service.

I used West Michigan Door for the purchase and installation of my garage door when I built my house about a year and a half ago. The garage door unit stopped working a couple of months after my one year warranty expired. They still came out attempted to fix it & when that didnt work, they replaced the unit at no charge. They were under no obligation to do so, but honored the warranty due to the fact that this shouldnt happen to a unit this new. I would highly recommend West Michigan Door, they exceeded my expectations from a customer service standpoint.

Returned home from vacation yesterday to find my garage door not opening. Tried to determine a fix yesterday, but instead decided to leave it to the pros. Called these guys right when they opened at 0830, phone rang for over a minute. Once answered, i was put on hold for 4+ minutes. So i hung up. Called back 30 mins later, and was told someone would likely be able to visit in 2-3 days. I have not received a call back. I called someone else and they are coming today.

Our garage door stopped working this morning. I called West Michigan Door Company and reached someone right away. Two gentleman came out early this afternoon, they correctly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, now everything is working great! I have used this company over the years, they always do a great job!!! I give em 10 stars! Guys are awesome!! 2 new garage doors and a garage door opener, at a very good price! Exactly as advertised in the color I wanted! Key pad, remote for key chain, remote for the car! Nice! The guys were very friendly and professional! They fixed the trim around the doors, took the old doors and hardware away, and even swept garage floor and the driveway in front of the garage before they left!! Wifes happy! Im happy!! Well done!
