Very helpful to me in cleaning up my yard after storm damage. Had a large branch hanging down touching the ground, called the office to see if they could help me, and within 5 minutes the guys were over and took the branch down and took it and some other yard waste up to the dumpster. Excellent service and I really appreciate it.
Drove through the park and noticed right away. Hasnt been updated probably since 1980 roads are terrible. The place looks really shady i wouldnt feel comfortable walking my kid down the street
An experienced and well informed woman named Kristin greeted my son and I with a friendly smile. She made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to show us the new home and explained everything so we could understand. Any questions that I had were answered, even if she wasn’t “on the clock”. The main reason I chose this place for my son is because of the amazing woman and her compassion towards the downtrodden. Thank you for your kindness Kristin, I appreciate it.

I wouldnt even drive in there to look at the places because the roads are so bad Ive had to sell one truck because my front end going out the next truck the muffler falls off its like going through two tracks never mind two tracks are way smoother than these roads plus they keep raising the rent for no reason very poor management

Overall pretty nice park, it has come a long ways in the past 10 Years. They have social events at least once a month at the community office. A nice upkept pool in the summer and friendly people throughout the park! I recommend! Also one of the cheapest places to live in the area.

I have lived here for many years now and although some of the mobile homes are older, their are some new ones and ones kept in good condition. Plus as long as your not a trouble maker, life here is fairly calm and quiet. Except for the geese that fly over head every morning. I recommend it

Glad to be out!!!!!!! First of all, when we moved in they did not do a walk through with us and failed to tell us that the place had COCKROACHES! My girl was pregnant at the time and had to deal with packing and unpacking repeatedly while they payed for a company to spray the trailer. After repeated spraying attempts the roaches did not go away and they refused to bomb the place so we had to do it on our own to finally get rid of the roaches no thanks to apple tree. When we moved in the wallpaper was torn in almost every room and the carpet was stained in every room. We noted this in the packet they gave us to let them know the condition. Somehow, when we moved out they took 300$ of our deposit for replacing carpet that we did not make a single stain or tear in. We kept the place spotless and even got compliments from maintenance when they showed up for repairs about how good our trailer looked compared to when we moved in! We had a dirt and weed filled yard when we moved in as well, but moved out with a nice green yard. How do we leave the place in 100% better condition yet have 300$ of our deposit taken?! Makes no sense. Don’t even get me started on the pot holes and rude people.
Great park. Friendly people. Nice clean pool, good looking grounds, well kept up! The park also has activities pretty often to bring the community closer. Good place to live!

Kim was really mean and hard to get a hold of. I had to leave several messages and she never got back to me, besides once when she yelled at me. I can’t understand how she got this job. Kim is terrible with people.

I was visiting a friend in the park, and I happened to notice how nicely the park was plowed. They look like they do a good job on maintaining up keep on the roads during winter.
Roads are terrible and have been promised to be repaired for years, yes last year they did repave some spots but left huge sections of bad road. Office manager is unwilling to listen to residents or work with them. Does not hold the terrible maintenance accountable. Expect your roads in the winter to be terrible and your vehicles to be plowed in.
The staff running Appletree estates has wonderful service. All of them are very friendly and help as much as they can. Jim the grounds keeper is very knowledgable and willing to give advice on your home and lot. Ginger the secretary offers good information when I dont know what to do concerning paperwork and rules. Also, Ms. Musselman the realtor was as truthful as she could be while getting us into the park and our new home.
Moved into a cockroach infested trailer, neighbors have mice running through our yard. Took our deposit for damages made before we moved in. Roads are horrible. My recommendation is you find somewhere better to live.

I inquired about a rental home and the office staff got right back with me. They offered to make me for a showing, and they were so polite and answered all of my questions. My girlfriend and I decided not to move just yet but if we do start looking again I will be back to Appletree for sure.
Wonderful mangemt great place to live!!! Has a pool and playground. And they keep up on the property. I decided to my buy trailer that I was rentibg they was on top of it and I got approved the office people are very respectful and anytime I have a problem they get right on they get on it. they have functions for families and kids to do which is very nice for people who have kids.A they have pastries once a month with ☕ coffee
My husband and I have lived here for over 5 years. The company does not care about the residents that live here. They torn out our patio that was cracking and moving when you walked on it. Then they hired an asphalt company the wasnt even licensed to do concrete, to redo the concrete for the patio. The job was poorly done. It slopes towards our house and our stairs. It has a slope in it that makes it look pregnant. They did it on purpose so we would pay the rent out of the escrow account that we started. Well we are going to do it again so they can fix our foundation properly. We would move if our credit was better but we have to deal with this bs for a few more years. They just dont care. All they care about is the money and not the people!To the owner: how can you leave messages when you dont even know our phone number? We have new numbers and you dont even try to reach out and come and talk to us face to face. When the snow is gone come and look at this piss poor job of our foundation. Because you dont care. Another neighbors foundation us cracked in half and you dont even try and fix it. You just keep bringing in new homes for more money.

Once again promise made, promise broken . They said they were going to start fixing the roads in June. Here it is July and not one sign they ever planning to start. And now the pool has a leak and is shutdown. So much for improvement with new office management.
This trailer park doesnt even deserve one star. It doesnt deserve any, but have to put at least one to write a review.My husband and I go visit our friends quite often and the roads are terrible. They needed to be addressed awhile ago. There are pot holes that are so big that could pop your tires. Some of the lots are not well maintained for the price that the residents pay to live here. This place needs to get their act together before anyone lives here and make it more affordable to be here. This place is a joke!

If there was a way to give zero stars I would. I tried to buy a used trailer in Appletree. I wanted something as close to a tiny house as I could find. I wanted to save something from the landfill and to be as eco friendly as possible. Instead what I got was months of run around before the place was even worked on. When I went to see it before closing, I found not only had they NOT brought it up to code, but it was even more unsafe than before. Electrical was sparking, subfloors with huge holes, a water heater ready to fall out of the house, holes to the outside left uncovered. It was in worse shape after the repairs.I have been trying to get my deposit back and I have had nothing but excuses and lies. I have even been told I am getting over emotional in wanting my $1600 deposit back. It has been two weeks and nothing.Do not buy from these people, it will be a horrible decision and a waste of your money.

Two stars. One star because office lady seems pretty nice. Second star because we got a new home and it’s beautiful. But no more stars because the park is drug city. Every drug you could imagine is everywhere and the place looks trashy and tore up. It’s embarrassing to say we live here. But our trailer is enjoyable with the blinds closed and we can forget where we are. We are calling to get a security system put in tomorrow because our surrounding neighbors seem to be crazy drug addicts. My first day here, I stepped out of my car and the neighbor lady began screaming at me cause I apparently parked in her spot.. which was right in front of MY trailer. The rest just seem unwelcoming and angry. I wouldn’t recommend living here with children. We had no choice since we had to move on short notice; this was one of the cheapest places to get into (for obvious reasons) and one of the only ones with availability. Also, horrible roads, older trailers are obviously falling apart, they have stricter rules than they should for a place like this, I know several felons that live here even though the park claims they do a background check.

Dont move in here. Only one person in the park who fixes stuff. He came to my house cause we had black mold and sprayed stuff but a week later the mold was back and my fiance had to go to the hospital. They are careless about repairs. This environment is really the definition of trailer trash. Oh and expect paying 1000+ dollar deposit. Its not worth it.
That place is very trashy... Tried to tell them about animal abuse they told me they would not discuss that with me.... So I guess they co ndone animal cruelty.
The website is disgustingly out of date. There were about 10 homes for sale and a few for rent. None were actually available. Had to call several times just to talk to someone and when I did they were neither friendly nor professional. Still, I decided to do a drive through just to check it out, hoping maybe there would be some promising prospects. The roads through the grounds were in such bad shape I drove 5 mph and still bottomed out several times. All in all, this adventure was bad times.
Its a horrible place to live. Management doesnt care about tenants and the class of people is rapidly declining. If you want to live in an overpriced trailer-hood, this place is for you! Great for people without cars, since the park is a giant sink-hole. And they just filled the park with brand new homes on broken lots so the lots werent condemned. Looking at the establishment from the outside looks very impressive however, the magic dies very quickly once you get past the entrance. The roads are so far into disrepair that you would have a strong claim to make the estates pay for any alignment or tire repair. It seems that they are working on fixing the roads because there is a few that look freshly paved. The trailers are so haphazardly thrown in you would think that you were in Europe, and because there is no planning at all, the houses are massively compressed together at weird angles. I can only hope that the lot rent is reasonable otherwise I would pass it up. Update: They came up with a new rule that no one is allowed to park on the side of the roads and if a guest parks where you do as a resident YOU ARE REQUIRED TO WAIT UNTIL THEY LEAVE! If the managers can come up with something that stupid then you cant trust them. Dodge this park if youre looking for a place to live.

Park manager threatens to evict saying rent not paid when in reality I over paid by $3.64 . Mail boxes leak when it rains. Pot holes through out park . Park is referred to as apple trash by those living here
The main entrance and short stretch of into the community, the road has been repaved. The rest of the roads and cul-de-sacs look like war-torn Afghanistan. The park has been working on upgrading the sites for new homes, but not so much for its long time residents. And there is no handicap access into their Clubhouse / Community office.

This place is run down and over priced, The streets are all in need of some repair also.Though you will see some newer homes and the work for improvement I cant recommend any other thing besides buying new here anything other than new will be nothing but disappointing.
